I loved my purchase even though the price is a little high the product was great. My son and daughter-in-law loved it. The company had some shipping issues which they kept me informed of and even with the issues my product arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. The owners of this company showed they take pride in their work and care about the satisfaction of their customers. My custom print was beautiful.
I did continue receiving messages that there was a problem with my delivery. When I would email back I recieved an automated response. This was a bit frustrating because this was a Christmas gift and 8 did not want it delayed. In the end it did arrive on time and was loved by all.

I ordered 2 items in November they were supposed to be Christmas gifts and was supposed to be here the 2nd week of December and I still have not received them! I reached out to the company that no longer taken calls but dumping you into voicemail! Or send you canned emails! I will never use this company again!

Early in August I ordered a canvas for my wife for our wedding anniversary in mid- September. It's 3 days before our anniversary and all I have is the frame and no canvas. I'm crossing my fingers that the canvas is delivered in the next 48 hours.

I'm always pleased with the quality of the product. I have ordered 3 canvases so far. Each of them are absolutely perfect. I'm not pleased with the time frame of delivery, butt. I' will still order in the future.

We purchased for Xmas gift for friends and we could not be happier! The finished product was awesome and was shipped quickly! We also received one as a gift and that gave us the idea to gift to someone else a personalized canvas. Great idea!

There was never a shipping number tracking number or anything given. It just arrived on my door step. Thank goodness someone was home to accept it or someone would have taken it. I was given a huge $10 refund but never received it.

I ordered two canvas style pics and they look great but one of them the wood frame came off! Not saying it was anyone's fault just worried because it scared me. Was it because it rushed to be put together that it was nailed/stapled together right. Was it because the delivery man missed treated it or was it me moving it from my house to my parents house to wrap and put under the Christmas tree. Either way my parents love theirs and have it up in their house and my Sister and brother-in-law love theirs and are planning on mounting it!

I made a mistake when I ordered and I was able to go online and correct it. I was contacted by your company that the change would be made and it was. Shipping was quick and within a week I had my package from you. It is PERFECT! Thank you!

I picked the Boat Dock and it is beautiful. The people I gave it to wanted to cry they loved it so much. It did have a flaw on it and I bought the insurance (it is canvas coming thru mail) and they quickly responded to replace it. Instead I got another one with an added name to it and I got 50% off. Great deal I think. This is why a gave 3 stars because of flaw.

Had a little order and delivery issue. But all in all they came through in the end. The product was great. Looks amazing and the wife was very pleased. Haven't posted a pick of them with her. But I'm glad they came through in the end.

I was a little disappointed that the lettering on the "Brother & Sister" side of the mug, was not dark as pictured in the advertisement. I don't know if it was the end of another job, so the ink was almost out or if it was not inked enough times. I just don't know.

I was very impressed with the quality and the look of this canvas. I ordered for my daughter since she just bought her first home. She is going to love it. It's very very nice and highly recommend it to everyone to buy. I love it and thank you! <3

Do not order the floating frame as they will conveniently have to ship it separately for you to assemble. Also make sure you order the background you want because even if it is not in production, you will not be able to change it.

I ordered 140.78 worth of items from this company on Nov. 22,2020 never received items and company won't responded to emails. Don't order from here, they take your money you don't get your order or your money back. They flood your email with junk mail!

They call you or email you every step of the way to make sure it is exactly the way you want it. They make sure the dates the names are accurate and spelled correctly! Make sure you pay attention to your email or else it will not be shipped off because they make sure it is what U want before they ship

Everything was really good until the shipping of the item. I did choose the 2 day shipping due to it was a Xmas gift and it didn't show up till 5 day later. I would of refunded the shipping on any order that asked for the one or two day shipping and your company known that it was not going to happen. I would of fixed the web page also and take off the express shipping and the two day shipping and left it at regular shipping.

It was a bit tough because it was for a birthday gift. It was ordered in early Nov. But due to issues it did not arrive before the birthday. With that said, I just changed it up and he got it at Christmas.

The ordering was easy. The cost, reasonable. The delivery well within reason and the product was so well received. It was a gift. My daughter loved it. I am considering more products for gifts. Thank you!

Order was placed in time to arrive by Christmas-emails from company states the product would arrive by Christmas and it did not. Was a delay in production not a shipping delay. Product average for the price paid

It was amazing my wife loved it as well as my kids. It fits us perfect, we moved from Hawaii and started our journey moving state to state for my job so to us it represents the journeys we started and will continue together as a family. Thank you

My experience was excellent on the website. Ordering the picture frame with names was easy to perform. I am completely satisfied with the picture but the backing wooden frame was delivered damaged. I had to repair myself with screws.

Ordered my son a gift for Christmas. It was paid for December 7th for Christmas delivery. Said 2 weeks for delivery, as of December 25th Christmas Day nothing! My son lost my granddaughter to Cancer this year and with it already being an awful year this has just sent me into tears. Shame on you for not fulfilling your agreement when an item is purchased 18 days prior to Christmas.
