I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.

I never thought I would be the one to write a bad review, but I feel the need to let others know I got screwed. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I ordered my gift in mid November hoping to get it early. After over a month of waiting it still has not arrived. First They gave me a tracking number that was non existent and said it was a UPS number. After calling UPS, they said that was not the number style they use and its a fake tracking number. After multiple attempts to call Family Gifts co., The voice message system says they are only taking emails, But when you try and email them, Its an automated reply that uses keywords so its not even a real person helping you! After dozens of attempts i finally got a reply from a real person, he said lets wait some more to see if it arrives. After over a month of waiting I think it safe to say its not coming. I tried to get something special for my wife this Christmas but now I'm not going to get it and Family gifts took my money. Thanks Family Gifts!

Orderd on 15th, on the 24th got email asking how I liked my purchase. On the 25th received email telling me order has shipped with tracking number. Scheduled delivery date was for the 28th, got on FedEx site to track my order, could not follow my shipment because they have not received it yet. So confused when to expect it.

I Was disappointed With the shipping time I ordered in November so I could get in time for Christmas and did not receive until after Christmas one of the canvases was printed on the wrong scene that I picked out but I am not sending it back because it took too long to get here

First shipment was excellent but had some issues with one canvas but the issue was handle and I will be ordering again soon. Ordered 8 canvas and everyone loved them for Christmas.
My canvas got damaged in shipment they we great to get me a replacement quickly and I love it they are a very caring company I will order again in the future

I ordered 2 canvases on November 29th. I received the first one on December 17th and called about the 2nd one. They couldn't give me a definite answer and said they needed to check with production to see when I would get the other canvas. They finally emailed me back that they would duplicate the canvas but I would receive it by Christmas (I specifically ordered it in plenty of time so that I would receive these before Christmas as they were Christmas gifts). I received the canvas on December 28th and I did receive a 20% discount so that was nice.
The piece arrived and was exactly as I had hoped for. Very happy and was kept informed of progress to delivery. Thank you for this memorable creation!
It's not the typical gift. It a custom and thoughtful gift that you can't just pickup last minute at the local big box store. It's a gift that will hang on our wall for many years to come.

WAITED AND WAITED FOR A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER. TWO WEEKS LATER THEY TELL ME IT'S ON THE WAY, AFTER CONTACTING THEM NUMEROUS TIMES. BIRTHDAY HAS LONG PAST, SO THE ITEM IS NOW USELESS TO ME. SERVISE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD THE DIS-PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.
PWe were promised our order would get to us by Christmas if our order was placed before December 8th. We ordered it the 3rd of December. We just received tracking on December 20th and it says we won't get it until December 29th! Horrible to charge us for a product promised to get here by Christmas and it won't even be here! This was our main gift to my husband and it's ruined!

Order back on November 30th. Just received on January 13th. Two different tracking numbers. I know there was issues with orders being lost. Quality of product is very good.

I ordered my item on December 9th from Family Gifts Co. Their Production team/process, needs serious help. It took them a long time to complete each of the revisions... 3 to 4 days for each. They had to do 3 revisions and final approval was given on December 21st. By now I know it's not going to get here for Christmas. Okay. I can wait. I did order it in December. Their customer service is atrocious tho. Response to emails is either within an hour or it takes 3 to 4 days. And they lie about the progress that is supposedly being made. Received an email TWICE, a week apart, saying that it's in production. Received an email saying the FedEx info had been transmitted on January 6th. On the 13th, that hasn't changed... just transmitted and nothing else. I sent another email and got the response saying:
"Thanks for reaching out! I have received an update from our production team and unfortunately, they've confirmed that the product was lost in transit. We will be reshipping another package to the address we have on file. The reprint will take 14-19 days, let me know if this works for you."
If you look at other reviews, this is a VERY common complaint about this company. They say exactly the same thing about other orders not completed.
I requested my money back immediately.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order from them. If you do, be prepared to wait months to get your order.
