I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
The website was very easy to use and they had a lot of good choices, package came fast and I had no issues.

I chose this print, because for some reason it just yelled out to me. I have looked for hours for prints and I am glad I found this one. I just hope they love it as much as I do. Only one thing I wish they had more colors to choose for tree leaves.

Plenty of options was able to see a preview of what my order would look like and easy to navigate through the website.

Shipping information prior to Christmas was not up to date but I did get my product in time and my family loved it!

EASY. CHECKOUT IS A BIT OF AN ISSUES AS IT HAS WRONG PROMPTS. I FIGURED IT OUT THROUGH TRIAL AND ERROR, BUT I BET YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS AT CHECKOUT. JUST fyi

Ask for them to ship ups not the post office took to long to get my pic and for this I won't order again till they change it

Great company they solve issues as quickly as they can. My item was lost & they reprinted a new one and shipped it to me with no problem.
. The shipping is long but the picture turned out ok. Also cheap materials for pricing $100 +? And quality is not as bright as shown it's dull.

I Bought a canvas for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. Shipping was fast and was packaged well. I will be buying from here again.
Shipping was horrible. Almost didn't receive it in time, even though I ordered early. But we did get it and it was very pretty. Just as expected.

After I found Family Gift Co many others start showing up with the same product but way cheaper, and thought the canvas product is nice the art print wasn't exactly what I was hoping for.
