Don't buy from this company. Refused to pay a legit refund because their courier lost a package. They picked up all 3 from my house and then only refunded two, saying that the courier doesn't remember taking the 3rd. Case closed. Won't take responsibility and refusing to release any details of the ‘investigation' and saying that unless I have surveillance footage that they side with the courier despite it being 100% untrue. Customer service admits that really they know it's their fault but won't return the money nonetheless. Total scammers. Outnet is a way better company all around with better products and amazing customer service.
I got a Versace ring from Farfetch for my birthday. A year later it's broken half and I got no replacement or solution for this problem. Farfetch refused to replace it or to repair it when it's clearly poor product quality.
Would not recommend anyone to get your accessories from Farfetch.
So I was a bit hesitant about Farfetch and in particular their partner boutique Vitkac. I read a few reviews about the poor experiences with Vitkac and was worried my order would be in danger.
However, Vitkac delivered my item just fine and quite swiftly. I placed my order on a Thursday evening and received my item Monday afternoon. The shoe was in brand new condition and packaged well enough. The shoe box had some marks and stains on it but that's irrelevant.
The shoe I purchased was $295 after discount. It goes for $475 full retail price at Burberry. I think I got an amazing deal and you can't find a better deal than that anywhere else --- even eBay.
Time to save up some money for some future orders.:)

I made the order, after that I've changed my mind regarding an item that I've purchased. I've contacted the support team via email THREE different times before the order was shipped asking them to specifically cancel the item, yet I get replies but no reply regarding my request! Ive told them that its better to cancel now rather that returning it once it arrives, yet still no answer. To say the least, I was expecting a better service and more professionalism.

Before I get refund, I contact the credit card company directly to dispute. From this experience I do realize that Farfetch is the company I cannot wait for them to act. I have been waiting for at least 10 days, consistently checking the order status and calling customer service, in the end they ask me to cancel the order and send me an email saying that product is out of stock. But the product is still available online with its original price. I really don't want to know and don't want to dig into why this was happening. The only thing I could do is to get away from this website. End of the story.
I recently placed two orders in Farfetch, one pair of shoes they give the wrong color. The other bag they haven't shipped for a week, then I called the customer service, they said they were pushing the boutique on a daily basis. Finally I cancelled the order, they sent me an email saying it's out of stock, but I could still see the product online with original price. I bought this one on sale, I believe they just want to sell it to people who're willing to buy that at original price. Who does business like this? What a shame...

I returned my package with the DHL service and it seems somehow the package went missing!
I have proof of return, but Farfetch put practically NONE of effort to solve this case. Very de-shaming company where they put everything but the customer first! I barely get respons of them. While its absolutely their responsibility to contact the delivery service to find out what happend.
I still did not received any refund so far ( €137)
If they wont take their responsibility soon, I will definitely take further steps myself to solve this case!
Update: after more then a month of "investigating" I did get my refund. Took a long time but after all the case is solved..
As usual, Farfetch has maintained consistency in its customer experience across all its participating boutiques. Buying from Blondie has been a great experience. Wish it well. FF is one of my top online retailers; i can choose the lowest price offered in the pool of merchants

This is my first purchase at Farfetch.com and everything went smooth. I have contacted the customer service and the response was very fast. I ordered a Valentino bag on 27 Nov and it is shipped on 01 Dec and arrived on 03 Dec. Shipping is quick and fast. I am living in Canada and am afraid that they will charge me duties and taxes. However I wasn't charge any extra money. The price that you paid for your order already include customs and duties. I have been worrying since I saw so many negative reviews after I made a purchase on Farfetch. Luckily everything went fine. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I would definitely shop at FarFetch.com again.
Unfortunately we live in a world where people would are first to complain rather than give praise. I have placed a few orders with Farfetch and never had any real issues.
I wanted a pair of jeans I saw at Saks, but unfortunately no longer stock my size. Found them on Farfetch for 30% less than Saks and they arrived within six days. Out of the few orders I have placed, this was the only one I called customer service for and had no wait time. I saw my card was charged, but never received tracking. Not blaming Farfetch. Maybe it was missed in my spam folder. Who knows. Any case the woman looked up my order, got my tracking and waited on the phone to insure I received the email with the info.
Any case they arrived today. Exactly as described, well professionally packed and once again a happy customer.
If it wasn't my impatience of wanting an item today. I would use Farfetch more often and save at the same time.

