I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
Ordered 3 canvases on November 23rd the first two showed up separately and the last never showed at all. I upgraded to the so called VIP experience and was told the company was "committed" to delivering all products ordered before December 8th. I even messaged the owner on Linked In which fell on deaf ears

I placed two separate orders. The 1st one was delivered and looks good. The second order was placed on the 24th of Nov and I approved the proof on the 27th of Nov. Since then the only communication has been robo replies to my emails. I did receive a 10% discount but would have rather had the Christmas present for my kids. When you see that orders placed after yours were delivered and you still hear nothing there is a big problem with customer service. I like many others are wondering if we have been scammed.

My order was significantly delayed through no fault of theirs-USPS had delays all over-and Family Gifts apologized and made sure that I was aware of the situation and happy with my purchase. Purchased the product on November 26th with a guarantee of Christmas arrival. Product arrived December 29th. The kids did not all get to see the gift being opened. While the product was amazing, it was disappointing the arrival was not on time.

So I seen this gift on tiktok and I ordered it it to almost half a month to get here. I paid for tracking information and it wasn't sent to me. And then I received it it was in a little tiny zip lock bag. I paid almost $35 for it. Very disappointed

I had trouble tracking my package and then when I called it referred me to email. Then I sent an e-mail and got an automated response. I started to think I had been scammed when I couldn't get answers.

I placed an order on 11/26 for a Christmas present to my wife. On 12/24 I inquired where it was at and received a form letter with a tracking link and a message telling me the "Good News!" that it was on the way. Tracking informed me that it was at "label created" on 12/2. Useless! Another email got me a very generic "Sorry" and that it had been lost and would not be arriving in time for Christmas (received that email on Christmas) but would ship soon. "Soon" turned out to be 12 days later when it finally shipped on 01/05. Soon is not 12 days for a gift that was already weeks late. My last TWO emails have still not even been responded to.
This has been one of the most miserable online shopping experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend this company or their products to anyone. I am disgusted by the impersonal and generic responses to my concerns and even more so by the lack of responses. I see a lot of positive reviews for this company. No doubt when things go smoothly, they are as good as any other. Pray you are not the exception, because you will see the other side. I think a company is defined by how they handle difficult situations. I wish I could give this one less than 1 star.

I ordered 4 canvases in nov. Received 3 in a timely manner. 4th one was a large one never came so i called they said they would talk to production felt like they did not believe me. I ordered 2 more early dec. Said i would get in time for xmas. They put a message on their website saying all orders before dec 8th would be 2 day shipping. They stopped taking calls. I received large canvas from nov order on dec 23rd. 2 other two were supposedly shipped dec 21st i got on dec 28th. They were for my husbands boss and coworker. I will not be using this company again.

I ordered canvas in July, two weeks ago I was told it shipped, I havent received the order yet. Then you send me a review notice for a product I haven't reveived? Something isnt right wirh this company. I was very concerned to even order from them with the other reviews I seen and yet I did. Ordered a canvas for my mom for a Christmas present on November 26 still haven't got a tracking number and it's January 1 2021 tried calling but nothing sent them messages and they just keep sending me the same thing over and over that I'll have it before Christmas well what it's past Christmas and I still don't have what I ordered they sent me a email saying they'd refund me $9.99 still haven't got that either after I spent a $100 this company is nothing but a scam.

Did not receive in time for Christmas. Even though I ordered the product in November. I had ordered another gift for my other daughter on the day before. That one came no problem on December 16When I called two weeks before Christmas to say I had not received it yet I received an email a few days later saying it had shipped on Monday 20th of December. That gave me enough time toReceive for Christmas so I did not buy a replacement present for my daughter and her husband. Then on Christmas Yves December 24 I got another email that they were shipping it then. Too late to go out and buy a present For them to have something to open up at our family gathering from me. I am not happy.

Very satisfied they emailed me back in less than a hour. Just placed my order 6 days ago I get a email today saying it has been shipped. I'm so excited they work really fast.
Evident that order never shipped as per Fed Ex tracking. Customer Service insisted was simply delayed and continued to insist would be received in time for Christmas. Took 6 weeks to finally receive.

I placed my order on Nov 28th. I was sent an email on Dec 2 telling me that my order was being shipped. I gave it a few days and clicked on the link and it still said pending. I then received an email telling me there was a problem with the labels and they would get back to me, but I would absolutely have it by Christmas. It was Dec 19th and I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them, because you can not call. I was told they are aware of it being delayed but they can give me a "high resolution digital copy" of my order to show to the recipient of this gift. WHAT? What am I supposed to do with that? I responded asking just that and no one was got back to me. This gift was for my son, who is coming in from out of state and will be leaving the day after Christmas, with no gift, but a fancy high resolution digital copy. If I could grade this company lower than 1 star I would.
