The company is great and customer service was top notch... my only issue is there were no instructions on how to put this thing together. Luckily I am handy and had quads and bikes my entire life so it went together in about 2 hours... a. video or manual would have come in handy. Other than that... very solid bike!
Our gokart lasted 1 month then stopped charging. It seems like an easy fix…but because they have the actual worst customer service, we don't know how to fix it. Like all the previous reviews…we too do not get called back. Do not buy from this company. They are Terrible. Still waiting on my call back after emailing multiple times and calling for the last 3 days.

BW Incorporated (familygokarts) "Mission is to build profitable businesses that honor God by strengthening families". The devil can cite scripture for his purpose.
Received my shipment within 5 business days of ordering. Shipping container looked perfect. All parts were present. Assembly was easy. No complaints. I would order again.
I purchased a Tao tao 125d from family go Carts after researching a few different sellers. I was worried about support after i purchased the quad as these Chinese quads don't have the best reputation. After speaking to a salesman, they assured me that their customer support was A+ and if i had any issues, they would quickly assist me in fixing any issues i had. COMPLETE LIE. After i did get the quad up and running, i had a handful of problems. Headlight electrical harness was broken, rear axle was bent/warped, transmission was making a terrible clanking sound, tire wont hold air, and battery cracked and started leaking acid. I took videos of the bent axle and the clanking transmission, and sent them to costumer service, and they responded (3 weeks later)that they want a picture of the light harness, which i sent. They asked if the trans was in gear when it made the clanking sound, and you can clearly see in the video that is was. That was 3 weeks ago. I have emailed them back multiple times, with no response. I have called the Family Go Cart phone number, they take my service number down, and say that customer service will call, and they don't. So i basically have a $800 quad with a bad trans and a warped axle. Maybe if i give them a poor review i'd get some service. I'd find someone else to buy from.
Carborator busted. No warranty. They wont help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I actually purchased it through walmart.com but you cant go through them either to get anything fixed.
Very happy with this purchase, Family Go Karts was very helpful throughout the process, this is my second purchase and will be ordering from them again
The ordering process is kind of a hassle. It seems odd that I have to call in and confirm an online order and it was a hassle to get ahold of the only person doing this. The shipping was fast. I confirmed the order on Monday and took delivery on Friday morning. The ATV itself is decent. Assembly took about 1.5 hours which is what I expected. The seat had a small tear in it on the bottom side from shipping which isn't a huge deal. I went through and double checked all the steering and suspension parts to be sure that they were tight so my kids wouldn't have any accidents. I let them ride it for an hour the first day we had it and the next morning when I went to get it out for them I found several bolts and screws missing. The bolt that holds the foot brake on had worked it's way out and the rear brake didn't work (this bolt required removing a brake under the floorboard to install). One of the bolts for a cover on the side of the engine was missing and the other one was barely holding, one of the pan head screws holding the body panels together was missing and the rest were loose, and all 4 engine mounting bolts were loose. I understand that sometimes things get overlooked but I should not have to check the torque of every single fastener on the machine especially when it requires removing parts that come preassembled. After I got all of the issues corrected the ATV seems to be pretty decent and my kids like it but for all the hassle I wish that I would have spent a little more and purchased a used brand name machine.
I called ahead and received instruction and advise from the sales staff. I was more than surprised how fast I received the Mini XRX/R+. So far so good.
For two years I've been emailing brad first was I received the kart on the on a slab 7ft long with no instructions was told look at the picture with 2 bags of nuts and bolts of all different sizes and this was during COVID well when I got it together it would not run said it was the pitcock had to pay for that sent the wrong one got it to run for 15 min before it stopped running got with brad take it to a shop told them it would be awhile got it in the carburetor was bad they will pay for 2hrs of labor I can get a new carburetor 100 and something plus shipping told them got the same one for 75 sent the bill and carburetor they said it took to long didn't reimburse me and keep the carburetor still not running and nobody will touch this piece of junk
Tip for consumers:
There was a refund but by the time I got put together it was pass the time and I think you had to pay shipping

Final message sent to BBB and DATCP of Wisconsin
Regarding request #*******
Message sent to BBB and DATCP on 7/4
Regarding complaint: ID ******* filed 6/17.
For a resolution to this complaint I either asked to receive my purchase price or work with the dealer in a PROMPT MANNER. I defined prompt manner to be: respond to an email or question I had regarding this incident within one to three days. After BBB contacted Family Go Karts I heard from them the next day. I promptly responded on 6/27. It is now 7/4 I have heard nothing. This incident is far from over. Since there is only $1600 involved there is not much use seeing a lawyer and fighting with them. I will now fix the motorscooter myself, order the parts myself and do whatever I can on social media to discredit this company and expose them for the creepy, Unresponsive, nogoods that they are. This is the worst customer service I have even seen and I will do my best to make sure others know this.

