I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
I ordered this blanket for a Christmas gift for my daughter. I haven't received it yet however, I didn't know it was coming from China. Had I known I would have never ordered it. I double checked their website to see where this company was from and no where does it say they have their products made in China. Their information shows the company is out of Maryland. I won't get this before Christmas and I am very skeptical about the quality of my item. So very irritated right now from the deception of this company.
I ordered one item and received it with no problems. I placed a second order for TWO items and have only received ONE. When I try to email the company all I get is "congratulations your order has shipped" with a tracking number for the one canvas I have received and cannot get information on the missing canvas including whether or not it has shipped. I placed my order since the beginning of Nov to ensure delivery before Christmas but sadly it looks like my parents will not be receiving what I hoped would be the "perfect gift."

Everything I received were beautiful. Had 1 problem, but it was resolved and received it before Christmas. All of the others came within the time frame or sooner. The people I worked with were very kind a sincere and answered any questions I had with expertise.
I chose Family because I wanted to give my family something beautiful and Personal this year for Christmas that they could cherish for years to come. Everyone loved them. I would recommend Family Gifts to anyone that is looking for that type of special gift for their loved one.

Ordered mine, it was delivered within a week and a half, Fed Ex delivered and text me as the product arrived. Brought it upstairs and I absolutely love it, my fiancé loves it, all the kids love it, I will definitely recommend this company as they stand by what they say. I purchased the largest canvas they had available with 8 names on it. Well worth it.

Gotten multiple emails about my order. Each one contradicting the previous. One early in the day says my item was shipped... Later in the day says it's in production. Got another email today saying it's shipped. This evening got an email saying since you've gotten your item already... please leave a review. Tracking now says tomorrow, but it hasn't even left Texas yet.
I ordered a necklace for Christmas and I originally I did not even receive a invoice, so I contacted them by email and the receipted that was sent was from Stephan perkins.
When I try to look up my order number there is not such order. I tried emailing them again and I got a message from my email that my email has been refused by the recipient. I am still trying and hopefully someone will contact me.

Made an order. They didn't send the frame that I paid for. They realized that then said we would send the frame to you and you install it. Over a month later and still received nothing, highly unprofessional and don't recommend!
I placed my order at the end of November with the understanding that it would be here in time for Christmas. The status given was pretty vague, just that my order was processing and now estimated time to ship or deliver. I did contact customer service and they ensured me if my order was placed prior to Dec 5, it would be delivered by Christmas. They did give me a $10 refund. However, when my order shipped, it did not provide a tracking number or estimated delivery date. My order was finally delivered on Dec 31.
Some of this may be due to COVID and other oddities with shipping lately. However, it was a b discouraging to not be able to give this gift at the time we celebrated Christmas with our family.
I saw an ad but also saw a friend had used the same company for a gift.
It’s a unique gift for the grandparents, who are able to buy themselves whatever they want, whenever they want.
Although arrival of canvas was later than expected, the digital picture you sent added to the fun. I had the family gather around their phone and I text the picture... they were so pleased that it added to the excitement for the arrival. Each family have their canvas displayed with such joy!

First of all, when I placed my order, I did, thinking I was helping a small business. I am still waiting for my order from Nov 22nd 2020! I can't get any real response from this company besides a form letter. I will probably never get my order or my money back.
Ordered on 11/30 promised before Christmas... didnt show up until the Sunday after! Emailed two separate occasions and was assured it would be there in time. After realizing I wasn't going to have them on time I was offered a 10 percent refund but that doesn't change the fact that they are now sitting in my living room and my daughters won't be back anytime soon to get them.

Worse customer service! I ordered gifts for Christmas. It is now January 12th and still have not received the journals. On December 17,2019 I received notification that the package is ready to ship and in Fremont, CA. Still nothing. The only way to send communication is via email. I wish that I would've done research before ordering.
Worse customer service ever. My canvas supposedly shipped 01Dec20 but when I check the tracking it states label created pending delivery date - since 01Dec20! I have contacted the company with full details of what the tracking link indicated and all they did was send me the same info. I wrote back telling them this wasn't my issue, I know what it states, but where exactly is the canvas and why is it sitting for 10 days. No response and sent email 4 times!

I got the largest size print I was a bit worried about it maybe being to big. But it was a perfect fit behind and above our couch. My wage was exceptionally pleased and as long as she is happy I am happy.
My wife saw it and thought it was cool so I got it for her.

I ordered a portrait along with a frame and the frame never came with it.
I had to send them a picture of the portrait by itself for them to believe me.
Not sure what kind of business they are running over there but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
The uploading of pictures went well and the checkout went well. What disappointed me was the fact that even though i ordered it way back on Nov. 17 they just received it today. It was a Christmas gift so the delay was sad.

Family Gifts Co is the worst company ever. I ordered a picture and it came damaged, incomplete, crooked and with no backing. I then called and ordered a replacement and received the same, damaged, incomplete and now discolored. In parallel, I also ordered another picture for a family member and experienced the same. When I ordered the replacements, they promised that I would receive pictures with backings and now are feeding me a story that they n ok pinger do this. Stay away from they liars. They only take your money and don't deliver.

I placed an order November 21st, 2020 for a christmas present. On November 28 I received an email stating my canvas was in production. On November 30, I received another email, but this time from the CEO, stating I should have received my canvas and asked for a review. Since it had only been 2 days, I gave it another week before thinking about email their customer support email address. Sent two emails and filed a paypal dispute before I could receive one email back stating my product was still in production and would be atleast another 5 to 7 business days. This was 3 weeks after the first email stating 5 to 7 business days. Over a month later and my canvas had not even moved. I escalated my paypal claim and after receiving zero info from the company Paypal closed the claim in my favor. Highly suggest reading these reviews before placing an order! You may NEVER receive your order.

This was a repeat order and it did not stand up to the original order. I sent an email with pictures of both orders and within a day I received a phone call from customer service. The order was redone and is just as perfect as the first order! They did everything to make sure I was pleased with my order! Would order from them again.
Ordered family canvas for a Christmas gift-when we prepared to hang the print noticed the canvas was out of square which made it hang un-even on the wall. The corners where the canvas was folded was messy looking and not neat. Was disappointed in product.

With the holidays approaching I ordered my Christmas gifts from Family Gifts Co. Before the end of November. I only received a part of my order before Christmas and I did not get all my gifts until late January. It almost ruined the first Christmas away from my family. We wanted a gift that we could all share for the rest of our lives. Weeks later, I received the final part of my gift. At no time was I offered a refund, which I felt was deserved as well as what I ordered.
Customer service tried to help me as best they could. It was not their fault, but it took a long time to get this issue resolved and multiple requests. If I didn't stay on top of it, I would have gotten my gifts.

The canvas/product I ordered was a birthday gift for my mom and she loved it! It is currently hanging in our family room and many people have commented on the quality and the product in general. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to customize the layout and what would be printed on the canvas easily and there were no concerns during this process. During the process of making and shipping the canvas, I received an appropriate amount of emails and updates. Canvas was delivered in the time range that was promised! Overall, I was pleased with the product itself but also Family Gifts Co for making this process easy, simple, and creating a great product/canvas!

Ordered from Family Gift for my daughter. A little apprehensive when I received an e-mail saying there was a delay. This is a Christmas gift and I was scared it wouldn't get here. Much to my delight the picture arrived within 3 days of the e-mail and I could not be any more pleased. I ordered the Coastal Sunrise in color and it fits in well with her seashore inspired décor. It's the perfect size and looks great on her wall.
