The company is great and customer service was top notch... my only issue is there were no instructions on how to put this thing together. Luckily I am handy and had quads and bikes my entire life so it went together in about 2 hours... a. video or manual would have come in handy. Other than that... very solid bike!
Our gokart lasted 1 month then stopped charging. It seems like an easy fix…but because they have the actual worst customer service, we don't know how to fix it. Like all the previous reviews…we too do not get called back. Do not buy from this company. They are Terrible. We received our 4 wheeler thanks family go kart I can say it was very instructive on putting the parts together its also very manageable easy adjustment for the speed you can't go wrong at all my family will definitely purchase again.
The absolute worst customer service I have dealt with. Jeff Backer was nice until he got payment, then turned into an absolute jerk. Didn't have any product after payment went through. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Don't use Family Go Kart. They will call you to try to get more money from you and then tell you they don't have what you ordered after payment, then super rude. Jeff Backer (if that's even his legit name) was a complete jerk once he received payment.

Purchased a go-kart for our daughters upon arrival, it was noticed there was a broken bracket. I contacted customer service and received an automated reply, but 3 weeks later I have not heard from an actual person despite multiple follow-up requests. Now, the headlights on the go-kart do not work - again, no response from customer service... completely unacceptable.
Bought a scooter from this company they for don't no how to pack anything to ship it when it comes all scratches also been waiting on my title for over a month and also paid for a lift witch cost $25 witch there was no refund for anything witch they said I would have to buy parts at cost witch is bull $#*! when its brand new (So i suggest stay away unless you want to get ripped off)
It's been 2 months still haven't received order was hold six to eight weeks. Not sure what's going on. I called three times they saying they're still waiting for my shipping number. Will see what happens
Please if you value your money and sanity do not do business with this company or trailmaster who has the product shipped in from China. Purchased 4 seat adult go cart. Assembled as per there instructions. Would not start. Contacted them and had to take multiple videos before they could figure out it was wired wrong. Finally got it fixed and drove to get inspected for licensing. On the way back the wiring went up in smoke. Contacted them and I had choice of returning in original packaging which was long gone or they would pay to have it fixed. After months of one sided communication I decided to have it re-wired at a cost of $346.00 Even with their gold extended warranty they will only cover $160.00 which I haven't seen yet. Just a warning their name is family go carts but they have no clue what family is. Photo of freight delivery. Total crooks
Old lady that answers the phone lost a $2,000 sale because of how rude she was. Literally worst customer service, started telling me she's the manager and said she'll see what she can do to fix my order. HA! Card cancelled and no money for them. Stay away!
Bought a Chinese atv for my kids from this company. They had no problem making phone calls when it came to taking my $1000 but after only 2 weeks of use the atv is smoking. When I called to address the issue I spoke with a female who clearly had no working product knowledge who tired to dismiss the issue as "normal" (which it's not)
She then refused to identify herself or position. Claimed it was "irrelevant".
When I requested to speak to a mgr supervisor or owner I was hung up on twice.
I was told that issues can only be handled via email and that support staff don't have telephone access, also that "they've been doing it this way for 30 years"
I will be filing a credit card charge back request and a fraud report though my bank and local law enforcement.
Do not purchase from this company. One of their top sales customer service representatives has a known (and confirmed by management) attitude. I was hung up on after asking the representative why it seemed like she had an attitude and her manager confirmed that's how she talks and they have a policy of hanging up on customers who are uncooperative. **For the record, I was very cooperative but you will not speak to me or anyone in any kind of manner**
End result... cancelled order!

Just avoid this company all together. It starts with customer service first and they have poor customer service from the representatives to management.
The go cart arrived not secure in the crate with multiple areas of paint damage, missing bolts, mirror broke, speedometer not work and wired incorrectly couldn't start it until I traced the wiring issue two hours later this is not something an average person can build
Customer service is horrible! Checkout was a breeze paid for everything with no issue. After we found out order has to be confirmed over phone at that time we were told we needed to pay an additional $50, the woman who called was very rude, had no patience, didn't want to clarify why they were asking for more money and said we will just cancel your order and hung up. Clearly they don't need the revenue from sales.
I agree that the salesman was friendly when buying the bike. However, customer service after my purchase has been completely non-existent. We bought a pit bike for our son for Christmas, after less than an hour on the motor the bike started pouring oil from the air filter. We paid extra for "premium tech support" which has been nothing short of a nightmare. The "tech support" is a guy emailing back and forth, providing no technical insight whatsoever. I even called customer service, where the woman got an attitude with me as I told her I was unsatisfied. This purchase is a huge regret.

Website says free shipping. Company contacted us to go over the order and said there is an extra delivery charge of $39.95 because we live in PA. $39.95 huh? What a convenient number.

They claim to help you every step of the way. When I needed tech help with building the bike, they told me to email. Waited FIVE DAYS and the response I received was Don't forget to change your oil. Literally ignoring my questions. They sent the bill of sale in the wrong name, and there's more red tape to bust thru than a government building. Just awful. Never will I purchase a thing from BW or whatever they call their horrible company
We purchased a $1350 go kart from these people and also paid for the $200 extended warranty. We have owned the kart for 8 months and these is an oil leak in the engine. We have taken half the go kart apart in order to get their required pictures and video of the oil leak. It is clearly an poorly done weld on the body of the motor. They still refuse to cover the engine replacement required. I will never buy a single item from these people ever again. They are crooks. Buy local.
Absolutely the worst place to purchase anything. But on the ATV they sent no title. Been fighting ever cents so I can hopefully sell the aTV that doesn't work. I just ate 1000 bucks. A complete criminal enterprise. They should be hung
I bought 2 quads for my daughters for Christmas and bought extended warranties. The boxes came missing bolts a week before Christmas. I had to run around finding bolts that would work so they could at least ride them. Customer service was a joke and everything has to be done by email. One of the quads motor froze up after less than 3 hrs on it. I have been on the phone trying to get help on top of 20+ emails and still nothing 7 months later and my daughters have not been able to ride it. They have been rude on the phone and not responding to messages and I even bought the optional extended warranty for $100 ea. Their customer service sucked before Covid and only using it so they can make more excuses now as to why they can't help you. Do not do business with these crooks!

I made 2 request for technical support the first one they only replied one time and after my response and few more follow up emails nobody ever answered.
Then the second one trying to get their attention I asked for the return process. They stated I never asked for support I provided the first ticket # and the stupid lady have the nerve to say that they dont have it on records... the whole business can go to hell with their $#*!ty $#*! products.

Ordered a go kart for my daughters Christmas gift. Zero communication for 6 days after constant calls/emails asking if the order processed. On day 6 they wanted more $. I agreed to pay as long as it was assured to arrive by Christmas. They said yes. I called stocking on day 8 and they Said they didn't even have what I ordered but to just "wrap a picture of the gift" and it would come someday. From day 1 on the order I said please do not process is gift can't arrive by Christmas (they had 30 days). After stating they did not have what was ordered I said just return my payment. They charged 80$ for a return fee for a product they didn't even have. Bad communication, lots of lies and theft. Because I also used their electronic check scam I couldn't fight it outside of taking them to court.

Placed order had a couple of issues they were quick to respond but after receiving the quad and opening the grate it was the wrong color and shift gear knob was missing. I left 2 messages wanting to resolve this but as of now they have not returned calls or email

I've been waiting a week to have someone help me resolve why a brand new motor scooter will not start. I've been asked to send a video of what is going on I did then was asked again, I shouldn't have to pay someone to look at it because the company is doing anything to help me.
