The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.

I ordered two items a day apart which at the time were to arrive just before Christmas. Though I tried to get info regarding items it was almost impossible to reach a person. Both my items arrived after Christmas one was a two days late the other was two weeks late and arrived with the printers stamps all over it. I had to take pics and prove they screwed up. Two weeks later I got the right print. My experience was all around a nightmare.

Placed two orders 3 weeks ago. Sent false tracking number for one that still shows "pending". Apparently there was a problem delivering the canvases to FedEx and had to replace them. Then at 12:28am Sunday, I receive an email saying my order is on HOLD and to contact them asap. What a joke! The phone reverts you to email- you can't leave a message. Two days later I get a response, your order was tagged as "LOST" and we'll need to make a replacement (for which order? WHEN can I expect it?). Emails never address important info. Super concerned I'll never see a single "replacement" or my money back! Just filed with the BBB. So frustrating! Poor communication!

Ordered the print on Nov 25. Paid additional for framing. Received an email first week of December that it was shipped. Turned out shipping label was created but never shipped. It is now 3 days from Christmas and still no gift. Company has blamed ordering snafu, Fed Ex issues, and everything under the sun as a reason my shipment has net been received. They don't answer the phones on customer service calls, refer everything to email, and don't reply to the emails. I have made multiple requests for a full refund if my order couldn't be completed and received by Christmas, but those requests have been ignored. Am investigating my next steps.

To whom it may concern,
Just thought I'd drop you a note to let you know your policies and LACK OF customer service make it certain that I, and anyone I associate with, will not be purchasing any additional items from your company!
QUICK explanation... I purchased an item a couple of weeks ago at a 10% discount. Prior to its being shipped i started receiving offers of 25% off site wide. I attempted, unsuccessfully, to speak with someone in an effort to get what most successful retailers refer to as "BENEFIT OF SALE". After leaving a few voice-mail, today I finally got through to a representative and even though I have yet to receive my order, I was told only one discount applies and a refund/credit for the difference would be impossible to offer.
As a rule, when a company is more concerned with making a few extra dollars as opposed to providing an outstanding customer experience... that company can no longer earn my business.

Love the canvas. I think shipping the canvas' with some type of protection around the corners, it doesn't have to be much, would prevent "scrapes" on all four like I have when I received mine.
Other than that the family loves it.

Purchased a blanket on 5th of May
Tracking says it arrived in Harthorne Ca. On 17 th May. It is now 13th June and still nothing. I have emailed them 6 times. With no return emails. Do not order from this company. And I hope these people burn in the pits of hell for all eternity. $83.46 just gone. It's sad people can do this.

The best experience of ordering from the site. I loved it. I placed my order 3/3/21 and it first told me it would be 10-14 days. My order came 3/6/21. It took 3 days. I'm super excited cause I ordered something for my mom birthday 3/7 and I was just like it won't be here on time but it definitely was here. The wait wasn't long what so ever. Thank you. This company could not handle the influx of Christmas orders.
They have been unavailable by phone the entire time. I have been checking on my order, a Christmas gift, and was told it was being produced on Dec 18th. Then I was sent an email that it shipped Dec 23. All email replies keep saying it is in production. The reality today when they opened up phones lines is that they haven't started it yet. I asked for a full refund. I would have preferred honesty that they couldn't deliver the product on time. Don't send an email that it has shipped, when you haven't started it yet. Bad business.

Bad business warning! Don't place order unless you don't care about receiving merchandise. Apparently my order placed on 11/30/2020 was "lost with a batch of other prints, so they say..." I'm still waiting for order. I've attempted contacting customer service and when they reply, I reply to said reply and get nothing back EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have no idea if the print is coming or when. At this time I'll probably have to file a dispute with bank to get money back. With all these "lost orders" I think this company needs to be reported to BBB.

I have been waiting what seems like forever I was told it shipped on December 1st but tracking wasn't showing any info then they finally told me they were mistaken it hasn't shipped an it wasn't even finished yet! It was supposed to be here dec 4th. Its not the 18th. An its a Xmas present for my mom. I will never order anything else from this place again.

Buyer beware, Family Gifts Co. Monitors all of their reviews and will only post their 5 star review on their website. I ordered two 36x24 prints. The color was dull and faded, I sent pics and and they do not stand by the 100% money back guarantee. The tried to explain the whole CYMK toners that is just how the print is. I am very all to familiar with as I work at HP for 25 years. This being said I know your going to get a rare defective print cartridge once in a while. They said to make it up to me they would give me free of charge the digital copy which I already purchased. They are very dishonest company and will not honor the 100% money back guarantee

Online ordering was easy, the estimated delivery time was well before the date needed, the email I received from the company explaining my order was lost by FedEx and had to be remade and reading a few reviews on how some orders were not received until a month sometimes two months later made me a little worried but my order ended up arriving on the date that was originally given.

I needed a Christmas gift for my father and was running out of ideas. The customized canvas print is what I went with. I liked that I could choose different scenes, colored or black and white, and add as many or as little names as needed which was five and it looks great. My husband also has a difficult time finding gifts for his mother and also ordered one with seven names. My print was black and white and his was in color and both look great, good quality, and very professional. I would recommend Family Gifts Co. To anyone who wants a personalized gift for themselves or others.

I chose this because I could customize it myself. I chose the smaller size print so the person receiving it didn't need a lot of wall space, the black and white colors can match colors and decor in many places, and the canvas is lightweight and easy to hang.

I would start off by stating to stay away from this company like many others have. I ordered a portrait on Dec. 10th and have reached out to them via email 3 times. I talked to a lawyer and then asked this company how i could reach them or at least my lawyer. Miraculously they reached out to me with a real tracking number from Fedex. I will supposedly have my portrait two weeks later than promised. The Fedex site shows i will have it 1-7-2021 as it has officially left Texas. Will keep everyone posted of my results. Horrible customer service and terrible company to do business with. Would recommend etsy. I even left the CEO (Kyle Hunt) a message on Linkedin (Dec. 23rd) with no luck of a return message. Very shady company that i believe was overwhelmed by the holiday rush.

I ordered a shirt on June 3rd which was guaranteed to be here by Father's Day. This shirt is still in processing mode. The number they provide just tells you to email them. I emailed them and received an auto response. I guess I have to cancel payment like everyone did smh. This place needs to be shut down! Please don't order.
