I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
I was always kept in the loop on where they were in the process. It did take more time than I thought to get our item to us. In the end it was worth it

I ordered 2 pictures for my it childrens Christmas in October I reccieved my order and it was not correct both the pictures had the same names on them, I called to get it corected and when I recieved my corrected order it had the same names on it again. I again called to get it fixed again when the order came it had the same incorect names on it again. I canceled my order and ordered it again but I must have looked at the order wrong because I got the correct names this time but it was on paper. I recieved my replacement on Dec. 23. Now I have to reorder for the 5 time so my daughter will get the Christmas present I wanted her to get in the first place

My order was never received. Unable to communicate with any one regarding this. I receive e-mails, but unable to reply to them. I will NEVER order anything from them again.
It was a pleasant experience. I ordered the picture for my daughter and her family. It was delivered to her home a week after I ordered and she absolutely loves it.

"Hi Richard,
Thanks for contacting us and voicing out your concern. I understand that the canvas you received was dark and different compared to the mockup we sent to you via email so I went ahead and double-checked as to why this is so. I found that the mockup sent to you by our design team was made with RBG (Red, Blue, Green) colors which are the most common color spaces used for digital prints. The effect this imposes on the digital mockup is called additive mixture which means that the more colors are added, the brighter picture will seem to be when viewed with a phone or a laptop. However, when it is submitted to our fulfillment team for printing, they will be printing it using CKMY (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) colors which are the standard ink colors used in all printing companies. The effect this has on the canvas is called subtractive mixing which makes the canvas appear darker in person.
This case is also similar to when you view a photo using your computer and when you have it printed out, it seems darker than when you viewed it on your screen.

Never received order when told. When I finally called to check i was told order was not pushed through and had to redo after I had confirmation on order status and had Shipped
I ordered my print on November 2nd so I would get it in time. The website said to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery... well, i got the print on December 29th... AFTER Christmas! NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY!

I wanted to get my in-laws something with each grandchild's name on it.
The whole issue however was that I placed this order on 11/23 and confirmed artwork on 11/24. I received an email on 12/1 stating my order had shipped and the label showed created with Fedex on 12/1. That should have been plenty of time to get to me and I could then ship it to my mother-in-law for her Christmas present. I sent an email to your company on 12/8 as it still showed that only the label had been created. I received a response back on that same day with the shipping information. Obviously, I already had that. I asked again on 12/8 about it being in a status of only a label being created and received no response. I sent another email on 12/10 and received Dem's response on 12/14 which was AFTER the shipment finally showed movement on 12/11.
Your website states that I should have received my order within 10 - 14 days. I should have received my order on or around 12/8. That would have left me plenty of time to then wrap and ship it out. Now, since the expected delivery date is 12/15, which it won't be delivered on that day due to it still being in Texas and I'm in South Dakota, I'm going to have to pay a bunch extra to ship it in time to arrive for Christmas.
If someone would have actually looked at my email from 12/8 or actually done their job and confirmed the order shipped back on 12/1, it wouldn't be costing me all this extra money and time.

Loved the look of the product that I ended up purchasing for my children. They were surprised and happy with their gifts!
I got charged the wrong price and as of date still have not received my purchase. It looks like a great product but its customer service is terrible/horrible and I have not received my purchase. I emailed and called. Don't bother to call because they will not answer and tell you to email the company. I am close to calling my American Express card and cancel. It was a Christmas present for my wife that is extremely late. I received a notice the day before Christmas that it was finally on its way and if I HELD MY BREATH TO GET MY PURCHASE I WOULD BE IN TROUBLE. If anyone sees a turtle with a canvas strapped on its back heading toward New Jersey let me know. This is my first review I have ever written on a company and I am dishearten that it had to be this one.

Consumers: Be aware that this company does not live up to their mission statement. The service they provide is not expedient at all. Two weeks before Christmas I purchased in full a canvas and was told that if I made the purchase when I did, the product would be delivered by Christmas(False Advertisement). Once the purchase was made, three days later I received an email saying that my order had been received and my order was "On it's Way"(2nd lie). A week after that, I received an email saying that my order was in production. By this time I'm confused by the ordering, production and shipping process so I send an email asking pertinent information regarding my order. I was given the run around and my questions went unanswered. After a second email I was then given an expected delivery date and tracking. Only to wait 5 days after that expected delivery date and to check tracking, the tracking number doesn't exist with UPS or FedEx. I am extremely irritated at this point and this is my only recourse to inform the company how bad their services are because the number on their website doesn't work. What a waste of my time and money. Stay away from this company and their promises!
