This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I accidentally entered the wrong address. I caught it after the order was processed but didn't leave warehouse yet. They told me couldn't make any changes to the address or to return to sender etc. item was delivered without a signature! Now item is lost and I'm going to lose $375! What's customer service for if not to help out when there's a problem? Customer service isn't to reiterate automated systems!
I've purchased and items from this awful platform whiere you will have a problem with switching language to english, in case you a shipping to italy you have to speak italian they think. So, instead of Stone Island shirt I received an empty box and after submitting a claim to Farfetch, they simply answered that all was OK and they didnt noticed any problem with my order. Really? So where is a shirt?
I dont recommend this shop. Their service and client orientation is getting worse day by day.

Do not purchase from this company if you arent positive it will fit! They refuse returns claiming item was damaged and send back item in worse shape then when you sent. Claimed the tags were missing when they were not. I sent pictures showing tags were still in tact and only had the item on for 1 minute before determining it was too small. I have never experienced customer service like this. The item was very expensive and I wish I purchased from a reputable company.

My my experience with the shipping company was poor, they lack and responsibility, they refused to deliver it to me at home and told me to meet up somewhere closer to the driver. I paid a lot of money for the heels The least thing I expect is having a professional shipping company to deliver it to me at my home. I don't need to keep on calling the shipping company so they allow it to happen rather than doing the job correctly. I am not pleased with my experience.
Beware! I never recieved my product and have been denied any ability to get my money back. After a week they said they were confident the courier delivered it to my concierge. Even though there was no signature. A protocol that is always followed. Closed case lost money never again
First time ordering from Farfetch. I honestly couldn't be happier! I got 2 items for my sister's birthday, they both arrived perfectly! Not one single thing went wrong. Best part, they arrived earlier than expected! Just in time to surprise her! Definitely will not be the last time.

I bought an item on August 22nd
Sent it back 10 days ago, last week I received an email that the sender got my package but no refund was issued till now.
When I called far-fetched to require about the refund they blamed it on the second party -the boutique that sent me the merchandise.
Now I'm stuck with "the boutique " and have to wait for them while I shopped at farfetch not anyone else.
What do I do?
Farfetch returns are VERY, VERY slow and you are at the whim of the claims their partners make. I was told their partner claimed a denim shirt was returned damaged, a lie. How do you defend yourself against an unknown small retailer thousands of miles away? The possibility of scams and fraud are too high and I will never shop on Farfetch.
I bought a mcqueen bracelet and upon receiving it one of the skulls dropped off. I emailed farfetch and they requested for a picture. I sent it to them and they DID NOT reply me at all. Its been a week and I find it appalling to that they sent a faulty bracelet without having the decency to apologize or offer a replacement.
Its horrfying that such a 'reputable' website cons you into thinking you'll get an excellent service for purchasing a luxury item. But in real life they're no better than chinese websites that are dodgy. They are conmen, just packaged themselves as professionals.
I'm lodging a complaint to the consumer association.
I've ordered over 10 items from Farfetch -- all expensive items which tends to scareme, because they ship from boutiques all over the world. However, all my orders have arrived in excellent condition and I have been happy with how quickly they ship. There are still 4 items that I am waiting for but their service has been amazing. I don't really know how ordering works -- whether the boutiques send their items to a Farfetch warehouse to get packaged, or they package it at their own stores, but either way I have had no problems with any of my orders to date and customer service online has been a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely order again in future :)

I like to order when they have FREE SHIPPING promotions. When items are New Season and you see that the stock is low, or last item, don't be too worried (especially for a handbag/accessory), there have been two occasions, that after I ordered the "last item", it was restocked the next day.

I ordered 2 sets of 2 glasses and only received 1 set. Farfetch is taking their partners word that both items were in the box that was shipped, the fact remains they were not. When I opened the box only 1 set of 2 was included. I weighed the box with the items in I received in it after being told the case was closed and the weight on the shipping label does not match what I received. I believe their intent was to ship the whole order but at some point a mistake was made and I only received half. What's frustrating is they are telling me I received the whole order but I did not.
This company is filled with liars and sheer thieves. You have been lying to me about my refund for almost one month now. And whenever I call, I get told another lie. How incompetent can you lots be? Lying to me in series of emails. And when I phone the support line with my hard earned money, the call gets dropped on me? I will ensure that nobody I know ever use this service. Horrible website and 'customer service'. If there is a problem they do not want to know and you'll be chasing your refund for weeks and weeks. I used to be a customer for past 10 years but never ever again.

This site is the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
I returned an item, which they claimed for 3 months didn't arrive, and then I finally got an email saying they received it 4 months later, but they refuse to answer my emails about how to arrange for a refund or a return of my item to me. I have effectively been scammed out of $250.00. They have no number to contact so you can never resolve issues like this. AVOID THIS SITE! (i'm serious)
I bought a pair of shoes and I receive them 2 days later, wrap the box and includind all the return documentation in case of change my mind. The shop offer free return. It was an amazing purchase. In addition as I domestic in Europe I did not pay any custom taxes as they collaborate with European shops responsible to ship the product. Absolutely happy.
Please don't shop in this store. It is the worst place to buy online, their customer service is the worst unprofessional unprepared people you will ever deal with, and they will make the returns impossible for you to get your money back (even after have sent the products back).

I could not find a pair of sandals to wear for my wedding since it is already August and all the fall products are in. I went online for hours and finally found a beautiful pair on farfetch. I placed my order at 1 am on monday and they arrived in Los Angeles from Paris on Wednesday morning. I couldn't be happier. I knew the brand and my correct size in it, so I didn't have to worry about returns, which according to other reviews can be problematic.
I have been browsing the site for a long time. The site is beautifully designed and I like the idea of being able to purchase from boutiques all over the world. I have made my first purchase two weeks ago. I bought 2 items from 2 boutiques. So, 2 parcels were sent to me. The shipping from Italy was every expensive. And I had to pay duties for both of them. One of the parcels was properly packed but the other one was all crumbled when it got to me. I guess the entire shopping experience also has a lot to do with which particular boutique that you bought the items from. Since the boutiques handle the fulfillment of the orders, there is pretty not much that farfetch could do about it.
Ordered a Burberry cape poncho from farfetch, due some price issues, the boutique process the order took very long time(almost 2 weeks).
But farfetch provide a excellent customer service, a staff member reply me very fast, and keep updating information with me, never ignore my emai, they are really helpful.
Now my order is on it way

I placed an order on a Tuesday which was due to be delivered to London from Italy within 5 working days. The next Tuesday came and it was out for delivery. I waited all day at home and then decided to check the UPS tracking system, which had said the item was delivered and signed for by someone i have never heard of. I contacted Farfetch and they said they will be in contact with UPS. It has been 2 weeks as of tomorrow and there is still no update. I am incredibly disappointed with the service as I needed the item as a gift and yet, am left with nothing. I would appreciate a refund as well as some form of compensation for this loss, as I am very upset and doubt I will order again.
I ordered a product from this company, a gift for my sons birthday. Ordered 17/5 shipped 18/5, money from my account 19/5 plus a fee. The order traveled from Sicily to Rome to Leipzig, Luton, Heathrow Brisbane. Then on to my address where it was stopped not able to be accepted by receiver and returned to sender. No -one contacted me about this, i sent 5 emails at least, no responses, I had to make the calls to talk to these morons, each one telling me a different story. Just gotta wonder whats going on here. Seriously weird. Money still removed from my account and they say they received instructions from their payment provider that they could not proceed with the transaction. WTF. How much money was wasted on freight. They could have called i could have verified that the payment had gone through. Never ever, again.
