I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
Family Gifts worked with me several times, to help get the final results I wanted, to make my photo to my folks the best it could be. It looks great. They will loved it.

Because of the different selection of prints to choose from, you could also submit your own photos and able to personalize it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The canvas i ordered is NOT what was sent they chose what they were going to send They DO NOT HONOR the 90 return/exchange policy to ensure 100% customer satisfaction as they put in their policy.
I was a little nervous ordering off of a site that was an AD on social media. This is quite lovely. It look like it does on the site, came in a timely manner.
Uniqueness of product
Just bought a new house and I thought this would be a neat add to the walls being that our kids are older and do not live with us anymore. Its a nice thing for them and our guests to walk in and see
The offers at the end scare the hell out of me that you aren't a legitimate company and that I was just scammed. If you are legit - make those offers available to me before check out - makes you see shady

I placed several orders for Christmas gifts, all were ordered October 29,2020. I received two canvas that were correct, but the third was incorrect. Wrong names. I contacted customer service and they stated that they would issue a replacement canvas. It is now January 4,2021 and I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT REPLACEMENT! I was so upset, customer service kept assuring me that the canvas was in process... well that was obviously not true. They issued a partial refund for my inconvenience but that still does not make up for the fact that I placed an order in October for delivery before Christmas, they made an error and there was absolutely no priority made to getting me my replacement. Terrible customer service that gives numerous excuses as to why they are behind in their orders. I will never order again and there are PLENTY of rival companies that offer similar products. I would recommend that if you need a Christmas gift to order now... maybe you'll be lucky and receive it prior to December.

Very bad, stressful experience! While the ads Look Great, and Sound Great, I didn't get product in the time promised! Lots of back and forth emails and schmoozing, but all empty promises.
Delivery was delayed but I finally received the canvas and it is great. This is the second canvas I've ordered and delivery times are much longer than stated. That is my only complaint.

This is the fourth canvass I have purchased and I have never been disappointed. I was a little worried if it would arrive in time for Christmas gift giving and I am so glad it arrived in time.

Beautiful quality I took a gamble and it paid off.

Wanted Something sentimental for my family in the living-room.
The final product was amazing what they did. The picture is beautiful. They do wonderful work. There was a small part that they could not fix, but otherwise wonderful.
I ordered a picture previously and it was fantastic. Everybody sees the picture and remarks how wonderful it is.
This was a custom order and specialized gift with special memories tied to it. I wanted this to be special for my family member. I knew if any company could do it, they could.

The print is beautiful, I've received many compliments on it, but the shipping box arrived damaged. Thank goodness the print was fine, but a stronger shipping box might be necessary.
