Great Service!

My first order with this company was processed fast and delivery could not be better. I received notification timely and the product arrived earlier then expected, 7 days! ( international shipping too!) The packaging was impeccable and I love, love, love the product. I'm really impressed and will be a loyal shopper from now on.

Will not refund you for damaged item

I received shoes (late) that were completely damaged, soaked in water, and smelled like sewer water.
After 4 weeks of back and forth, Losili at Farfetch accepted to refund me in full, stating that the courier had refunded Farfetch already, and told me I didn't need to return the shoes. She said the refund would arrive in 14 days.
14 days later, there was no refund so I contacted Farfetch who then said they couldn't refund me until I give the shoes back. I had already thrown them away since Losili didn't tell me I needed to return those and they smelled like trash. I told Farfetch that they were going back on their words. And Monica had the audacity to call me and tell me that no, they simply couldn't refund me and I was given wrong information.

I do not care what goes on in the back office at Farfetch and who gives correct or wrong information. I was told my refund would arrive within 14 days and it hasn't and Monica, who is a total $#*!, literally just called me to say they couldn't refund me, just like that.
The customer support experience is terrible. 7 weeks later, I still don't have a refund.
I filed a police report and claimed the money back from my credit card company, showing them all the written email trace where Farfetch said they would refund me and then went back on their words.
I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. It's complete trash.

Buyer Beware... Do not buy from Farfetch

Buyer Beware! Buy direct and don't use Farfetch. I paid full price for Gucci Horsebit slippers which are too small and they say their partner can not return or exchange for a larger size! I should have bought from a large store or Gucci direct. These shoes shipped from the Netherlands- did not realize that otherwise I would not have purchased. Very sad that even though the National Retail Federation has urged extended return policies -Farfetch is not granting me an exception. They are not extending the return policy even though everyone was told to buy early due to shortages and shipping delays due to supply chain problems. Kudos to Best Buy for allowing purchases in Mid-Oct for returns until mid-Jan! Farfetch is not being reasonable! Gucci has not responded to my WhatsApp request to intervene either.

An item not returnable

But it didnt say so before I placed the order.
Then it didnt justify itself for why not returnable.
I feel Im misled.

Also the tier of loyal programme was deceiving as jt sajd I was £300 away from upgrading after spending £500 it didnt reflect on my upgrade at all Im still the same tier.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever received in my life! I bought designer shoes over 3 weeks ago and was advised latest I'd receive the shoes was 7 days ago. I still don't have my shoes that I ordered for NYE! I did the courtesy call of calling DHL to see where my package, which I was advised Giuseppe Zanotti needs to arrange for the parcel to actually be picked up by DHL from their store. So, I Called FARFETCH immediately (over 7 days ago) to advise them what I've been told and what needs to be done. I was calm about it, actually overly nice if I'm being honest. So I called back 2 days later to make sure my message was clear and understood as I still couldn't see the parcel had been arranged for pick up and based Off another discussion with DHL, apparently it was misunderstood.

So I let them know I was pretty frustrated now and wanted it sorted immediately. I was told someone will call me back in a few hours. I waited 3 days as I know it's a busy period, no one had called me back yet... So I decided to call back again, this time extremely angry.

I warned the lady I was quite frustrated and that it was probably best I speak to management straight away as I didn't want to take it out on her. Instead, she decided to give me attitude back, abs no management was available to take my call. Clearly the agent hasn't been trained properly in how to handle difficult calls because she asked if I just wanted to cancel my order? No honey, I want my shoes that I already paid for over 3 weeks ago. What a way to piss off an already irate customer as it was.

I requested someone fix the issue now and call me back… after being on the phone for almost 45 minutes, put on hold twice while she was looking for a manager only to come back abs say no one was available. It's another way of saying "we have f**ked up really bad and don't know how to handle this call. Lack of support from management for their staff too, let them to take the call for your lack of doing as a management team. I got an email from management but no call. I got the email over a day later, cheers. Email basically saying it's been escalated, whoopty doo, I could do that too.

Farfetch should have done everything in their will to get MY shoes to me, but they didn't and haven't. I am beyond angry and will never use their service again. Absolutely disgusting service.

Box came opened and torn

Ordered CHF70.- Moschino AirPod case + CHF10.- delivery fees to get a $#*!ty employee who did not bothered to deliver my package to my door plus a package that was seriously damaged.

