The company is great and customer service was top notch... my only issue is there were no instructions on how to put this thing together. Luckily I am handy and had quads and bikes my entire life so it went together in about 2 hours... a. video or manual would have come in handy. Other than that... very solid bike!
Our gokart lasted 1 month then stopped charging. It seems like an easy fix…but because they have the actual worst customer service, we don't know how to fix it. Like all the previous reviews…we too do not get called back. Do not buy from this company. They are Terrible. Still waiting on my call back after emailing multiple times and calling for the last 3 days.
Got a 250cc Pantera atv it need a new carburetor and a crank case vent hose. Jeff after about the second time I ask where my replacement parts were stopped responding to emails. I bought a go bowen 24 volt 4 wheeler for my son and it seemed really nice at first but the battery took a crap after a couple months. I talked to them for another month when they finally sent me a new battery after endless emails and the charger wouldn't work so I had to charge each battery separately. I tried contacting them but I didnt get any response. I finally just got my own batteries for It then the gear broke. Tried contacting them again with no response. So I fixed that my self and now it has no power at all. I spent almost 600 on this thing and it has been nothing but a headache. I'm very disappointed in this product and even more disappointed in the customer service. I feel that this is a terrible product and you shouldn't waste your money.
I ordered my wife a scooter for Mother's day. I order it in pink due to the fact that she is a survivor of breast cancer. They told me that it would be about a month. I called and they told me to send an email. I email and they said they are waiting for the shipmen to come in. Still nothing. I requested a refund, no reply. Keep in mind this is now October 22nd. There customer servie is HORRIBLE!

I recieved my childrens quad totally destroyed the frame was bent and the quad was all scratched up. I was told to still accept the quad and fill out a damage report. I got no answers from customer service you have to email everything. I even sent numerous pictures. 3 days later and i still have no idea on what is going on whether they r resending a new quad or anything. Horrible customer service skills.
Product is good for the price, but "Free shipping" = $85 in fees at checkout and then a week later a additional $20 shipping related fee so "free shipping" really mean $105 shipping. Website makes it seem like you will receive it quickly, took me 17 days to get mine. Website makes it seem like you are receiving an assembled machine, you aren't. Assembly wasn't hard (took about 30-45 minutes to unpackage and assemble) but there are no instructions to double check the steering linkage you assemble (which would have been nice seeing how my child will be riding it). Missing two small bits of hardware, I was able to find replacements at my house, but again if it was assembled at the store it wouldn't have been a problem. Overall the product isn't bad for the price, but I should have ordered from a different company.
I purchased a quad for grandkids for Christmas and paid to have it expedited along with delivery. Told if I did ACH it would save money but moone ever told me doing ACH would prolong shipment. Called a few times about delivery information to be told it was shipped and I would get the information. 3 calls later to find out they hadn't shipped but was waiting on ACH. I physically had to pick up from shipment company to get in time. Quad was damaged and no foot gear shifter, which means noone can even put It in gear to ride. I have been told they contacted the company it comes from to get parts delivered but as of today there is no parts and a quad sitting in a garage unable to ride. I guess it's okay for a 7 and 10 year old to go sit on it and say vroom. They will not give me the phone number to call myself or return a call because they do everything by email. No emails either. Worst company I have dealt with and that says alot.
I WISH I had ordered my other 2 bike from this company! When it comes to China bikes these folks are the ones to deal with. Shipping was so fast we almost blew the surprise!
I ordered a scooter. The Vitacci 150cc Phantom. This was supposed to be 85 percent assembled. I got it and assembled all of it. I found out that after taking the seat and body parts off the fuel lines and vacuum system were missing most all of the lines and clamps. I can't even start it. I could have bought it elsewhere fully assembled cheaper.

I bought a RFz 125 ATV, it was missing parts making it unusable and over 2 weeks after letting them know they said they would contact manufacturer but I have heard nothing back and have a quad I cannot use, notice all their YouTube videos comments are turned off that should have been a red flag to me. Shop elsewhere

