I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
My experience with Family Gifts Co. Was absolutely outstanding. I ordered 2 canvases and 1 print picture. They turned out absolutely beautiful. I am very pleased with the work and I highly recommended them to anyone.

I am so pleased at how easy ordering was and how fast it got here! When I took it out if the shipping box it was absolutely perfect! Made my day to open it and hang it! Hardest part was picking a design, they all were great designs but the barn was perfect for my family! Thank you so much!
The product is fine quality, but for some reason, they put the names in black on the signs which are a darker background. We cannot even see the names, let alone read them, where we have this hanging on the wall. Either the sign background should be lighter or the lettering should be in white instead of black. Very disappointing.

Everything looked fine and as promoted. I believe the item to be overpriced when ordered so that wasn't an issue for me even though digital printing to canvas can be found for less. I was disappointed with shipping time as I ordered prior to Thanksgiving and waited the quoted/and expected pandemic delay times with no updates. Wasn't until I inquired on my painting that the status emails started and then it was delivered. I felt like the order was misplaced or forgotten. Otherwise the product was 100% as expected.
Wanted to support smaller scale businesses.
I do not recommend this company. I had a very bad experience with them. I paid for an item I never received. They never wanted to help me, they justified that the article was delivered. I have cameras in my home and I have nothing to indicate the item was stolen to justify the lack of professionalism and horrible customer service I received. I select a star because there are no more options to let other people know about their horrible customer service.
The quality is good and exactly what was ordered. The problem centers on delivery. I ordered this the day after Thanksgiving and told it would take 10-14 working days to ship. It finally showed up Christmas Eve. This was not a postal service issue but a production issue.

They do not answer the phone there is a message saying only reach by emails sent several emails no even one answer, order is supposed to ship from 10 to 14 days is been 21 days nothing looks like must cancel the order do not recommend all good reviews here must be faked

Ordering and gift was great. Getting delivery on time and the wait was longer then i expected. You guys had issues but was unaware about it. I had to email you about my order before you realize anything going on. Guys need do better follow up with company or review your orders better.

Outside of the inability to track my order I got what I paid for and plan to purchase more in the future. The overall product was better then I thought it would be and my wife loved it. I would hope they fix the support issues no one should have to chase their order and you should be reaching out to customers instead of the other way around. All in all I was pleased with my experience thank you.
Thought it would make a good Christmas gift and it did.
First order was "lost" by the shipper and Family Gifts was able to get a replacement out in just a couple of days. Wife loves the picture and I am very pleased with how the entire experience worked out.

Where do I start... About 6 weeks ago I received my canvas with busted up sides and staples all over the side of it. I provided numerous photos to the e-mail to report the damage since no one answers the phones at this company or returns your phone calls. They agreed to send me another one. I never received it. They claimed it was lost in the mail. Sent me another one and could never provide me with a tracking number. Promised it by Dec. 5th it is now the 7th and still no canvas. No ones returning my emails. This company has TERRIBLE customer service. I've never received a damaged item amd it's been this hard to get a replacment. Beware when purchasing from this company as I would never do it again!
I ordered two picture frames for each family with the names on them and they were absolutely gorgeous they came out perfect. My mom absolutely loved it because it had all us kids names on them and she hung it over her bed and it looks wonderful and my boyfriend has his with all his kids on it
Order No. #******* was supposedly shipped on Dec. 2. As of today, Jan 1, I have not received it. I ordered it as a Christmas gift and because of no delivery I had to buy my loved on something else. I tried to track it, but the tracking sight had no information. I no longer need or want the order. I have asked for a refund and haven't receive that either. I am very dissatisfied with Family Gifts and will not do business with you in the future. If my refund does not come soon then I intend to post on Face Book my experience with you so that others will know.

The canvas I purchased is so GREAT that it is Front & Center of our home in the entrance foyer. I purchased two products with my husband & I and the other with my 4 children's names on them. Everyone admires it upon entrance and it is a wonderful symbol of their path as they journey forward into their adult lives... while our's represents where my husband and I spent and met on the shores of the beaches. The product arrives in timely fashion, it is bigger then I thought it would be, solid, wrapped well, no damages, well made with quality of materials and no errors in spelling or art work. I am so happy and am thinking of buying more in the new year ahead for other family members as gifts. While everyone or the majority of social media may seem like a big risk when buying things from their site or page... I am very glad I read all the Reviews and Feedback and they hold true and honorable. I am very much blessed by trusting the endorsements here and you will be too!
I ordered Nov 29,2020 arrived on Dec 31,2020. Needless to it arrived after christmas. My wife was very upset and crying. This late arrival has led to many arguments. Missing Christmas day was horrifying for her. I can't think of any ways to make it up to her. This has been the worst Christmas EVER...

Loved the print. But customer service is worst i ever dealt with. Was told my print was shipped 2 times, then call to company and found they were having a computer proble, they finally shipped the canvas to the wrong address. So I drove 6 hours to deliver it myself. Never again. They wont publish this review they only publish positive reviews;

I placed an order a month ago. I have not heard from the company, other than my order is in process. I have not heard about or received a tracking number or other shipping information. I've sent many emails and never get a straight answer. If you like to waste your money and be frustrated by not getting information about your purchase, then this is the company for you.

I got an email that said my purchase shipped, but no tracking number or company used to ship my item. I placed this order well b4 Xmas and it didn't ship until after Xmas. I sent an email asking for tracking and have yet to receive any response. I'm still waiting for my purchase as of 1/1/21.
I ordered several journals the end of November and still have not received them. I have emailed them several times with just a response they are looking into a shipping error. Do not order from them. I wish I would have researched this company further before ordering from them. I will dispute the charges with my bank to see if any of the money will be recovered.

I thought that the reason the price was pretty high was because of the wooden backing, states "ready to hang." Instead I got the print rolled up, which caused wrinkles and now need to try to find a frame for it to fit in, which is not what I wanted at all. I wanted it to be like the photos on the website.
I chose Family Gifts because of the way the print looks on the wall, with the wooden backing, not something I needed to frame. I am very disappointed.

I ordered twice. The first time was ok. It took 3 weeks, this for expedited service of course. The second time took 6-8 weeks and a re-order because they claimed their shipper lost it, again for expedited service which is non existent. Be wary of this company. Lots of promises, none kept.
Order was placed and processed quickly, then got lost in delivery. I reached out to the service dept and Neil took very good care of me. He offered to have my order remade and shipped with no questions asked. Very satisfied with product and the service received.
