I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
I'm writing this review because i was leary about ordering things of this nature from on line companies but i really wanted to get a piece done and they are legitimate and i was highly pleased with the out come of their product so much so that i shared it with my family and friends to encourage them to get one also for family memories i love it and it's mounted over our fireplace thanks again i guess when my daughter gets married next year I'll have to get another one and add his name thanks again.
I ended up getting double. Delivery was inconsistent. My 2 items shipped separately even though I placed the order at the same time. Shipping was confusing leading me to think one item has been lost. The 2 items were delivered several days apart with no shipping details other than there should have been 2 boxes.
When I messaged Family Gifts it was many days later that I got a response.

After seeing Family Gift ads on Facebook, I ordered a canvas for my son on Thanksgiving weekend for a Christmas gift. They advertised a beautiful product and 10-14 day turn around. Shortly after I received emails that the gift was done, then emails that it shipped on December 2nd. The tracking code showed pending for weeks, which I found out means that they printed a label, but never shipped it. After many email, I received generic responses with multiple excuses and broken promises of delivery by Christmas. Of course this didn't happen. I still have yet to receive the product, refund or valid confirmation that they are actually making or shipping or refunding.
I hope this helps anyone thinking of ordering from this company.

Postal Service lost one of items but they made sure to replace & sent out new one in a timely manner, would definitely order from them again in the future.
Ordered on 11/27, no communication after confirmation. Emailed, called, still no reply or notification that my order shipped. Finally got shipping notice on 12/21 where it still sat not moving, only label notice given, until 12/24. This was a gift ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and it was finally received on 12/27. They tried to pretend it was some lost truck problem but my order was never even processed to be lost on a truck. I will never recommend this company to anyone! Terrible experience, terrible customer service, and no attempt to make it right! Just terrible.

Today, I received an unexpected gift in the mail. My Dec 6th ordered canvas! I was not expecting it, since I actually cancelled the order. I am extremely please! The beauty and quality of this item is top notch. I sincerely believe FGC feels horrible with the issues incurred with many of our orders and this was a beautiful gesture to make it right—and my wife loves it. We will definitely order from them again.
I was given 2 fake tracking numbers by customer service. I would have rather been told the truth about the Delay in my order. I do understand during this Holiday Season shipping and production delays are unavoidable. Maybe in the future jus relay that information. It also would have been nice to actually be able to speak to someone.

Got it much later then i thought i would, 2 days before christmas, now i have to send it to where its going, because you refused to send to a p. O. box, which i will be doing... plus it was torn on 1 side of package from fed-ex lucky did not hurt the picture though.
It looked nice, something for the whole family to enjoy, especially the grandparents.
My niece got married and I happened to run across this website and found the perfect gift. It allowed me to choose and adjust my photos. The process was quick and easy to use. The staff, particularly Molly was very helpful with my questions while waiting for my package to arrive. She was very professional. I can't wait to my niece face when she sees the gift after she returns from her honeymoon.

This item was nothing like it was described or like the photos showed. Imagine discovering that after waiting over 6 weeks to even receive the product. Very frustrating and I will never order from this company again!
Its been 2 weeks since I ordered... I've emailed them twice. No response... just got a tracking number but its tells me nothing available... this was a Christmas gift... I will never order from this company again

Ordered product in November with delivery advertised as being a couple weeks. Never received tracking or product so contacted company only to be lied to and given fake tracking information. They posted false updates on face book to many of us that they would upgrade shipping so we would receive product by Christmas. They lied and ruined Christmas for a lot of people and I would not trust buying anything from Family Gifts Co.

Ordered a canvas a month ago, still not received. When I reach out all I'm told is "Our fulfillment team says your order is ready to ship out." After multiple attempts I asked for a refund, yet I receive the same answer with no response to my refund request. Starting to think this is a scam and that money is gone.

