I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
Ordering was simple and product is amazing. My wife is in love with it. Shipping was a concern but did arrive before Xmas. All in all you get an A+

Other than it taking forever to get, which turned out to not be the fault of theirs, it was a cool picture. My parents loved it..
This turned out awesome! Instead of using family names, I used my favorite places in Michigan. Turn around time was fast and loved the free shipping.
Ordered on 12/3, plenty of time to receive before Christmas. 12/26 still not here. Tracking impossible, sad.

It different from other portaits
I love the image in the background. Plus I'm a country girl, it reminds me of fishing on the dock.

This was a gift for my husband, we lost our girl in October, he opened it on Christmas Eve... it was a tearful but a wonderful memorial to have!

Ordering was easy and my purchase was exactly as I imagined it would be. I purchased it for my wife for her birthday. The only issue I had with ordering is I felt very uneasy with the delivery process. I received an email telling me my purchased had been shipped out on 12/01/2020. I watched the FedEx tracking for several days and sent a message to the company on 12/9/2020. I received an automated response which sent me the same FedEx information I was already following. This message continued to state that the package label had been printed but no packages received by FedEx after 9 days. The automated message directed me to the FAQ of the company website where I must admit I was becoming suspicious of. The FAQ section stated I should wait 10 days for FedEx to update information regarding delivery progress. While I did eventually get my purchase I was very turned off by doing business with them in the future due to the fact that I could not find a telephone number to call a customer service person to get my questions answered. I have to admit I started to feel like this was a scam website after two automated responses consisting of the same message and no phone number to contact someone. I really didn't appreciate the automated responses to my questions. This may work for others, but I like to be able to pick up the phone and speak to someone who can give me real answers to my questions. I am certain there will be purchases like this placed in the future but I will be looking for a company who actually takes a more personal role in my customer service needs. Now I have this automated feedback survey in my email and I have to admit I am not certain why I am filling it out as I have to believe there is not really anyone at the company reading it.
They seemed to have the best options available in the web search I did.
