The company is great and customer service was top notch... my only issue is there were no instructions on how to put this thing together. Luckily I am handy and had quads and bikes my entire life so it went together in about 2 hours... a. video or manual would have come in handy. Other than that... very solid bike!

Our gokart lasted 1 month then stopped charging. It seems like an easy fix…but because they have the actual worst customer service, we don't know how to fix it. Like all the previous reviews…we too do not get called back. Do not buy from this company. They are Terrible. Still waiting on my call back after emailing multiple times and calling for the last 3 days.

Kind of odd that you don't know what orders you have shipped and who is still waiting was told 4 to 6 weeks on 6/14/2020 starting to think you meant months

We bought a four wheeler from them and received said four wheeler. The problems started right away as they did not send the maintenance kit that we had paid for. We called and they argued with us until they were found to be in error. The fact that they argued and raised their voice should have been a sign for things to come. We finally got the four wheeler together and from the start it had problems staying running. We paid extra for the support package and trust me on this. THEY will not call you no matter what. They will only converse through email and want you to make videos instead of just talking to you. Mind you we paid 70 bucks for the extra maintenance package to get access to their mech to help us. We called over 30 times to get help and nothing but send us an email. Please do not buy from them as you will regret it. We are in the process of suing this company for our money as they sold us a lemon and they know it. One last thing, the customer service lady is beyond rude and will belittle you any chance she gets.

I placed a order on their website for a gift for my grandson and because I had it to where it would ship to him they flagged it. I have called and emailed them and left messages for several days. I I got back was a email asking me why was the shipping address different? I said people do buy gifts for other people that don't live in their household for Christmas that's was it asked billing address and ship to address. I also asked if this was a problem let me know so I can order elsewhere so my grandson can get his gift by Christmas... And NOBODY has me back DO NOT PLACE ORDER with this company

Ordered 2 - 24 volt Quads for Grandsons Christmas. Units would not hold a charge only lasted about 3-5 min run-time NOT THE 2 HOURS AS ADVERTISED... Contacted Tech support numerous times they haven't yet responded as of yet ( been 2 weeks)... To re-pack, reship, and thier re-stocking charges are within the purchase price... This company is a JOKE please dont do like i did and not take all the bad reveiws as a basis... SAVE YOUR $ AND GOES ELSEWHERE.

The business, Family GoKarts, was great. Easy ordering, fast response. The only issue I had was with the shipping company. They delivered quickly and within the time frame quoted, however, the driver refused to enter our property to drop the ATV off at our cabin. I paid extra to have it taken off the truck for me. Our entrance way has plenty of room, we've had 18 wheelers in there, belly dump trucks, etc. His reason for refusal to take the ATV up our driveway was " he's had past issues with customers complaining he tore up their property." We offered to sign off on something stating we give full permission and took responsibility for possible damages. He refused and got an attitude, he also started to close his trailer as if he was going to leave without dropping it. Finally, we had to go get our truck, several acres away, unload all the fencing we had in the bed, (we are in the process of crops fencing our property), and drive our truck down to the road so we could push the crate into the bed of our truck. Then, (we're 2 females mind you), we had to figure out how to get it out of the bed of our truck onto the ground. Not sure why I paid extra to have it delivered and dropped at my door. We of course figured it out, but the bottom line is yes, I would definitely buy from this company again, however, I would not recommend this shipping company nor will I ever buy anything that is being hauled/delivered by them.

Excellent machine and packed well to prevent damage. Came with absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS and NO VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS either for the TAO Gull 200. Tires come deflated with the valves unscrewed. Tried to air them up and they kept going flat, hadn't I taken them to a tire shop I would never have known.

PREFACE: I purchased 2 tao tao hellcats from this place.

Long story short YOU WILL receive damaged products YOU WILL get the run around when trying to get replacement parts YOU WILL just end up asking for a full refund for everything because they have THE WORST possible support system. A 3 year could get you better support than these guys. This company is a joke save your time and money SHOP ELSEWHERE!

They were quick and friendly to close the sale, but after that it was HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. For them to advertise themselves as a Christian company is a joke and a farse. I guess they have never heard "What would Jesus do?". I wanted to cancel the order, they would not do it, I was screamed at (by Jeff) hung up on (by the "receptionist" and by Jeff). Jeff would get on the phone and just scream and ramble and would not let me get a word in. So I would NEVER buy anything from them again and I would suggest you find another seller.

