I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
Ordered three weeks out and promised delivery by Christmas. I explained that I was at a military base overseas and was still guaranteed delivery by Christmas. It did not make it. If you promise something you have to deliver. It's just good business.

I ordered a month in advance, the product did not make it on time. The tracking was useless. The communication about my order status was only replies to my asking about whats going on, instead of real answers we were directed to facebook for updates.

Great piece, had issue with shipping, however once inquired about the customer care team and CEO explained what happened and gift still came before Christmas. Was truly a great experience with a little hiccup.

Ordering was easy and product is as described. A little disappointed it took 30+ days for delivery and 5 days after Christmas. I did receive an email from the company stating they were aware it was late and provided an explanation. I understand things happen and fortunately it all worked out.

I think our shopping experience was unique in the fact that we ordered in the middle of a pandemic when delivery services may take a bit more time then usual AND there was a problem with our order. What I valued most about my experience is that even with both difficulties the company communicated with us. It was via email and yes I was a bit worried but it all worked out. We were very happy with the final product!

There is absolutely no customer service and you only receives an answering machine. If you email them you only receive a form type email back with no information. Received an email asking me to review the product that I received and I have never received it. I was finally sent an email from them with false tracking number. The item was never received by FedEx and never delivered. They take your money right away and never ship the product. Do not buy from them! Horrible experience. Check out their reviews on Facebook and you will see what I mean. Hundreds of other unhappy customers!

Placed an order and heard nothing from them even though taking the money was prompt. Asked for a status after 2 weeks. Instead of receiving a personal response I got "here's your tracking info" And that tracking info has said "on it's way to a usps facility" since Nov 25th. I'm over it. I would never recommend this company. Not only am I getting poor service but also nothing but automated responses when I ask questions.

After ordering in late November, i received an E-mail with tracking that the item was shipped. For 2 weeks the tracking stated that the item has not reached the carrier. I tried to contact Family Gifts, and was only able to communicate through E-mail. I explained the problem and the response was that it had been shipped and i was given another tracking #, which still had the same status. Finally i dug further into their website and there was a small article stating that their shipping provider lost all of their packages. We did end up getting our item after Christmas with no apology or any partial refund. It was a very nice picture, but in the end, i was not happy with the communication.

I am beyond pleased with the results. Just prior to ordering, my husband and I were actively talking about exchanging Christmas gifts. That's when I spotted your web link in our Facebook news feed. After clicking on the link, I knew that I would be placing an order. We purchased a breathtaking mountain scene with all our family members names listed on it. After we received it, we were stunned. The quality is spectacular, the service was easy, uncomplicated, and emails were always sent giving us a status update. I had ordered two canvases for xmas presents. One came on time but the second was not received. After some delay to responding to my request for status this company went above an beyond to correct the situation. They expidited my order and although I did not have for xmas it arrived within 2 weeks of notifying them of the problem. They also gave me a partial refund.

Companies care but this one don't seem to be able to respond to customers unless it is fake reviews on social media, As business owner I must remind companies word of mouth can ruin a business and people tend to believe the negative review over the positive as more than like they are truer that to fake positive

I'm happy with the art (a gift for our mother and she loved it) but delivery time was much longer than expected. I was finally getting concerned (because I couldn't even track the shipment) and then Family Gifts did finally send an email informing of a logistics issue that caused a major disruption in their production and delivery. I understand they had little or no control over the issue and I appreciated the information but I wish they'd have informed me sooner. Once they sent that info - the order shipped a few days later and I received it within a few days.
This canvas is perfect for my son's outdoor/adventure themed bedroom. It's a good size for a bit open wall we've been looking to add something to. And the personalized trail signs are the icing on the cake.

I just received my sunflower canvas. I am blown away at how beautiful it is. The color & quality are outstanding. My only son passed away last year & sunflowers are my favorite, so this is a win win for me.
