I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
I ordered a Christmas gift for my parents on November 26th. I reached out to the company on December 18th as I had not received a shipping notification. I told them that the item was a Christmas gift. They apologized for the delay and said "I would receive the item." But of course ignored that I needed it by Christmas and had ordered it well in advance to get it. Their response also made it clear that my item still had not been put through to production. I asked them to confirm that I would get it by Christmas, and again was told "I would receive the item." Well, clearly they did not care if I would get the item in time for Christmas because the shipping label was created today (still not delivered to the carrier) and the estimated delivery date is 12/28 (more than a month after I ordered the item). The item is not traveling cross country. It's going from Las Vegas to Phoenix. But it's still going to take 6 days to get here based on the shipping method they chose, even though they knew it was a Christmas gift and the item was ordered in sufficient time to get it here. Horribly disappointed in a company that clearly does not care about its customers based on their response.

Disappointed: I received the item today and was damaged through shipping. I tried calling but directed you to email them. The voicemail also stated to not expect a response for at least 8 hours which is ridiculous. The product was placed in the box with very little shipping material or corner blocks to prevent any damage. I was also disappointed to see they did not include any hardware for hanging the item. Even AC Moore $5 frames includes hardware. I am hoping they are able to replace the product and ship in such a way to avoid damaging again. I will provide update this review once I hear back from them and get a feel for their customer service.
After a week and a half, the company finally responded (was actually on Dec 25th). They asked to see pictures of the damaged product before agreeing to replace the product. To be able to still give this as a Christmas present, I went ahead and disassembled to remainder of the framing and reframed the print, securing with framing brackets (which should have been done originally).
Because it is custom, the print can be a nice gift. However, the framing itself is poorly put together - some wood staples is all that holds the corners together. And the packaging for shipping of the frame is even worse.
Good luck with your purchase. I tried to give you a comprehensive review of the product and their lack of customer service if you should not be happy with the product.
I loved loved loved the product I received it was very nicely done and even though I was very dissapointed I couldn't give the gift to my parents on Christmas Day ( it came the day after) I would give Family gift and Co. Another try because they did send my shipping money back and gave me a free digital copy which I appreciated cause was able to show parents what they were getting

Shopping was easy. Was a little disappointed in the shipping timeline. I understand it was Christmas time and there are expected delays. I'm glad that I did receive the product in Christmas Eve.

Quality of 3' print is ok. Canvas is not tight. Very floppy. Got the wrong families gift after waiting over a month and then it took forever to get the re-made print. You would think that if a company sent you the wrong Family 's giftYou would think that if a company sent you the wrong families gift, they would either want you to send it back. No, they did not want it back. I even offered to send it to the correct family so that they could get their gift in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, I had nothing to give on Christmas other than a copy of an email. After spending $100 on this gift, it is quite disappointing. I ordered in more than enough time to get the gift. It's amazing that I ordered from other companies just two days prior to Christmas and they were able to fulfill the order and have it mailed out in time for Christmas. I had to order another gift At the last minute so that I didn't disappoint that person and show up empty-handed. I wish I trusted my gut and did not order from a company that I had not used previously. I have used other personalization companies and have gotten my items quite quickly. Even with Covid, I received items from across the country within one or two days. I even was able to mail things on my own and get them there within a day. It's hard to believe that you receive an email that your item is on the way only to wait several weeks and to see that is still "in transit".

I took a chance the first order I had a few months ago. I loved the canvas so much that I bought a second.
It was a canvas with beautiful colors. The canvases are framed by hand. The sceneries are so beautiful.
We received our sign and love it. Great quality. It was a few days tardy on shipping over the holidays but that's to be expected. Worth the purchase.

I ordered my picture in Nov for a Christmas present for my wife. I received an email a few days later saying my order had shipped and est day of delivery was dec 10. Between the time I received that email and the 10th I received 2 more emails saying 1 my order is being processed, and then another saying that it shipped. When Dec 10 came and I didn't receive my order I called and all I was able to get is a voicemail saying to write an email! I wrote numerous emails with 1 no response or a response that took days to answer! It was so frustrating not to be able to talk with a live person about my order. I finally received my order on Dec 29. When I order facade and I opened the package, the frame that I had ordered for it was damaged beyond repair the picture was only half way attached to it too. The picture itself was fine and very nice. I tried to call again about my order and guess what? Straight to voicemail! Again I wrote a email saying I wanted a full refund for the broken frame since I am going to go out and purchase my own and am still waiting to hear from them! The picture is exactly what what I ordered, the process and delivery time, and customer service was absolutely horrible and I will won't be ordering from them again!
