The company is great and customer service was top notch... my only issue is there were no instructions on how to put this thing together. Luckily I am handy and had quads and bikes my entire life so it went together in about 2 hours... a. video or manual would have come in handy. Other than that... very solid bike!
Our gokart lasted 1 month then stopped charging. It seems like an easy fix…but because they have the actual worst customer service, we don't know how to fix it. Like all the previous reviews…we too do not get called back. Do not buy from this company. They are Terrible. Still waiting on my call back after emailing multiple times and calling for the last 3 days.
Excellent service. Great company to deal with from the order to the delivery. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Only problem with the scooter is as showed in the photo below is two broken tabs on the left side panel. I would appreciate a replacement if possible. Thank You
No real surprises here. They called me twice to finalize shipping, but those were easy calls. I assembled the dirt bike myself, and it was about as hard as I expected. The dirt bike looks and performs great, and my son loves it. The only downside is that I now have a metal shipping frame to dispose of, and I had not counted on that. Otherwise, this has been a great experience, and I would definitely do it again.
I have ordered a tao tao 125 for my son also apollo 250 from them. Customer service us great fast shipping. If u have any issue they are on it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I'll be buying more in the future!
Great 4 wheeler just No Parts list and assembly instruction's had to guess where every bolt went. Front brakes hard to adjust, cable adjustments were not long enough, had to adjust at drums then us cable adjusters to fine tune. If you don't have any mechanical experience it will be hard to assemble. Bike is a 5 star after done pour assembly instruction.
I placed my order on May 20, it is now August 6 and I still have not received my order and can't get any update from anyone at the store. When I placed my order, I was told I would receive it within 4 to 6 weeks. I tried multiple times to get an update on the order, but 2 different email addresses I've sent a request to, have not responded. This is absolutely frustrating especially when I spoke to someone prior to placing the order and they assured me that the items (2 dirt bikes) were in stock. Please save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Ordered a Tao bull 200 on March 2021 and received a totally different Atv. It is August and still this company refuses to refund me my money for a return. Would not recommend this place for nothing after spending close to 2k for something I didn't order.

Got my son one of the apollo electric ATV's. He rode it for 10 minutes then it died. Sent in a request form took them forever to get back with me ended up having to call back and get with them. They ended up sending me a new motor I installed it he rode it for 5 minutes then plugs burnt sent another request in it took another month for them to get back with us. Then they tell us ship it back and the shipping is more than I paid for the entire four wheeler. Call the guy I bought it with at family go karts and he was literally the rudest person I have ever talked to. Just warning everyone it's not worth the headache of dealing with these people
I had a very excellent online experience, but, after my purchase, I received an email with steps to follow which included calling in to verify my order. When I did so I found the representative to be somewhat rude! No people skills whatsoever!
The shipment was delivered in 3 days from the day I verified the order which baffled me because I did not purchase the expedited shipping. I cannot review to item I purchased at this time because it was purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Do not let the rudeness of the representative deter you from shopping here!
We purchased a go cart for our son for Christmas. The sales team was excellent to work with and shipping went flawless. The sales team sold us a warranty that was worth the money. Everything arrived as expected and the go cart operated great, our we could have been happier. Then it broke. On April 17,2022 we submitted a warranty claim. It has been down hill sense. It is now June 20th and we don't have replacement parts. On May 20th I was told 7 to 10 business days and warranty didn't cover shipping. I paid for shipping and was told I would get a tracking number. Never did. The experience started out great but has turned into a giant crap show. They don't communicate, when you call you are told you have to email. No response to emails. If you truly believe in customer service as much as you say you would back that instead of just selling as much as can regardless of you ability to support it. Based on our experience during the warranty claim we are looking else where for our utv.
We ordered 2 of the child's size Monster 500 ATV vehicles back in early April. We still don't have them in mid June. We called about them and they claimed they were still "waiting in customs." They charged us a $100 not refundable access fee, and wouldn't give us a refund on our order because it "already shipped."
I called to see when they would ship the dirt bike after two days and they said it would ship out in three more days and arrive in 2 1/2 weeks. Plus they wanted to charge $100 to deliver to my state which nowhere does it say there is that extra fee especially during checkout! They have God Bless written everywhere but are the farthest thing from Christians. Very very rude on the phone and it will take 10 business days for a PayPal refund. STAY AWAY!