Placed an order for a birthday gift. Elected to add their "Hot move" for faster processing. O=der placed on Thursday and verified Friday morning. Was told the order was in stock and would ship within the business day with the hot move. Monday no email and no charge. Called and support staff said there was no update, so i emailed the transport email as directed. A day later and no response, called amd was told I would get a call back. Hours later no call, so I called again and the lady said it would be later today or tomorrow. Wasn't the point of paying extra so it would be processed quicker? Anyways she said i needed to verify the order which was done last week. Then she says the item is not in stock and it would be 4-5weeks and then shipping. Would have been nice to have bwen told that upfront. Customer service also acted like they could care less. Cancelles order and will not use nor recommend them for any orders. Stay away if you value your time and money!
Buy something and first said it was in stock and then it wasn't after I paid. Then called and they tried to upsell me. I asked for a refund and told me it will be 7-14 biz days. I called paypal and now going to be 10 days. Be aware!
Ordered a bike on June 20th and received on Aug. 12th. It was shipped without a battery and it took two weeks for them to respond to email requests about sending one. I asked to return the bike and they said I was responsible for the shipping cost. Every call they were rude and not helpful. They claimed the return policy was 60 days from purchase,, clearly their website says 60 days from OWNERSHIP. It took over 60 days to get it from when I purchased it. I ordered from a different company and the bike was sent within a week and a half. STAY AWAY from this company. The reviews don't lie!
Don't waste your time with this company. They are nice to you when you are placing your order. They do a great job making you believe they stand by their product but once you take delivery they are rude to you if you have an issue. We order both of our sons Tao 500 watt electric atv's. One came damaged and one was perfect. I did exactly as they say to do and write it on the shipping receipt. I called the next day and was told everything had to be done via email. I've waited weeks now for a response and they got back to me saying it would cost me more money for the broken parts to be sent to me. I have an atv that won't work and they won't make right on it. These people are the worst type of people that you can deal with. One issue was that the chain guard support snapped off on shipment. Which is a huge safety issue but they don't care that a 5 year will be riding it and not having th chain guard could be a huge safety issue. Whatever you don't buy from them. I would give them zero stars if I could. I'm glad I used a credit card cause it's now up to my credit card company to fight them.

We bought this for our grandsons. They love it. It takes some time to assembly but the videos were very helpful. Hope we get many years of enjoyment. I would recommend buying from them!

I am so disappointed in this company willing to fix an issue that is a manufacturing issue. The weight limit was never exceeded, our 7 year old only daughter weighs 67 pounds. This was a birthday gift that our entire family pitched into to purchase for her and she barley got to enjoy it for 24 days, the corner of the frame had snapped.
The front light came broken, fell off the first time she rode it.
Not to mention the "surprise $140 extra fee for delivery"" added fee to get this delivered after we paid for express shipping, we also paid for them to unload it and my husband had to meet him down the street at a dollar general and put it in our vehicle and unload it him self since they ONLY deliver on 18wheelers and they were not able to come down our road or driveway (it's is paved 2 lane road). That little fact alone should be mentioned on your website.
They offered a reimbursement of $30 to fix the frame, NO welder will fix this for $30 or less. Especially not one that will provide an invoice.
We will never purchase another product from this company. So disappointed and left a little girl so upset she is not able to use her birthday present, let alone a waste of almost $1500. We work extremely hard, for money to be wasted in this economy.

Do not buy from this company! They sold me a 4 wheeler and we went back and forth with them for 2 months. No one would call us back when we asked, they would only email. The older woman who answered the phone was awful, just so rude and disrespectful. She hung up on me when I asked for the owner to call me. They string you along and then tell you it's the charger. They sent us a new charger after 2 months of conversations by email. It still didn't work. We paid $588 for my daughters gift. I feel so bad this 4 wheeler goes 6 mph when it said 18 mph. She could walk faster! They also told me it didn't have reverse but it did. They don't know their products, they said there was a misprint online, that it comes from China and sometimes they have issues with the products. This was such a waste of time and money! Do not buy from this company! I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased this! We even gave them a chance to make it right, we were very patient and kind and they took advantage of us!
I purchased a $2000 trailmaster Mid XRX. Initial communication was difficult, but I believed the whole "COVID constraints" bit. Got my questions answered and placed the order. The Kart came in and I assembled it with usual difficulty, but nothing unbearable. During assembly, I found 3 of the seatbelt buckles inop and would not secure to the 5 point harness. Basically neither seatbelt assembly will restrain the riders. Secondly, the manufacturer used the wrong paint for the gas tank. After filling the tank with non-ethynol gas, the black paint shrunk, curled and fell into the gas tank.
I contacted Family Go Karts via phone and email to report both issues. I got an email response a few days later but thats all it was... a response of "how can we help?" I replied immediately but months later have not received a reply. They do not answer the phone and are not replying to emails.
Please, stay away from these folks.
Horrible... RUN! Please save yourself the headache. The service is horrible after they have secured your payment. Jay the "owner" had reviewed my order via phone and stated the only assembly we had to do was tighten the bolts on the tires and place the rollers over head. I cried when my husband showed me the go- kart arrived in 200 pieces to assemble. I reached out to the company and they have had a terrible attitude with me. I'm a NURSE on the frontline away from home and sent this gift for my kids to enjoy only to receive pieces in a box when that was not what I paid for. RUN AWAY AND NVR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THE AFFILIATES.
