I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.

I placed my order on 11/15. Everything appeared normal. Received an update on 11/17 that my order would arrive in 10-14 days from order date. On 12/01, received the "Your Order Has Shipped" email with FedEx tracking number, which simply reads pending. That was 8 days ago, and it still reads pending. After numerous emails and attempts to call the company (they are not taking calls at this time), I never received a clear response. FedEx notified me that all they have received is a shipping label but no product. A month has transpired where the company is telling me my item has shipped, yet their choice of parcel delivery service is telling me they have yet to receive anything to ship. All the while, the company is mute to any communication. Disputing the charge on my credit card and never considering this company again. All of my frustration could've been alleviated with simple customer service response and accuracy. Don't send me an email on 11/17 stating I'll have my canvas in 10-14 days when 24 days later there's still no sign of pending shipment?!?!?

Order two prints on 4 December, was told that they would definitely be delivered before Christmas. Nothing. Hasn't even shipped. No number to call, no response to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered Dec. 1st. A gift for my daughter for xmass. 24 days befor xmass company said it would take 10 to 14 days to recive. Then company said because of snow storm it might be late? Problem is the company is in Fl. And my daughter live in Fl. And the snow storm was on Dec. 21. Not Happy...

You guys lost my order between production and shipping. You guys imeditly reached out to me letting me know that you were making a new order and would try your best to get it to me by Christmas.
I received it about a week early and it was for my girlfriends birthday on the 24th.
I've been with Shari for six years and I've never seen her cry until she opened her gift with her and her two kids on it.
I was a business owner for over 25 years and truly understand that as good as you are, you will always be dealing with hiccups like this.
The way a company handles the hiccups will tell you it they are a great company. And I have to say that the way you handled this that you guys are rockstars.

I completed my order the first of December with delivery by December 31st. Received an email December 23rd stating the product was shipped. I paid extra for VIP order treatment. The order was to be delivered in 10-14 days. January 8th, I reached out asking for an update I am now past even the 14 day delivery. I was told that it hadn't even shipped yet, so there is no tracking number. I'm now continually only told to wait another 24-48 hours for an update. This company is a complete scam. At best, unable and unwilling to provide you the product you purchased. Don't order from this company.

Great product but terrible communication and delivery time. Waited over a month to receive and although this will be blamed on the postal service folks, that clearly was not the case. Immediately after I placed my order you start getting notifications that your order is being started. A couple days later I received a tracking number and was feeling good about it showing up well in advance of Christmas. Unfortunately that is the state the tracking stayed until days after Christmas when it actually shipped. When I finally received the canvas, it looks great and I am pleased with the quality of print. I wish there were different color options for the frame but I knew that up front and it still looks good. The brackets that were added to the wood frame of the canvas are not installed using any measurement system and that is clear. There are two brackets and typically most people would use a center reference line but that was not the case. One side was at 5.5" and the other at 7.75" so make sure to measure both sides when placing your wall holes. Overall, great product but the process needs some work.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am. We had ordered a LONG SLEEVE "I'm ready to crush kindergarten" shirt for our 5 year old grandson who loves dinosaurs and will be starting kindergarten this September. Maybe it was all our fault for not watching the sizes more closely but WHAT ADULT OR TEENAGER will wear this shirt. My grandson does not wear short sleeve shirts so that is why we ordered a long sleeve shirt. After much back and forth and getting the run around that YOU DO NOT REFUND money and our only options is to ORDER another shirt. WE DON'T WANT ANOTHER SHIRT.
Never ever have we had this horrible experience with any other company and we order a lot of things on line.

I wouldn't advise sending family or friends a large customized canvas wall art. Even the most well meaning gifts can sometimes be a burden to the recipient.

I ordered the print on 12/3. I received 2 emails, 1st on 12/7 they received my order and designer was reviewing. The 2nd on 12/13 that my order was printing. I didn't receive any other notification until I called (multiple times) and emailed (multiple times) that it was shipping on 12/23. So much for a Christmas gift. It is 1/4 and still have not received my order so cannot give review on the quality of the print but the experience I have had so far I wouldn't order anything again. I was originlly planning too do a great grand kids print for my mom but I will find a different company

I ordered a picture with 5 names on December 5 with the expectation of a 17-19 day delivery per their website. I never received an order confirmation and after sending an email I received a response within 2 days that the order is delayed due to some re-processing issue, but promised a before Christmas delivery. They still did not supply any order number so I waited a few days and replied again asking for an order and status. This time they appologized again, gave me a 10% refund and a high quality digital copy of my photo. Still, no expected ship date or order number. Finally I received a note on Dec-23 telling me my order had shipped, still no shipping details/tracking number but they said it would not be here for Christmas. So I sent another email asking for the tracking number, no response yet after 5 days. Their website, using the eventually provided order number that came with the notice of shipment, says it cannot give me information on shipping, so, I am still in the dark about when, if ever, I'll get my photo, and of course Christmas has passed!
I would NOT recommend this company unless you are in no hurry. I have yet to see the product so I cannot comment on the quality, but, if the customer experience is important to you, better to look elsewhere.

Very easy smooth transaction. Even had a mistake when ordering and as soon as customer service was informed of the mistake, they fixed it immediately.

The overall process was a nightmare. You get the notifications that your product is in certain stages. Then it shows shipped, which doesn't necessarily mean it has shipped. Then FedEx is the courier, so now you get to wonder how they are going to screw it up. The package sat for 2 weeks, then was lost. In the meantime I was in contact with customer service via email as you can't talk to anyone via the phone. I clearly explained that I was concerned that my package had not left FedEx and so forth. I get two emails back that are clearly form letters, then finally get one back that they will look into it, then I get one from the CEO that they have lost it and they are redoing the gift at no additional cost to me. Which is super nice, especially since they lost it. This of course is now 3 weeks after the original shipped notification. Then a week goes by and I get an alert that an artist is reviewing my order. This is a week or so out from Christmas, then 2 days later it shows up randomly. The box looks like someone played soccer with it. Fortunately, when I opened it, it was fine, there was some scuffing on the backside, but since you don't see that part, no real harm.
While it is definitely a unique and custom gift, I am a little leary of using the company again.
It was a Christmas gift for my wife. It was something the kids found and thought would be a great gift for their mom for Christmas.
