I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
After 12-14 emails (2 months)back and forth to this piss poor business who scams people out of money I finally got my full refund back! I had to ship the wrong order back in my expense to China and then another blanket just like the one I sent back came again AFTER I told them I will keep bothering them until I got a full refund back and they need to read emails more often so they don't get bad reviews and lose customers. I am still stuck with a blanket I didn't order but at this point all I care about is that I got a full refund back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
My whole family love the picture. The quality is great but the delivery is a bit slow may be because I ordered it on black Friday. Can't wait to hang it in our new home.
The back of the canvas looked like it was cut and attached by a child. Luckily you cannot see that once it is hung, but the price I paid for this it should have been a little more professional.

Awesome! The only confusion I had was on delivery. I was notified that the label had been created and my package was on the way wsy.(I now understand the process) over a week before it was actually on the way. It was confusing. But other than that EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME. I was even able to communicate via EMAIL with a rep to assure that all was good. I highly recommend..

There was an issue with shipping that was a disaster, HOWEVER the company worked diligently to rectify the problem, the gift was received in time and the addition expenses were absorbed by the company. They did I the right thing and because of that we will ABSOLUTELY order from them again!

Site was easy to use I got my picture in less than a week it was package very nice and neat and it was just like it showed in preview the size was exact as well I love it and would highly recommend this company as I'm nervous with online shopping but it was no stress and I couldn't be happier!

Order came in a short amount of time quality is excellent. Bought it for my friends birthday and had all her grandkids names put on it she absolutely loved it found the perfect thing to match
My experience was pretty good. But the shipping was definitely slow. More than the normal timeframe but they did send me a little credit back for having to wait.

Ordered Dec 1 and it took over 3 weeks to arrive, and at first I thought the package was lost or this was a scam. I'm glad to say I received my canvas in time before the holidays and it's perfect!

I had reviewed my purchase due to the braces on the back arriving unattached in 2 places. I didn't know how to contact the service dept. WELL, after reviewing I did find infor to contact. They have gone over and above to help fix the situation. The picture was perfect, the problem was fixable and they gave me a bit of a refund to make my time worth it. I glued the corner supports on back in and all is well. Great picture and great service. UPDATING A PREVIOUS REVIEW.

We were very pleased with the product, "Ocean Sunset This is Us Multi-Names Premium Canvas - 36X24". Even with making last minute changes to add additional names, Family Gifts Co ensured that our product met our expectations. Additionally, we received our order RIGHT on time for my Mother in law's 60th birthday celebration with enough time to present her gift at her birthday event. Priority processing was worth ever extra penny and my family and I were extremely pleased with the product. It was a great 60th birthday gift for my Mother in Law.

Don't bother ordering anything from this company if you want it before Christmas. I ordered something on November 25th and on December 3rd I was notified that it would be sent out within the next 3-4 days. Well todays December 14th and nothing has been sent! What's worse is that I've received no correspondence from the company and there's no way to check the status of my order! I've emailed them 3 times (within the last 5 days) with no response and the # to call doesn't connect you with customer service. There's a recording referring you to the email for the company (yup... the same email with my response!) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