DoNotBuyFromThesePeople.
the office support was great, friendly and responsive.
Support is louse to non-existant. The excuse I got once was ...well we have thousands of calls to answer.
Answer to this: Yea if this is how you operate I'm sure you will get tens of thousands of calls
Alternate answer: Hire more staff
Note: Don't use Covid as an excuse. I can see reviews going back years with the same non existant service claims

We ordered 2 ATV's for our sons birthdays. To start, shipping was a nightmare but it wasn't 100% their fault. However, once ATV's were received & finished putting together we noticed nuts, bolts, washer etc... was missing for one of the back tires making it inoperable for my 5 yr old to ride. I called company who refused to discuss anything over the phone & said I had to fill out a request form before anything was done. Then I noticed we did not get the oil, lube & filters for either of our items. Called comp again & was told to fill out request form. Today I found an extra charge of $139 on my account from the comp. Called again, guess what? I was told to "fill out a request form". I very nicely told Andrea that this was the 3rd form in 2 wks & NOBODY has resolved anything. Andrea was defensive from the moment she answered the phone. She did find that the oil & items were sent to an address other than where the ATV's were sent & that if I wanted to get them I would have to "figure it out my self as it's not her problem". Verbatim. I finally asked why she was being so rude to me as I was the one missing items & money but I was not being rude & she, verbatim stated "I am talking to you like I talk to my ex husband, I do it because I can." So here I am, missing parts for the ATV, no oil, filters, lube & $139 missing from my checking account. If I could send this $2000 ATV back I would! Stay away from this company.

Don't do it!
Super easy got it within a few days of placing order! Started right up after assembly! Customer service was easy!
Bought 2 Vitacci 125 ATV's for my boys for Christmas. Staff was friendly and helpful during purchase, but like everyone else's review, unresponsive after that. The ATV's are not bad for the price, but these are BUDGET toys... Good enough for a kid to learn on, but I doubt these will last the test of time. The quality of the product was decent for a purchase price under $3,000 for 2 quads, but I wouldn't trust this brand for heavy duty use. My kids are small and the load is light. My order came a day late and I ended up assembling the 2nd one on Christmas Eve only to find out that the 16mm fine thread castle nut that secures the rear wheel was missing. I ordered a 4 wheeler, not a 3 wheeler. I spent my whole holiday running around looking for a replacement, no luck. I ended up pulling the rear hub nut off of my yamaha raptor and it worked. Got the ATV's ready 15 minutes before the boys got home. Now I need a replacement for my own quad. Half of the tires do not hold air and I have to air them up every time we ride. One bike began running very poorly and won't idle. Nothing ruins your day like good money spent on something that doesn't run and a kid whining about it. The company was slow to respond and never acted on my requests for the missing parts nor offered any advice on the motor problem. Ally was the one who responded to my service requests and I have received no help at all. I will not do business with this company again nor order any more crap from China.
I bought a atv from family gocart worked one day and now I'm stuck waiting on parts for about 5 months I'm going to take them to small claims court with all these bad reviews I'm sure I'll win
Excellent service and polite staff. Nice four wheeler and reasonably priced. Will definitely order from this company again!
I bought a 60cc wyad for my grandson and he loves it and it has been a great purchase for him very sturdy built and runs great great job and shipping was so fast
Broken belt cover other than that seems okay, haven't ridden it yet or started it, hoping to get speedy delivery of broken parts though.
Every time I've read a bad review, purchasing online, I take it with a grain of salt. I mean this genuinely because I am physically dependent to shopping online. Lacking ability to travel, I'd ordered a family gift online, buying Youth atv, and side by side utv. It was an ignorant and compulsive decision I made, and fully regret. I did as instructions requires, taking pictures upon arrival to note any damage. There was extensive damage to the top of the box, with a severed wire clearly. As per instructions, I signed for it, took pictures, and opened a repair claim, immediately. Sometimes they're friendly on the phone, sometimes completely not, depending which "family member" answers, I guess. Regardless, it's been 3 weeks, 8 calls to them later, giving the benefit of doubt, maybe they're busy. Unfortunately, they say every time, "we're sorry, somebody will contact you tonight or tomorrow". This woman's name is ALLY btw. No. Still never received a call, asked and requested to return, everything, anything----- no responses--100%. This is my fault for not having read reviews before purchasing. This was meant to be a great thing for my family though, for Christmas, not grief and hardship. I don't feel good saying negative of anyone, so I won't. I will ask that you reconsider purchasing from this company, if you don't already have someone (required-- arrives disassembled) to do the fix-its themselves. Worst part though, is reporting damage, you're instructed to completely remove all packaging, to report ALL possible damage. Turns out, in the fine lines, they accept no responsibility or returns unless in original shipment packaging.
I was naive, duped, and my savings of $******* for a final Christmas gift for my kiddos, is a grand disappointment, but another lesson learned (never too old for that). Thank goodness that love is all that truly matters though.
Best of wishes to anybody out there--- we're all united through care and love-- MERRY HOLIDAYS
Very bad customer service. In the beginning they will talk nice but when you purchase beware... Did not get my purchase as promise
The company really acts as though they want your business, however once they make the sale you can forget about all the friendly nonsense. From the moment I took possesion of the 4 wheeler there were issues. Started with damaged box in which I took pictures, then mutiple scratches/gouges. They claimed it was normal to expect such damage. Not when I pay $1400 for something it isn't! Then there is the engine burning oil that they make you jump through hoops to do anything about. They carburator is absolute crap(which was to be expected) but its damn near impossible to get it tuned properly(it either idles too high or not at all). I can't get the front brakes to work correctly, I have run out of adjustment. To make a long story short, if you aren't close to them and you have problems, you are SOL. It's a chinese 4 wheeler and I was fully aware that there may be problems but my sons birthday was coming up soon and I took a chance because they were darn near the only ones with one in stock. I got burned... lesson learned. BTW, I am an auto mechanic of over 35 years, I know my way around engines and such. The point is, they should stand behind their products but they won't without an enormus hassle, if at all! Poor company to deal with... period.

Stay away, fake reviews!!
Company was very communicative, responsive and the products are great. I would highly recommend this company for your outdoor vehicle purchase
It's easy to order and I like the fact that they have what you need and a variety of different stuff
