I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
The ordering and communication was easy and great but it took a little longer for shipping. With it being a virus year and holiday time it's understandable but I'm glad I ordered early!

The canvas was a gift for my husband and he instantly fell in love with it! He was raised on a farm with a VERY patriotic mom so the barn with the flag was a perfect reminder of his childhood and then I had our children added so it was precious people and reminders rolled in one! So awesome, thank you! The canvas is also pulled just the right amount! Perfect!

It was supposed to read 02-19-1965. Instead read 20-19-1965. You refused to fix it. There are only 12 months in a year and there should be some kind measure in place to prevent that from happening.
The canvas is beautiful! Love how it turned out. The only thing that was disappointing was the wood frame being warped. This made it difficult to put on the wall as it's not flush with it.

Long story short, made an order, took forever to ship, finally shipped nearly 2wks from purchase date, shipped to wrong address in wrong state, asked for a refund, was told they had to speak to UPS before issuing a refund, told I would be called back, never received a call, instead they sent me an email saying they were going make me another and then ship, not what I asked for. UPS called me to say they found the package and they sent it back to Family Gifts Co. I sent another email asking for a refund, no reply. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

All I can say is hassle hassle hassle and nothing to show for it at the end AVOID Took money twice then 1st shipping delay then production delay how can production come after shipping sometimes you've just got to laugh
