I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.

Communication is very poor. Can never get anyone on the phone number provided. And if you email questions, it takes days for an answer.

Easy process with great communication from company. Am already a returning customer- I ordered two more items.
I looked at customer reviews and the items to choose from all seem to be great quality.

Did not receive my order in the alloted time. Not received by Christmas therefore didn't have a gift for my daughter
I called twice.
2 different answers.
One said shipped.
Other finally told me they were sorry but it had not been shipped yet. Shipping label was created 12/13/21 but FedEx said they had still not received item to be shipped...that was as of 12/24/21
