I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
I saw many negative reviews about delayed orders and bad quality. I was skeptical but thought I'd give it a try. I had zero issues. The canvas I ordered was delivered fast. The quality was decent for a print. I don't have anything to complain about. I would use this company again.
Numerous issues from the beginning. Lost a complete order that took forever to arrive. From photos it looks like picture it looks like they are matted but they are not. Also orders show in recipients name not the person that ordered them. No option for gift notification.
It came out really beautiful! I didn't however see the customization for different backgrounds while setting it up to order. The delivery time was very long and yes I do know it had to be drawn up and customized but it took about a week to find out it was being confirmed. Then another to make it. Then took almost another 2 weeks to get here. Other than the delivery wait it was amazing and highly recommend it for an heartwarming gift!

I placed my order early so my son would receive his gift before Christmas I was totally stressed out when I kept asking if they received it and the answer was always no. The tracking was terrible and then I received an email saying there was a shipping problem. It was to late for me to order from anywhere else at this point. My son did receive the gift on Christmas Eve however at that point I was so over all the nonsense. I feel the least they could have done was give a partial refund or some kind of discount for future purchases. Because of their lack of at least offering something I will not purchase or recommend them. Btw this was shipped from Texas to another city in Texas smh...

Very confusing. I placed my order then received an email the order was on hold. I found out from another email this was to finalize artwork- great idea and worked out well. A few days later, an email saying the order shipped, a few days later received email stating my project was being worked on. Then email stating sorry- were having trouble with shipper and lost orders. Then another email with an apology again. All the while my order tracking number stars shipping label created. The product was ordered for Christmas mid November with a ‘delivered' by Christmas. Finally was delivered a week after Christmas. Last time I emailed back my order was lost, then once delivered tracking number says it shipped 12/7. Most confusing order I've ever seen and very frustrating. I had given up on ever seeing anything delivered.

I ordered on 11/30 which was before the 12/8 order by Christmas.
On 12/8 I got an email saying my order was in production and on 12/23 I got an email saying it was being shipped.
On 12/24 I emailed customer service and they replied that as of 12/26 the order was still in production and the shipping email was an error.
I can not get am answer to why it is taking soon to get my order.

Frustrating. I ordered on 12/1/2020. Got an email 12/6/2020 saying my order was on hold and to contact them. After contacting by phone and email, my order resumed processing on 12/10/2020. That's unacceptable. A week and a half went by! When my item was finally "shipped" it didn't make it to a delivery service for several days. It then went through several cities surrounding my city before going to the post office. This was a Christmas gift that arrived at my home on December 28th! As a side note, I ordered something that, unbeknownst to me, came from China. I ordered it a week AFTER this item and received it two days later. They definitely need to work on efficiency.

I give this company a Big 0! The time this site says you will get it is a lie. When I questioned it, I was told that time frame was after the canvass was completed. Then I was sent an email asking if I like my canvass. I continued to get conflicting emails. My questions was never answered. I believe being this is taking so long it's coming from China even though it list company in the United States. I tried to track my package once I was notified but fedex shows nothing about my canvass. I will demand a refund if I don't get it by this Friday! Only gave 1 star because I had to in order to submit.

I ordered one of these to give to my sister who is grieving after the loss of her friend and partner. It truly touched her heart to see all the names of their family in a beautiful picture. She loves it.
I had seen ads on Facebook but I went to the actual site and I was impressed by what I saw.
I chose the autumn road with the sign posts because my sister and her partner loved fall and road trips.
Ordered 2 canvases on 11/29. Only received one of the canvases. Called the company & got the voicemail stating shipping delays. In my email I detailed information regarding missing canvas & a request for information on its delivery. Received back a response to check the tracking which was not helpful as the the package I received had been delivered but was missing one of the 2 canvases. Again emailed regarding this and have emailed once more but have had no response to date. Tried calling the company again since it is now after Christmas but still get the same voice recording stating please email as they are unable to take the volume of calls regarding shipping. This seemed like a reputable company and I was Hopeful they would respond soon but based on other reviews I've now soon am not sure this will be the case.
Liked the look of the canvases. Thought they would make wonderful Christmas gifts for family.

My order was placed an order on June 8th. A month has gone by, the product hasn't been sent and I have had no answer from the customer service to my multiple e-mails! Terrible service! Only gave it one star rating because I could've give it a zero star.
I should have know better to order something through a social media site but when I saw the "for my daughter" keychain I wanted to get it for my 17-year-old. First of all they added some kind of "package protection" automatically that I did not ask for which cost about $3.00 so I'm sure most people would ignore. When I asked about it, I never heard back. Then I got my shipment and it wasn't a keychain for my daughter, it was for a granddaughter, which I do not have.
I am not tech savvy but it was very easy ordering through your company. The product came in very early where I could giftwrap it in time for Christmas. My mother (who has everything) LOVED the paradise ocean photo with her grandchildren's names on the signpost!
The videos and photos of finished prodicts looked great. There was also a special price going on during the time of my order

Took over a month to get. Was ordered for a Christmas present which was advertised as 10-14 day delivery. Once it was delivered it was left out in 6 in's of snow. Someone was home but was not approached to receive by FedEx.
Saw it on Facebook and thought with the 10-14 day delivery it would work out for a Christmas gift.

As a small business owner, I completely understand when subcontractors disappoint. It's your name, and your reputation. I appreciate your efforts to keep your customers informed. Love the product. A late gift is a small concern these days. Chin up and carry on.
I paid express shipping and never received notification for a week about my order. After I sent an email, customer service responded within hours and sent me a digital copy of my product as a gift for the delay. And immediately shipped my product out later that day.
The picture itself was fine but my delivery was delayed four times before I actually got it. And when it did arrive, fedex didn't even put it by the front door but by my garage door so we had to go looking for it. We kept being told it would be delivered and would wait around all day only for it not to come... several different times. The picture wasn't packed very protectively so we were grateful the box wasn't beat up.
I bought a canvas for my husband for Father's Day. He was very happy and surprised. I ordered the barn with American flag print. The only critique he had was that the barn is very old looking which he liked but it has a solar panel light above the door.
A small USA company with options I was looking for.

Looks great hanging on our wall. I'm highly satisfied with the quality. My only regret is that it took so long to get it but I understand that during the Christmas rush, things are delayed. It would have been nice had I been furnished a tracking number so that I would have been able to know when it would arrive.

I have been trying to contact this company for over a week, they do not respond to my emails and they do not answer there phones, it always goes to leaving a message and they never respond back! Very poor customer service, I will never purchase products from them again

Shipping was very slow, but we purchased it for as a gift for Christmas, so we knew it would take a little longer to arrive with all the order that you must have gotten and the mail service being so slow. But overall we were very pleased with the canvas. We ordered another one for ourselves after Christmas.