In November, I bought Ferragamo $368 jelly ballerina shoes for my mom for Christmas. I bought them early because the shoes were coming from Singapore and I live in FL and was concerned about potential shipping delays. In actuality, the shoes arrived fairly quickly but I had to wait until Christmas to have my mom try them on. They didn't fit and Farfetch has refused my attempt to return them. Fourteen day return policy (with a couple of extra days for the holiday) is not reasonable nor market within a global pandemic and supply chain woes. I will never, ever shop at Farfetch again. $368 is sn expensive lesson to learn. They also refused my repeated attempt to speak to a manager.

Worst experience ever

I ordered a pair of cartier frames with no issues before but this time around the customer experience was horrible my package got delayed in customs through the courier DHL and it seemed like nothing was done in a prompt manner to help push my shipment through I let Farfetch know what additional information was needed and they claim they sent it and due to the regulatory guidelines they shipped it back to the importer and initially saying that they received everything they needed but DHL claims that a piece of information was invalid and all Farfetch can do is issue a refund after its returned to the shipper and won't honor the promotional price I purchased the item for if I wanted to purchase again and the frames are hard to find anywhere else.

They have very strict rule that I need to sign when I receive the item. I could not even change the setting to "receive the item at nearest fedex office" because of their policy.
Fedex tried to deliver the item three times but I was not at home because I'm working during the day. They returned the item back to Italy even though I really wanted to receive it.
I found it was ridiculous that I needed to stay home to receive the item?! The item has returned and they received the item back already two weeks ago but I still haven't received the money back. It feels like it's such a scam.
I will never shop with them because I can never receive the item!

Wrong item received

Customer service representatives are good to talk to. But received the wrong item, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift, so close to Christmas. Had to return it, and literally leaves me no time to shop another one. Frustrating and kinda heartbreaking.

Very poor service

I purchased an item in August of this year that was stolen upon delivery. I contacted Farfetch and they told me that UPS confirmed delivery and they couldn't issue me a refund. For two months both Farfetch and UPS gave me the run around. I eventually contacted my bank and they issued a charge back to Farfetch. I tried to purchase something recently and Farfetch informed me that my bank has to remove the charge back, otherwise I wouldn't be able to purchase anything from them again. So essentially they wanted me to absorb the cost of the item, which was their stance initially. This is how some of these companies making millions annually treat their customers sometimes. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere.

AWFUL!

Awful online store! Customer focus is below zero! I do not recommend anyone to use this service, it is much better to pay more (and it is not always so) and buy in official stores or in buyers. They cheat with promo codes which in a result doesn't work. The delivery took 2 weeks, which should be delivered in 1 week. My goods lay in for several days since we could not agree with contact centre the delivery time, although I indicated that the prou=ducts could be delivered any day from 9-14.
Put one star for the packing

This store is great in case of ordering outfits here. Actually, there are plenty of online stores where ordinary people can order clothes, however this is a premium segment in outfits. I saw here a good dior t shirts and I really anted to order it. I asked customer support about all the details concerning shipping here and they responded me pretty fast. I found out all the details and ordered this t shirt. I had to pay for the delivery but it didn't even matter. If you will buy clothes on particular sum the shipping will be free of charge. So, great store, no complaints.

Fake D&G wallet

I bought a 150 euros D&G wallet at Farfetch, the order was deliveries correct, instantes using the wallet in 1 week of use the wallet the sign written D&G started to desapear. I contacted customer service right away, and share the pictures with them to prove what was happening. The customer service team it's "processing" the case over 2 months now and don't come out with an answer, even tho they are the ones who sold the fake wallet, they don't take the responsibility of it.
Watch out, DO NOT SHOP THERE, if something goes wrong, it's going to be on you.

I bought a Jacket shown as Canada Goose (Seaboard) but instead received a Canada Goose (Salida). The labels in the product were incorrect even though the official Canada Goose label shows the correct name of the product while the seller label shows a different product.

Service standard is getting worse. I ordered a goods via Farfetch during the single days event. The good was lost by the Singapore courier ie DHL. It took them almost one month to investigate and update has been very sporadic unless I chased them. I will not have known their good is missing until I call the courier when they miss the delivery date. No honesty and integrity. This is so disappointing in regards to their refund policy. The shirt was meant to be Xmas present for my dad.
