Had a problem with my recent order. They resolved my issue and everything is fine now. Eventually my girlfriend got the gift but was very worried when they never sent email confirmation or an email saying my items were delivered

Ordered a canvas to realize auto correct had changed a spelling. Emailed them withing 12 hours of ordering to correct and they responded after 24 hours to let us know they would do nothing about it. How rude and unprofessional. Who spends 100 dollars on a company for them to not care about their customers? Yet hold up their end of THEIR policy. And you can't call and speak to anyone so you're stuck with a crappy canvas.

I ordered my picture before Christmas. With all the mail issues through the holidays we just received the portrait. First, it is beautiful and well worth the wait. Second, this company has been wonderful about communicating issues and delays. They have been very attentive to our concerns and in the end went above and beyond. I will use this company again in the future and definitely recommend their service!

$11.00 dollar refund no cancellation notice. I paid well over that. I ordered a month out for Christmas with there website and emails telling me it would be on time for Christmas. I will never order or never recommend and will talk anyone out of getting anything from this company.

This experience has been wonderful, the canvas came huge with a beautiful black framing along the side. For the size it was nice and lightweight, able to handle yourself and hang up yourself. It looks perfect in our living room, bedroom or even our now upgraded dining room (usually I would feel weird putting a canvas in our dining room, but I was really impressed with the quality, so that's where it's hanging now lol)

I ordered a canvas for our family and the ordering process was very easy. It came exactly as the preview showed and I was so impressed with the quality. (The only downfall was there were no hanging hooks on the back, but hubby was still easily able to hang on the wall) When I purchased it said it could take 14 days to receive, but we received it within a week. I will definitely order from Family Gifts again!

This company has the worst customers service. They sent me two duplicate prints and can't seem to get the order correct. It takes them a week to return an email and you currently can't contact them by phone. The communication is so bad I can't believe they are in business. Do not order from this company. My order was suppose to be here by Christmas. I ordered a month in advance... No correct order yet. Stay away!

Ordering is quick and easy. Proposed artwork shown in the ordering process to help in the decision making. A barrage of added-cost options shown after placing the order. Not sure they are all value-added but likely useful for some. Overall it is a seamless process that I appreciate for on-line shopping. The gift was very nice and thoughtful but did Not anticipate the emotional impact on the recipient... just like the promos. That in itself was worth the price.

The order process is quick and easy… even tho the first order got lost… your team reacted quickly were able to get me a replacement una week, just in time for the item to be ready to wrap as a birthday present… thanks

Order on my canvas on 12/6/20 and the website led me to think I would see it before Christmas... well it finally showed up on 1/3/21 after the Christmas, several e-mail's asking for a some sort of tracking number would be referred back to the "shop" app which does not tell you anything. So on 1/3/21 the canvas show's up, my wife and I open it and its not even stretched properly on the wood, so has a big wrinkle which i will have to to take to a frame shop and get that fixed... the print its self is nice, but not real happy with the over all feeling of doing business with this company...

Everything was great from the quick response to questions/emails to the absolutely beautiful product! Apparently everyone in our family decided to gift the same thing to my mother in law for her birthday/Christmas, just thank goodness they were all different backgrounds and sizes!

I ordered around Christmas time with an expected delivery date. Well, things didn't go exactly according to plan and delivery times got pushed. The company gave me a partial refund and still made it to me by Christmas! Product was well beyond expectation.

I discovered this website through a Facebook Ad in November. I purchased the first item for my ex-husband and his wife and blended children. The canvas arrived so much quicker than I expected and was so beautiful that I ordered one for myself and my husband. That one arrived in less than 2 weeks. I then ordered one for my step daughter and her family and when I received it, I realized that I had ordered a poster rather than a canvas in error. I sent a message to customer service checking to see if there was a way to trade or upgrade or anything and I received a response in less than 5 minutes with a solution that was extremely satisfactory to me. I have read some negative reviews and am quite surprised because I have had nothing but positive experiences and have referred several people after they have seen my canvases and are amazed at the quality of them. Keep up the good work, customer for LIFE!

First let me say that I love the product and the service and follow up. Emails updating me almost everyday. This was a gift to my wife for Christmas and it did not disappoint in anyway. She loves this as much as I do. It is now hanging proudly in our entrance way for all to see. *****

I was told by the company that 2 packages had been shipped on Dec 2 2020, several emails have been sent back and forth, I was given tracking numbers and they all say pending, I called the shipper and they said a label was printed but had not received the package. When you call no one can answer the phone always a recording. I will never use this company again...

Available in different languages so we were able to personalize our art. We were so happy with the one we got that we ordered one for another family member. It's a great gift and the quality is really good. Highly recommended!

I special ordered a blanket for my wife. It took 66 days to receive the product (not sure if Covid-19 held up shipment) There was no customer service; no one to speak with; no one to respond to questions or queries on line or via email. Left in the dark. It did finally arrive and the wife is happy with the product. Just know that it will seem like forever to receive and there's no follow or customer support services. None.

Ordered this gift for a Christmas gift well in advance. However, the product didn't arrive until 1/3/2021. Which is totally ok because I get it. It's important for us folks to use patience. Shipping is out of the vendors hands. I just received my gift and I LOVE it! VERY thankful. And thankful for the communication from Family Gifts Co.!

Ya know, not only is the art breath taking, the customer service people are awesome! I made a mistake on the date (hey, I'm a mother to 3) messages and seen number then called and they were on top of fixing it fast! Not only did they fix it they emailed me to confirm it was me (people these days)! I will probably be ordering a few more pictures!

I ordered three items from Family Gifts and then the waiting game began. I was provided tracking numbers but they kept confusing orders. I can say that their communication was timely; however, due to the mix ups and constant delays I ordered on 11/18 and received the final package on 12/24. They make you confirm your order when you order it, then they send you an email saying they are delaying your package until you call. I called and they had no idea why I was calling. They send you a second email asking you to confirm your order, then it is 10-14 days until created and shipped. 18 emails concerning 3 items - ridiculous. This is a turn key system, should be much faster turn around. I won't be back.

Shopping on website was easy. Price affordable. Liked ability to buy extra things for picture. Shipping was terrible but found out it was not just my product but other peoples products that they had bought from other sites that had shipping issues also. It was a Christmas gift for my wife which was supposed to be received by the 15 of December and did not receive it till day after Christmas. Other than that, wife loved the gift and quality was well worth the price I paid for it.

I ordered this product on 8/12/20 and received a tracking number right away. A week later I got an email stating the product is shipped without the frame and they gave me options to choose from I chose to receive the frame and install it myself and they gave me a 20% discount. Here we are a month later and the tracking numbers yet to update I have emailed and called the company and nobody knows where it is or when I will receive it. The anniversary I purchased this for has now passed and still nothing to show for it I would like information on where my product is or how you are going to resolve this. Buyer beware!

The personalized family tree was the perfect addition to my gallery wall! I loved how the names were part of the design! And it looked like real pallet wood! I am so happy to have this piece in my home. Thank you!
