With all the holiday scams out there, when I saw this ad on facebook, I thought..."I don't know about this". But I took a leap of faith (after trying to find out anything negative about the company--I didn't) I was Very happy with the print. Personalized perfectly. Appreciated being able to approve of the layout before printing. Shipped as promised in well constructed, study wrapping.

Order placed on 11/26 and my funds were taken for payment on 11/29.12/2 I received tracking that never showed movement. A month later it is Christmas Eve and I do not have a present to give my family. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Horrendous customer service or lack there of.

I ordered a 20 year wedding anniversary gift for my wife. That's when things went WRONG! Anniversary has now come and gone with no delivery of the purchased item. Received 1 email stating they would charge 20% fee to refund my money... On an item I didn't receive, sent reply email... Feel in deaf ear. Opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Stay clear of these people, it will only end in disappoint! I only have 1 star, as there is not an option for zero stars!

Rusty was a beloved-golden boy that my former and I have shared time with after our relationship ended. Lost him on Father's Day this year. He was her special boy. I can't wait to see it when it's done. I will probably order another similar canvas for me to remember him by. Thank you.

I was informed & given an expected delivery date, which was considerable due to have ordered during holiday season, but then kept on receiving emails stating that the delivery expected day would be extended, which is not acceptable & will make me think twice about ordering again.

I'm so happy I ordered this canvas for a birthday gift for my mom! Easy to use online ordering- just as described but even better. What a personal and fun gift. Now my other family members want one! Will order again!

I have fallen in love with the products of the Family Gifts Company! I made an initial order not knowing what to expect, but after receiving my first order, I have since placed 3 additional orders! The canvases are as beautiful as they look online, made with quality and truly make for a great personalized gift for family and friends! Today I called customer service with a question. It was so nice to simply get a live person on the phone within a minute! She was pleasant and helpful! Thank you so much! Ordered it in plenty of time but had delivery issues. I was impressed and satisfied with how they handled it. They were preemptive in sending out email to let me know what happened. And very apologetic. Ended up getting picture day after Christmas which was fine.

My husband surprised me with 1 of these photos, the photo was absolutely amazing. He ordered a floating frame for it but it didn't come, it was an oversight which could happen to anyone. But they made it good within a day. They were very friendly & responded quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with experience with Family Gifts Co. Fast and Friendly Service and kept me informed every step of the process for my order. It even arrived earlier than my estimated delivery date.

Ordered a digital print for my wife for Christmas in mid November. Dec 2 got notification and a Fed X tracking number but showed "pending" which means only a label printed. Never received the print. Asked for my money back, they gave me 50% off if I wait. On Jan 12 I called they sent me another Fed X tracking that said "pending" from the 5th of Jan. All they do is string you along and lie to you. I did get the rest of my money or so they say it will take 3-5 days. Of course, they have had my 300 for two months.

What a stand up company that stands behind their products. Mine was damaged during shipping to no fault of Family Gifts Co but they immediately sent me a new one. They just asked for a couple of pictures which I was prepared to do. The print turned out awesome. Thank you for everything

These canvases are so beautiful. This is my third order. The first two are Christmas gifts and because I love how they turned out, I had to get one for myself. Great quality and vibrant colors! Thank you Family Gifts!

I ordered a canvas for my son & his family who just retired from 20 years in the Marines and bought their forever home. When I received the package it was pretty damaged. The canvas was damaged as you can see in pictures. I contacted customer service Tuesday today is Thursday and my problem is taken care of. Not only are they sending a replacement canvas (which I didn't ask for) they are refunding part of my $$.
Customer service at its best, quick to reply.

Let me just say I had super high hopes for this gift. I ordered a photo for my moms birthday with all the kids name on. Not only was it three weeks late but it also was damaged and had a hole in the canvas, I'll get it to them they said they would expedite me a new one and give me 20% refund (sounded great) it took them two months and multiple emails to figure out where my replacement was, needles to say they said oh sorry we never got your emails and no one has started a production so my email got more and more intense. I finally got a replacement which was also damaged ( completely warped wood, mostly broken and there are horrible lines in the canvas showing that it was not printed correctly) and they told me I couldn't get a full refund. I think it's absurd to pay the amount I did for TWO pictures that you can't even display.

Initially, contact with the company was often to get my print the way I wanted it. While the print turned out beautifully after 3 weeks and multiple unanswered emails asking for status updates a very nice woman finally replied. Still didn't receive it when I needed it(was a gift for Christmas eve).

I'm giving Family Gifts Co. 5 Stars across the board because of my experience with them! Customer service was excellent, communication was excellent, and my purchases... absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this wonderful company!

The site is super easy to use, and the turn around time was so fast... had my order way sooner than expected. The site gives you a preview of what your order will look like, and it's spot on when you get it. Great email communication as well.

Sent tracking number for USPS and status remained "label created" for 2 weeks. No phone number and automated responses to email. I stopped/disputed payment on my credit card and received actual shipping information 3 days later. Package arrived one week later. It was guaranteed delivery before Christmas, obviously that didn't happen. Absolutely no customer service and no shipping until you cancel payment!

Terribly disappointed, ordered gift several weeks before Christmas with plenty of time to ship/receive. Never came, family from out of state came and did not get the gift we ordered. According to fedex shipment status it as been sitting in Laredo over 3 weeks with no additional updates. Family leaves tomorrow and if gift ever shows up will have to spend additional shipping to send to them. Think we would rather have our $200+ back at this point
