The company is great and customer service was top notch... my only issue is there were no instructions on how to put this thing together. Luckily I am handy and had quads and bikes my entire life so it went together in about 2 hours... a. video or manual would have come in handy. Other than that... very solid bike!

Our gokart lasted 1 month then stopped charging. It seems like an easy fix…but because they have the actual worst customer service, we don't know how to fix it. Like all the previous reviews…we too do not get called back. Do not buy from this company. They are Terrible. Still waiting on my call back after emailing multiple times and calling for the last 3 days.

Purchased a kids kart in January 2021. Was delivered with defective seat belts and a cracked chain guard. Contacted the company and after LOTS of pestering were finally told that the parts would be covered but we would have to pay for shipping. Although confused and disappointed with that policy, we approved for the items to be shipped in early March (over a month after contacting them about defective parts). Parts have not been shipped and we have a go kart that is not useable now three months later after spending over $1600. They will not reply to emails, messages, phone calls. Completely ignored after our purchase.
BEWARE! If something is delivered broken they will make excuse and will NOT make it right. Our cart is a $1600 paperweight.

Purchsed the Apollo 500 volt electric ATV for Christmas 2019... quit after 2 months... electric motor no longer works. So can use it to keep the door open and that is about all. Time to save money for a real ATV.

Cancelled my layaway and was promised a refund. Not only Helen was rude but they blamed it on my card. Said I closed it and can't refund it but rather send me a check. However the person that approves the refund is either always gone or sick or whatever reason they can make. Had to file a dispute from my bank to even get some help. Super terrible experience.

Paid for order and called to confirm order per their policy. I was told one item was not in stock and told that I would also be charged more shipping fees when I had already paid. I was also told it would be weeks to be shipped out and none of this was said when I paid! Plus the lady was rude and rushing me in the end she hung up on me! Save the hassle and go elsewhere!

I ordered a go- kart from them and they failed to ship my order on time. After a week without any shipping information I called and they said it had shipped but when I finally did get a tracking number it showed that it was dropped off after I had called. I got a delivery notification that it arrived in Orlando only 45 minutes away from our house on my son's birthday, I didn't he anything for 2 days so I called and was told it was in Jacksonville 3hrs away and that it would get delivered later in the week. I reached out to customer service and they gave me the run around about how I didn't confirm the order which I did... horrible company don't do business with them.

Received the product and it came broken, they told me hey you shouldn't complain you got it on sale. If you want it replaced they will cover it but your covering all shipping. It took 3 unanswered phone calls and multiple unanswered emails to even get that pathetic response. Save your money and go somewhere else. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered my daughter an atv a month and 6 days ago, I paid for it even the extra $69 that apparently had to be added for their "Free shipping " and after 2 weeks I called and the lady said it was a little slow because of corona but would still be here before christmas and now I am 3 days from christmas and still no atv. I have called and emailed and they say they have no idea when it will be here and I just need to wait. I said I only bought my daughter this atv for Christmas and she will be so upset come christmas morning without a gift. Their reply was wrap a picture and tell her she has to wait for it! I'm so upset, this is alot of money for someone to tell you they have no idea when your item will be here!

This company doesn't deserve a Star that's how bad this company is. The customer support team is disrespectful and doesn't know what the mean of customer support is. I bought a product from this company and there was a bad part on the product. Not a big deal right? Wrong! I follow every procedure they asked and did what ever they asked and they keep ignoring the problem. So I took the product to a mechanic and they showed what was wrong with it. So I sent them everything that was wrong with it. Of course they ignored it again. So, I had to pay to have it fixed. Now I sent them the receipt to show them I had it fixed by an mechanic and I request to have an it reimbursement on the product to have it fixed. They told me "They do not reimbursed on part and labor". If anybody is looking at this company to buy any of there product I would reconsider that and with some other company that will not do this to you. I've lost almost $200 on there product

The owners of Family Go Karts are crooks. They took advantage of my older parents who bought a go kart for their grand kids. They needed some support with a newly delivered go kart that they couldnt get started. They called and emailed for 3 weeks and they would not even call them back. My parents had to pay for someone to come out and fix THEIR BRAND NEW $2,000 go kart that they could not start from day 1. Its a shame. All they had to do was call them back and walk them through the process of fixing it.
Do not buy from them. Once they make the sale, they split.

The quality is much nicer than I expected being a Chinese bike. Ride is nice so far. Never received a shipping email or confirmation but was called by the shipping company day before arrival and received the dirt bike in less than a week from order

I am a reseller. Three out of four of the dirt bikes I purchased from this site are not functioning after less than within 24 hours of having been purchased from me. I called Family Go Karts immediately, and 15 days later, still no tech support. Every time I call to ask about the support ticket, which I filed on their site, I am told a different requirement that has to be met so that I can receive the support they claim to provide to their customers, and they delay addressing the issue by a minimum of three days. When I inquired about this issue, I was told to get my support somewhere else and they proceeded to hang up on me—And I wasn't even yelling. When I called back, the same person answered the phone and said "How can I help you?" I asked to speak to the manager, and she, conveniently, said she couldn't hear me, then laughed and hung up again.

Tip for consumers:
They claim the shipping is free, but there are hidden charges.
They have extremely poor customer service.

I did not buy from them but when I called to check stock on the Targa 150cc they just said "We cannot sell to anyone under the age of 18. You don't sound 18." I won't be buying from them anytime soon.

