I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
Ordered a canvas for my daughter in law for Christmas. They had issues with their shipper. I get it 2020 was anything but perfect. They were teriffic with keeping me updated with what was going on. So the gift was delivered the Monday after Christmas. No big deal. Thanks for everything family gifts. Will be doing business again

I spoke with customer service more than once. They were very helpful in reassuring me that I would be contacted (via email) & that I would have to approve the arrangement before it was printed.
I also exchanged emails with a designer until we found the final layout.

I wanted to display one original wedding photo with a bit of a twist. I saw this option months before we even got married and had hoped to find a photo that would work well with the wooden signage.

4 days After placing an order they sent me an email that it was shipped with a tracking number that belonged to a previous order. When I kept inquiring they kept sending the same automated message. Then they said my order hasn't been made yet, then they said it is being set up, then it's shipping again, then it's on back order due to the volume they get, then they said it was damaged during manufacturing and had to remake it. When I threatened them with reporting it to consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau, my order miraculously arrived in 2 days. Had to wait over a month all together. I'll never order again and I will tell anyone considering this company to forget it.
I ordered the wrong print at first. Even though it was right during Christmas week, they were quick to reimburse me with no issues. I then ordered another print. When the print arrived I was so pleased - it was a much softer color and not glaring like the pic online; I was a little afraid of that but went ahead and ordered the print anyways. It turned out way better than I had imagined. It was beautiful and all the names were correctly printed. The delivery company took good care of the print and it arrived with no damage. I'm a very satisfied buyer!
This was a gift for my parents, whom love and spend lots of time with there great grandchildren. They where so happy with the picture. Sorry I didn't get a snap of them opening but granny Annie and pawpaw Robert where very surprised.

I bought one for my parents, we lost one of my brothers when he was 5(hit by car) and and my other brother when he was 52(heart attack) and we lost one sister(miscarriage), then there's me and my two other sisters. I added all of us kids, and it brought mom to tears, So it was a perfect gift! They hung to on the wall immediately.
Don't Buy from this Company, ordered on Dec 6th and I am sitting here on Jan 1st waiting for my wife's Christmas gift that I was told would arrive on Dec 18th. I have been told several time that canvas was in production and it would ship soon. I have had 2 emails saying that my order has shipped. I just got a e mail today Jan 1st that it is still in production. So frustrated having them tell me one thing one day and tell me something different 3 days later. Since I ordered my canvas they have sent me at least 30 e mails trying to sell me something else. I even received an email asking how I liked my canvas now that I have received it. Good luck.

There was a holiday in my family. I was looking for something similar to find the best gift. This site saved me time and effort to choose the right gift. Everything was quite fast and simple (I thought it would be more difficult). I had a few questions, but the support helped me solve them. Loved the gift, thanks!
Order and processing went exactly as promised, and was delivered on the 14th day as indicated it would be. My only complaint is that I was never given a tracking number, so didn't even know the product had been shipped until it arrived at my front door. If the tracking service worked better it would save the customer a lot of unnecessary anxiety while waiting for the delivery.

I was pretty upset when I received my picture that my husbands name, Gary, looked like Gaby - as the "weathered" look of the board made the "r" look like a "b". I would of hoped someone would of caught this as it was being made and contacted me. Also - when I ordered it - there seemed to be a glitch in the system and thankfully I read my confirmation email as the last 2 names were not capitalized even though they were so on the "preview" screen before I placed the order.

I got an email from them asking me how I felt about the items I had chose. I told him I had not gotten the items yet, so they went and tracked the packages to let me know where they were and when they would be arriving.
They made me feel like my packages were just as important to them as they were to me.

Thank God, I got my gift in time. When I opened it, you could tell it was a RUSHED JOB. The canvas is loose and floppy, the bottome left corner is ripping. So NO, I was not pleased. Walgreens could have done a better job. I get you were in a rush, but does that mean quality should be minimized? I will now have to take it into a frame shop and have it remounted and hopefully the bottom corner can be fixed or hidden to not further rip.

Great concept and I was super excited for my Daughter and Husbands New Home to have such a beaurtiful piece. I chose that pic for sentimental reasons. My Mother whom passed LOVED to drive on the old country roads, my daughter used to take road trips with her every week and this scene really fit with the last year of her life and what she LOVED. Thank you for that! I hope to get it fixed and perfect for her and her family.

This company is a SCAM, do not be fooled. I ordered a canvas on December 5th. They sent an email stating it shipped on the 23rd. We still have not received the canvas. I complained to there company email and they sent a follow-up email saying I would be refunded 10% of my order. Shockingly I haven't received that as well. Not to mention the tracking app they use (Shop) is horrendous. Don't provide any details of your order at all. Don't be fooled!

I saw this product on the internet and knew it would make an awesome gift for my son that is very hard to buy for. I was right and this was his favorite gift of all time. You don't hear that every day.
I saw a product that i do not see all the time. I took a chance on this company because i wanted the item so bad. My 2nd order was placed on december 8th and i haven't received it yet, but hoping it will be here any day.

I think this is an internet scam. They can't fulfill the orders and can't tell you why or when the order will be ready. If I could give this company less than one start I would. I would be very careful before ordering anything from this so called company. I have ask for a complete refund because i placed my order in December and then received an e-mail asking me if I enjoyed my product which I had not received and when I inquired they could not tell me anything other than they didn't know anything.

I was really disappointed when my gift did not come in within the time frame it was supposed to. I originally blamed Family Gifts Co and reached out to them to find out why. Family Gifts said it had been shipped but FedEx said they never received it. Family Gifts went above and beyond to make another product and shipped it to me as soon as they could. I received the product and was very pleased with it. A couple of days later, a lady knocked on my door with a second package that was accidentally delivered to her address several days prior. So the big mistake was not on Family Gifts Co but on FedEx delivery. Needless to say I now have two gifts lol.

I ordered 2 projects on the same day and still have not received either project. I have gotten the runaround from the customer service dept. and still no information except that I can cancel or wait. I have been sent the incorrect tracking numbers several times and I do not believe one of the projects was even started. I was really looking forward to giving these to the family members and understand delay but this is unacceptable.
Defect on my canvas and sent numerous photos showing defect and kept receiving responses back asking for more photos, I sent 10 or so already but kept being asked to send more even though they were clear photos. I gave up as nothing was being done to address or resolve, but will never order here again.
I have found the people associated with the company to be very nice. They seem to want to help. HOWEVER, the wait time can only be compared to buying something from China and having no idea when/if you will see it. I even received emails telling me my order was shipped and then following up to see how I like it... turns out emails were a "glitch" in the system. Now I'm being asked to write a review so here it is. ADVISE TO COMPANY: Send me my order before you ask if I'm happy with your service. So disappointed.

The online ordering was easy n smooth. Getting it shipped was terrible. Ordered it on Cyber Monday n received it 23 days later. Extremely worried that it wasn't going to get here before Christmas. It did n I'm thankful, not sure if it would have been shipped had I not emailed them. Hate to write this since I really like the item. Just letting you know, don't wait to the last minute to order if you want this on a certain date.
