I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
This is by far the nicest piece to add to out new home. I love how quick it arrived and it looks amazing.
I've ordered 2 canvas from them and there beautiful. They are very fast to get them to you also. I will be ordering more! Highly recommend!

My son and daughter in law loved it! My only complaint is that it arrived a couple days after Christmas, I would definitely order another one.

I just wanted to confirm that my order was received and I didn’t need to do anything else in regards to confirming I had spelled everything correctly etc. They were quick to let me know but they had my order and everything looked good.

I like the product you guys spent a lot of money to advertise it so I couldn't miss the ads all over Instagram Get caught my attention.
It was a very unique product and yes when the person went to open it they were crying so it totally worked. You have a very unique and beautiful product but you need to work on the back of the house in getting this to people's residents faster that was the most disappointing part of the process and maybe trying use people in the United States of America instead of other countries because it was hard to understand the person on the other line.

Ordered item on 6/3, it is 7/14 no merchandise received, no communication, invalid tracking information. Blame covid19. Just return my money!
