I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.

I don’t remember how I ran across your site, but loved the family options, especially the tree. I never know what to get my sister-in-law, and she never likes anything. I knew my brother and nephews would like this, but she even seemed to like it. Today, she asked where I got it because her sister wants one!

My name is Daniel Stockdale. I'm putting my name so the company knows I stand behind my complaint. I'll start with the good news, I did receive a refund. Now here's my story.
I ordered a gift, this company NEVER sent the gift. They created a label with FedEx, which sent me tracking information on 12/2/20, but they never delivered the package to FedEx. Therefore, the tracking information has no information to provide me. After days of looking at the tracking information I emailed the company with my complaint. I tried to call but it immediately goes to voicemail and no one ever responds.
I randomly checked my email about 48 hours after emailing them, and I see an email from them. My email worked! They refunded me my money. In fairness, I received a form letter from a lady named Corrine. She seemed liked she really wanted to help beyond just refunding me my money. She made some excuse and claimed they would still send my gift and she'll keep me updated.
Of course I was excited and felt good about this company once again. But her promise ended up being worst than the fake tracking number they sent me. She would have been better off not ever saying that. She followed up about a week later and said "hey I see your order was delivered did you get it?" Attached to that email was another fake tracking from FedEx. After closely looking at the fake tracking information she sent, it was a package sent to some address in another state. I emailed her back and told her the package never arrived and she sent me an email in error. To this day I've heard nothing from her. I've been currently waiting for a month for something she knows and now I know will not be arriving. They lied!
After reading many reviews, this company at best appears to be uncommitted to doing honest business. In fact, I feel like they are thieves. They'll take your money and not give you your product. Only after you ask for your money back will they return it. If you never ask I guess they just run off with it.
The facts remain clear, this company has been dishonest and have made up lies to cover their tales. I'm so thankful that at least 1 person will read this and not do business with this company. I hope everyone that reads it takes their business elsewhere.