The ATV arrived in a destroyed box - with broken parts galore. Was told to not refuse shipment, then work w/ them on replacements - after digging in, clearly the product was not worth the effort of repair, quality was horrible - so i asked to return the item. Was told to build my own shipping crate to send back to them - on my dime - then arrange a trucking company to come and pick up the defective product - again, on my dime - and then would be charged a restocking fee. Literally cheaper to toss it in the trash than return it. Beautiful bait and switch by a middle-man company selling Chinese garbage. AVOID!
Arrived damaged, missing parts, stripped bolts "new" in package, paint or whatever they dip these in. Smeared, disconnected wires, no owners manual, no instructions or assembly book, paid extra for kit with extra oil, spark plug etc, did not receive. Have yet receive any help. Nothing but voicemail, and emails stating " ticket received", no return calls. This is a absolutely the worst purchase and experience with non-existent customer service I have ever had. They make it impossible to return this over rated, non functional merchandise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pay extra and just go buy at local ATV store. Have tried for almost two weeks and have yet to hear a human voice.

Tao E1 ATV-500 white/red Order received on time. Had some difficulty with putting the handle bar on but after that everything else was easily put together. Again we were happy with the bike and the fact we received in the early morning worked out for us.
I have to say everything went great with the ordering and delivery was even early. So here comes the bad part. I still haven't received my title yet. I have the scooter for 3 weeks now and still can get it on the road. Call up to ask for tech support and they say email them. Listen if I'm paying extra for that tech support I want to be able to talk to someone
I titled this because we just out it together last night. The owners manual is a little difficult to read for a beginner. Also, I could not find wear it says what kind of oil to use (like I said, beginner) also, we could not get it started yet. I have faith that it will work tonight when we try again. If so, my son is going to LOVE it. I will as well!
Dont buy. Ordered a bike on sunday and called them monday to "verify" the order and they cant even take a 1 minute phone call to verify. They are "too busy" which is absolute bull$#*!. Was told they would call me the next day and nothing. Surprise surprise. Paid an extra 40$ to get it this week. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Received my ATV almost a month later than ordered even though i added the so called "hot move." Once receiving it the headlights don't work. I have tried to contact them numerous times to fix it and they keep telling me its a ground issue. Everything is done by email which takes normally a week to respond. Come to find out on my own its the charging part of the ATV since my battery wont stay charged either. Still haven't heard back from them in 3 days. Its now July 16th and i received it on the 5th of June still no fix! I will never order from this company again and neither should you! Order elsewhere.

Purchased a pocket bike for my son for X-Mas. Received bike in extremely poor condition, plastic fairing broken, handle bars wont tighten along w/ numerous other issues. I made my claim w/ company citing issues and sent pictures. And they continued to string me along for a week in regards to a refund.
Finally, when they do give address for return. It has to be shipped to Minnesota instead of the CA warehouse that it was originally shipped from.
Their customer service is a joke and unwilling to assist w/ any issues. Purchase@ your own risk.
They completely ruined my sons X-Mas. And one star is far too high for this piece of slim company.
3 days ago I received the go-kart a Trailmaster 200xrs from FamilyGokarts. There were no assembly instructions. Spent time on the website and watching videos. They have no instructions about the 200xrs just similar go-karts. I called twice the 2 women over the phone are rude and I was not rude with them. Their support is email only and they don't get back to you for hours. After some time charging the battery next day it does not start. Spent the next 2 days emailing back and forth still nothing. Don't buy from here! Had to call a local shop and having them to fix the issue. Lesson learned don't buy!

At first very friendly. Once you make the purchase, they become less and less helpful. Over a month since my purchase and still no paperwork to register my scooter. They use "COVID-19" as an excuse for anything. When you finally get a hold of them, they are dry and even rude. There are many companies selling the exact same thing; do not fall prey to these conns. Horrible service and you may never get to legally ride your purchase. Stay away!

This place is absolutely horrific. You're so quick to take your money in the beginning, when you need help after the 60 day return guarantee or help with any other parts they will give you the runaround. They are nasty as can be through the phone. We had it shipped to us and issues with the carburetor and now getting the runaround. They are absolutely terrible do not buy off of them. There are plenty of reviews. Sadly we didn't see all of them we read what was on their website. We should've known because it was probably their workers giving the reviews. Family go kart, you guys are absolutely pathetic.
My new go kart arrived May 11. It is now May 28. I cannot get a call returned, and the support tickets are not taken care of. Here I am with a brand new gokart that will not and never has started. Stay away from this company.
I bought a 50cc scooter from them in October of 2021. When the delivery driver came, he said he didn't want to unload it because the shipping container was so damaged. After taking a look, I decided I didn't want to mess with accepting the delivery and possibly having to return it for damages. I asked for a refund in November and am still waiting to receive my money back. This is HORRIBLE customer service.