This is the worst website ever customer service horrible so we ordered a atv out of there and
We paid extra and and took even longer it took 10 days so far and it was suppose to come in 3 days but it took forever we called to cancel to buy it somewhere else but the woman refused to let us refund and I don't recommend buying in this website

Ordered and received detailed e mails and phone call on purchase. I was told to inspect the packaging at shipping and unpacking to see if any issues. I appreciated the input from FamilyGoKarts staff to make this purchase go well.

I have never felt better about a purchase. The Company called me to check in on the order and provided incredible information and support. The Go Kart is amazing and we can't wait to take it out to the desert and see how it fairs.

Seemed great value, very nice pictures. Shipped beautifully in a crate ready to go. Ran for two months few minutes (20 minutes max) a day in the summer (10 y/o rider). Still considered brand new, kept impeccably in garage; starter overheated one day--and dead ATV. Tried new battery; not it. Found problem was burnt starter. No parts available (welded to engine--not fixable)--trashed the entire $2000 ATV and no service from vendors. No response, rude, and do not care once they get your money. China Scam I believe. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ONE

While their customer service is not necessarily the best; I'm going to put it down to the pandemic and all the craziness the lockdown has caused. They did get me my order after a few hiccups. I would suggest y'all find a local shop to put yours together when you get it. Took ours to Hagerstown Moped, they assembled it within hours (they sell the smaller Tao's so have experience with these). These atvs may not be 4 wheel drives but they go just about anywhere and run great! And we didn't have to pay $6 -$9 grand for a brand new atv. Photo with our used rancher for size comparison (something I couldn't find when looking)

Holy guacamole my son's 48v ATV is awesome. He is LOVING it. We take it to the local parks and he is burning around on it in our neighbourhood. It is legit FAST. He is 5 and already learning so much about manoeuvring a vehicle and road rules etc. He is very respectful when around others and wears his helmet.

Placed an order for (2) ATVs for christmas. After (1) week of "processing time" they tried to run my credit card for an amount higher than the online order i placed. After calling a very rude lady answered the phone and stated that my receipt doesnt matter. Only the info in "their" system matters. I have printed invoice with invoice number, date, and original amount authorized. Company is so shady after I stated this to them they emailed me a "new invoice" which has the same date, invoice number and just changed the amount. How much more dishonest can you get? Beware I will be willing to show proof to anybody who is considering doing business with these scam artists.

BEWARE THEY WILL CHANGE PRICE AND CHARGE CARD WITHOUT NOTICE

Family go kart is helping fulfill a wish and a dream of a young man. My grandson has MLD and will be losing the use of his legs. I called family go kart and Jeff helped me out with a full size kart that I believe we can outfit for handicapped person. Will follow up later. Many thanks.

I purchased an electric quad for my six year old grandson for $537. I was confident in the purchase because I used a telephone salesman and saw the links for "60 day money back guarantee". If you click on that guarantee, the web site shows ways to purchase an extended serive plan and explains the manufacturers service guarantee. All good, until there is a problem. My quad is tiny. Too small infact for a 4ft tall six year old unless you want his feet to drag behing and if he could sit behind the plastic seat instead of on it. Just look at the picture! This quad is smaller than any of his power wheels. I am a grandma, so I hired a mechanic to assemble, dissemble and ship the return. I have a picture of the crated return. Like I said, I thought we were working on an exchange. Little did I know this company would refund $92 and call it done. I'm angry and frustrated. Its been six months of paperwork and it is still not done. Walk away... no run.

I purchased a 4 wheeler for my son for his birthday. The 4 wheeler arrived with an axel longer on one side than the other. I didn't have a wrench long enough to fix the problem so I called up family go karts. Mike was very helpful and advised I could return the product no problem for a full refund! WRONG. Finally 4 weeks after they picked the defective product back up I was issued a refund for less than half the cost of the 4 wheeler. The lady on the phone told me it was because of a restocking fee and shipping fees (which again I was told were going to be taken care of). I would understand if I simply didn't want the product but you sent me a product defective! I will never order from your company again nor will I refer anyone to you. You are liars and thiefs!

We placed an order for 2 dirt-bikes for our teen boys at the beginning of June. There were a few delays in shipping due to COVID-19 (which was understandable). They eventually contacted us in August to say that they had finally shipped the bikes. The trucker arrived with only one bike. We made several attempts to call and email to find out why we only received one. No one in customer service, shipping, or otherwise seemed interested in responding to us. We later learned that they screen calls and if I called from a different phone number they would in fact answer the phone, but never gave a definitive reason or answer as to when we would receive the other bike and would shuffle us from one department to another. They took my payment for both bikes back in June and that's when all communication ceased. I finally canceled the order for the second bike in November. They did NOT refund the full amount of the bike. We had to dispute it with Paypal. I would not recommend this company.

I order parts from family go cards I ordered a break switch and a brake caliber They cards my credit card twice. I received the break sweat which was $10 I still have not received my great caliber which was $65. It's been 6 weeks and I am not getting no help from the family go card to solve this problem. I will not recommend family go card to any my friends anymore. They took my money and did not receive all my merchandise Be wise they are a scam

Bought for my nephew shipping took a little long but it was well worth it. Shipping was smooth and the carrier was great! Except it advertises with turn signals, high and low beams, and disc brakes, but has none of the above.