On March 21,2021 I had placed an order for 1 youth 4 wheeler and 2 commander 4 wheelers. When order was placed I was told 3 weeks for the Youth and 5 weeks for the other 2. After almost 5 weeks I called to inquire... was told they would send the youth one but would need to charge my card for all 3... done... stated would be a few weeks longer on the 2 adult ones... so I called again and they stated that they would have by June 1st... on June 3 rd I started trying to call and now their phones are busy line 24 hours a day. Sent emails and got the generic reply stating they received my message and would get back to me... still nothing... the only way I finally reached them was through messenger on FB... to which I am now told it will be another 5 weeks... I am now submitting for a refund as this has been ridiculous. And with ALL of this said... let me also say that the youth 4 wheeler had to have a new carburetor after not even 5 total hours of riding and just today, and please keep in mind this has not been rode on rough trails just our lawn... the metal that that attaches the seat to the frame over the rear axel... just broke... Now to wait and see how long to get a refund on the 2 I didn't receive. I will NEVER try this place again.

First off the customer service is HORRIBLE! Rude and unprofessional with someone who is very patient and understanding. I believe this place is scamming people for the couple hundred fees they MAKE you pay before the item is actually shipped to you! Lesson learned! I saw some of the negative reviews and it seemed that the wait time and customer service were their biggest complaints and that was my experience as well. They never took the time to update me on my purchase or respond back to my emails and calls but as soon. As they needed that money for the fees they blew my phone up. I asked for a refund and proof of cancellation and never heard back from anyone. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MOMEY!

My experience started off well. I found their website online and they even offered a coupon and free shipping. Site was easy to navigate and find items.

My problem came after I received my confirmation email. The first confirmation I received from them was the same price as what it said during the checkout process. Then a day later I received a new confirmation with an additional 50 dollars added to the total. When I emailed costumer service they informed me that in the very fine print of the coupon that it would not apply to my order and they removed it after the fact.

Then I got my bank statement and on top of the fifty I was now charged an additional 71 dollars. I called this time and all that customer service could do was give me the totals of my order which added up to the first number without the coupon but not account for this extra. I asked for this to be refunded which she told me she was unable to do so I asked for a supervisor which is when we were disconnected.

About ten minutes later I received a phone call from another representative who told me they were cancelling my order but told me he would not discuss why, or why I had been charged extra.

I am sure they have good products but they need better people before i would ever consider buying again.

Tip for consumers:
Call customer service and get a full total before trying to order online.

I received a damage product and the company said everything would be okay... and later they did nothing to help us because I didn't write damage on the receipt. But the driver wouldn't let me write on the receipt so I immediately called the company. They said don't worry everything would be taken care of... but then they didn't want to deal with us. They blamed us for not notating damages on delivery receipt, but the major damages were inside and "concealed." Once opened, we reported everything but they said we were pretty much out of luck for these hidden damages (cut, crimped wiring), broken front rack attachment, and scratches all over.

To top things off, when we did finally reach them they said we were being rude and arrogant and all we were doing was trying to get answers from them. I would NEVER order from them.

I understand things happen, but a company needs to communicate, be on your side, and not call you rude or arrogant when you are upset. They literally said we were "wasting their time." We can't even start the atv because the starter unit wiring is completely cut. They said to go to the hardware store and buy a connector?!?! Really? Unbelievable

We had a longer wait then we were told. It was over 6 weeks. A week later then it was supposed to. When I called about the bike, we left messages but nobody would return our calls.

As a Racecar builder and Racer this company is the best at following the same guidelines in business as the big Motor Sports companies.
Facts are;
1 - Our Order was entered by a very knowledgeable representative. "Knowing" goes a long ways with a buyer/customer.
2 - Payment was processed timely and accurately.
4- A shipping company I know that provides great service was selected by this seller. I know these things from prior business with my Racecar builds. Big plus, great shipper!
5 - All information needed to Track Shipment and the contact information for your local yard receiving your shipment was provided in a no nonsense way. Perfect for people who aren't familiar with the shipping process will have no problem navigating the appointment process. Once again something I've done before with other builds but it was fantastic to see this practice with our shipment of our Cart. Great job!
6- Consist practice. Each time I interact with this seller I received great friendly service and that huge. It's nice to be treated as a value after the money has passed hands.

I highly recommend this company based on my personal experience. The industry of selling Carts or Outdoor Power equipment can be problematic but this Company Can and Will do you Right.