I placed an order with this company as I saw their advertisement on Facebook, probably my first mistake. I have still not received the merchandise but they did charge my credit card right away and when I try to contact them it's an automated voice system that says you need to email them and then hangs up on you. I sent numerous emails and all I get is an automated response with those too! Would not even recommend this company to someone I don't even like!
Canvas is beautiful! Very well done! I'm very pleased with product and price! Easy check out, free shipping! Shipping took 4 weeks but it was the holiday season and during a pandemic so I'm just happy I received it before Christmas!

Absolutely love the canvas picture, but I bought as a birthday present for 12/10 birthday, didn't even get it till after Christmas and no update from you till I emailed. Email response time was good but never real clean on actual delivery date. If you just communicated better that you were overwhelmed with orders and the actual delivery date estimate without me having to ask it would have helped. I was worried the whole thing was a scam. I love the Canvas picture and quality, thank you so much!

I will never buy anything from this company ever again. I ordered my gift on 11/28 and here we are to 12/20 and still no order. I have sent repeated emails to the customer service asking if my order will arrive by Christmas and all four emails have a dodgy answer. It's simple question. They are not answering the phone when you call customer service so you have to email and the response time is 2 to 4 days. They claim that fed ex lost a bunch of packages to they needed to replace a bunch of packages. BUT they are sill going to use fed ex. Quite possibly the worst company I've ever ordered anything from and now my parents will potentially not have a gift here by Christmas and that make it look like I dropped the ball. The customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I have no proof of purchase because I don't have the package. I honestly feel like its scam.

The whole process from start to finish was supposed to take 2 weeks tops. In fact I even received an email asking me to review my product when I had yet not received it. I got it nearly a month after ordering it. But I DID get it in time for Christmas —
The picture itself is gorgeous and my family is very excited about it. It's a bit darker than I expected it to be— but pretty nevertheless.

I just want others to know that this company does not stand behind its products. I ordered a twenty dollar product and the writing was incorrect. All I ask them to do was send me a new one with the correct spelling. They would not do it, the poster was nice but the customer service that they have is horrible. If I owned a company I would never argue with someone over a twenty-dollar product. I will take my business somewhere else that respects me as a customer. Thank you, Sandy Roberts

Very upsetting that I have an email stating my product was sent on 12/6 however when I would track, stated they had not received my package... follow up took over a week. It was a Christmas gift and I had to but something else for them for fear it would not be received in time. It did make it, but only with a day or 2 to spare very frustrating experience. Without asking I was reimbursed for shipping, but feel you could have done better

Ordered Christmas gift on 12/3/2020, funds withdrawn on 12/4, order confirmation on 12/5 and project started on 12/10. Repeatedly contacted for delivery schedule and repeatedly confirmed delivery before 12/25. On 12/23 advised that it would not arrive until after 12/25 leaving a family member with NO Christmas gift and they issued a whole $10 refund. WOW -- Even the letter from the CEO posted on their website indicates that orders placed between 12/9 and 12 would shipped on 12/20 overnight! The CEO is not honest and does not stand behind his commitments! Full refund is expected immediately!

I am very dissatisfied and feel I should not have to pay for it if it ever arrives. I still don't have my gift I ordered almost a month ago and it apparently has been shipped twice--but as this point I don't know if that is true. I can't speak to a representative and no one responds to my emails over the last 2 weeks or so. In addition, I feel the ad was misleading as it shows someone opening the canvas mounted and then I learned your canvases are not mounted.

I made an order roughly 10 days prior to Christmas - I hoped that it would arrive before Christmas but in reality expected to still be happy with my order if within a week after Christmas. Took over 2 months to get what I ordered. Took so long I had forgotten that I even bought it.
Also - it fell about 3 feet. That short fall caused the frame to be bent and the canvas to be stretched to where it now looks pretty bad.
The website lists a disconnected number for customer service. It is an international scam listing a corporate address in England. Another address in San Francisco and a Canadian telephone number. My bank may not refund me but i will report it to shopify and try to get it taken down.
Nothing was ever shipped.
