I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
Even though there was a snafu with the delivery, I still got it long enough before Christmas to be able to wrap it and surprise a friend.
Bought one of the color beach scene canvases, for my Mom for her birthday with all her grandkids on the old street signs... she absolutely loved it.
My godmother ordered this for me. It was late getting to me because it had to be corrected. Then, when it did arrive, one word was still misspelled.

I saw an advertisement while online doing my Christmas shopping and I ventured to the site. I found a picture that would be perfect for my husband and the process to add names was so easy. It showed what it would look like and allowed me to modify the information to my liking.
To give as a gift to my husband for Christmas, something that no one else would have and it felt special to me.
We love the canvas! I was disappointed that it didn't have anything on the back to hang it on the wall though. I would absolutely purchase again!

It was very easy to navigate the site. The merchandise is worth the price and my delivery was on time!
Poor craftmanship. Took almost 6 weeks to receive and the wooden frame looks cheap and doesn't fit the frame properly.

I liked the idea of having my family names all in one picture.
I gave a 3 star review because there were both positive and negative results in dealing with Family Gifts Co. Short back story... I liked the idea of the family name canvas as presents for a family member and a friend so I ordered 2 at the beginning of Aug. As of the second week of Sept. I still hadn't received either one. I also ordered a floating frame for one of the canvases but I received an email saying that it wasn't put on so it was to be shipped to me and I would need to do it (I was given that option or a refund on the frame, I choose to install it myself). By Sept., I neither had the canvases, frame nor even tracking/order status info. Thru email conversation I requested a refund and they agreed and even offered to still complete and send my order, which I know they didn't have to do. I received most of my money back and finally did receive a canvas in a floating frame. So the pros... the company did work with me in a polite and professional manner to resolve my situation, I did receive most of my refund, I did receive one canvas, the canvas I received is nicely done. The cons... I had wanted to gift the canvases but did not receive them in time, my order was "lost" or some how not processed correctly, after saying for a second time that I would receive my order (which again I know they didn't have to do) I received half of my order with the frame installed on the wrong canvas that I requested. So, I had mixed results. Thus I can't slam Family Gifts Co with a 1 star "horrible" review but also can't give a 5 star "exceptional" review either. Whoever may read this review, I hope your experience will be more positive but also know that if there are any issues, they will work diligently to help get them resolved.