I bought a Tao G 200 Quad as a Christmas gift. I understand that this is from China, and is not a high quality product, but it is worse then I could of ever imagined. When it was shipped my rim was bent and my battery cable did not reach the terminal. I had both issues fixed myself. After a few hours of use the Exhaust manifold cracked and the unit is starting to rust. This unit is absolute garbage. Every time I call the company they make you email them, and then few days later the owner Jeff Backer will E-mail you back saying he needs a picture or a Vin number. My Quad has been down for weeks and I have not made any progress. You cannot speak with anyone in the Technical dept. Apparently the owner is the technician. This seems like a large company due to the website but in reality I think their are two employees and it is ran out of their garage. They are very quick to pick up the phone when you are ordering a product then the customer service ends there. This is by far the worst company that I have ever delt with. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Got the order to find out they charged me extra for the free shipping.
Uopn ooening the box, item was damaged and shifted due to lack of care securing product, product had loose as well as stripped bolts, when contacting them first lady(used loosely) was very rude, second lady made promises of shipping stripped bolts for me to replace and over 2 months later still nothing from them, no contact back...

That talk a good talk, well one of them does, but have no care what so ever for the consumers valid issues. Even wasted to charge me $200 for restocking and said I had to pay for shipping back even though it was damaged, again, from the manufacturer as well as the shipping damage...

I had to go purchase the damaged/stripped bolts and straighten out the bent frame and mounting brackets myself...

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS AND BY AN ACTUAL GAS POWERED MINI QUAD FROM AN ACTUAL LOCAL MOTORCYCLE DEALER...

We bought a 4 wheeler in September 2020 for our sons Christmas gift. The person we talked to said with Covid 6-8 weeks for delivery. Well 8 weeks rolled around and no contact what so ever. So we began the tiring, dreaded attempt to contact someone. There is no direct line you can actually talk to someone that works for the company. You have to submit a inquiry online and then supposedly someone will get back to you. Well weeks and weeks went by and no one would get back to us. We finally were given a update after 12 weeks of ordering that said Covid is causing more delays. The middle of November got here And still no contact with an actual person, I found a 1800 number online and called it thinking it was a number to a person who works there. Definitely not! Just someone who works out of there Home that has no information about the family go carts company and just tells you the only way to communicate was to submit an inquiry online. I bet I submitted 50 Inquiries online begging someone to call us. Never happened! The fourwheeler finally arrived on a December 20th! Sadly not even a month of having it we needed a part only they could get. We ordered the part first part of February and were told 2 weeks for delivery(yeah right)! Here it is almost the end of March and still no part. We have heard the people in warehouse have had funerals to go to and a winter storm in Texas has caused delays. They seem to have an excuse or maybe lie for their Christian company not being able to run a business properly. DO NOT ORDER from

So this is my second purchase from FamilyGoKarts. I absolutely love the products they sell. So I ordered a unit for my 4 year old daughter. Of course when they called to confirm my order I went ahead and purchased their incredibly expensive oil and chain lube for $69.99. This way when the unit arrived I could finish the assembly, change the oil and she could ride. When the unit arrived their was no oil or chain lube so I called customer service. This very rude and obnoxious lady said "sir you can put any 10W-40 synthetic motor oil in the unit! Of course I was very angry with that pathetic answer. She also said my oil package would ship out next week. A week after I received my unit. My voice was load as would any normal parents be. She hung up on me! Of course I called back and gave her a piece of my mind. If you purchase a unit with an oil changing kit why would it not ship with the unit? Then tell me to go buy oil? As much as I like the two units I purchased I will never purchase another unit from this company. I will not recommend this company or its product to anyone. In the future should I find the need to purchase another unit I will be happy to pay another dealer double that has great customer service then to have to deal with the pathetic customer service I experienced today! One VERY UNHAPPY CONSUMER!

I purchased the apollo commander 125cc 4wheeler for my daughter for Christmas 2019. I've had issues with the battery right from the get go, then start having issues with the starter 6 months later. These people are difficult to get ahold of. They don't return your calls. They want to do everything through an email. In order to report any issues, they say you have to make a complaint to china, and wait to see how they're going to handle it. To me, this is bunch of crap. Dont you think they would want to help you a bit more to make sure their customer is satisfied? You'd think so. Now i have to wait on china?! I can tell you one thing that is for sure, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

They will take your money and send you an incomplete bike with broken parts and no way to ever get in contact with someone after you purchase they are not kind and will take your money and leave you with BIG PROBLEMS