I have ordered slim fit jeans and have received a skinny fit model. The wrong description on website. The shipping was quite fast and I had to return the parcel. Very satisfied with the customer service and Sara´s help throughout the process. I´m waiting to have the money back to my account tho.
I was desperately searching high and low for a kenzo sweatshirt and moschino belt and after endless clicks, I found them on Farfetch! *happy dance* To my surprise, prices on the site are much lower compared to buying it from boutiques so lucidly I went on shopping spree mode and ended up buying much more than anticipated :( Shipping took a total of 4 days and that's pretty quick so 5 stars to Farfetch!

After two weeks waiting they send me@ with "tracking number". But this TN, not being able to located the package:)

So I've been eyeing this Burberry bag for a really long time, and it finally went on sale. But after I checked out and Farfetch sent me a reciept, the next day the item was cancelled. When I contacted support about this, they said their system sometimes can take a while to update that the item is sold out and they've given it to the customer that got it first. I was quite upset after that and since I've used a new user promotional code to make the purchase, I asked if I'm able to use that on something else instead since they cancelled my order. No response from support. Just shows you how much they really value you as a customer. How can u just let me make a "purchase" with the code, then cancel it for me and now I can't use this code ever again. Lol so disappointed, will never be returning.

The eytys jeans which i received today was obviously USED by another customer before they decide to return it to you torn & damaged. It is your responsibility to check returned items are free of any damages. I already sent you an email about this which included pictures and i'm waiting for your reply. My other orders from farfetch were absolutely fine. This rating is only for my last order. I am disappointed. How am I supposed to trust your website again if you are ok with sending used items to your customers?
I bought a sude jacket which cost around £1000 and shipped from US to UK. I am aware that there will be duty fee charges but I double-checked the item that it already has the import duty fee included. However, my item is still being held by DHL at the custom n asking me to pay an extra £230 for the custom duty free?!
I am glad that they have solved this problem as soon as possible and I do not get double-charged with the duty fee. Overall I am pleased with their quick response n therefore changed my bad review about this.

Beware. A good deal turned out to be a scam! I thought I was getting a discount on a pair of designer socks but working with this company is a nightmare when things go wrong. I foolishly trusted FARFETCH with ordering a $200+ dollar pair of socks as a Christmas present. I got a call a few days after reporting that the package was not delivered offering to send a replacement. When I followed up they had "no idea" what the voicemail was about and said needed more time to research. Then After "carefully researching" with the shipper for over a month they stole my money and never delivered the package. I'm not sure if my problem was ever even touched by a real person as it seems they were just churning out autogenerated emails with no real response to date.
I returned a faulty item of clothing- the item shrank with the first wash. Item was returned & (of course!) the seller disputed my claim. It has taken 6 weeks to get Farfetch to agree to a refund although at this stage they are only offering a credit note but not a refund of the shipping costs. No apology either considering they are the selling faulty goods. If like me you have a dispute & Farfetch customer service are being deliberately slow & unhelpful check out your rights under the Sales of Goods Act and go to your credit card provider to reverse the payment. I'm giving Farfetch until Monday to credit my account then my credit card company is taking up the dispute which they assure me I have every right to my full refund.
Don't go for weeks without your goods or refund like I have & don't expect customer service to be on your side - remember they are there to retain not return your money even though it within your rights to a full refund. Buyer beware!

Be very careful, the company policy is basically never to allow you any returns, refunds or exchanges. They try to just wait till issues go away, customer service lies about pretty much everything. If you ever have any issues with your order- you will not be able to resolve them. If you dispute the charge - they will not answer the claim. I would never ever buy there again. I lost my money and lots of time trying to return an item that was sent to me and was wrong. Disputed the charge and they still would not let me return or refund me! This is a scamming company...

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
