This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I bought a pair of shoes that were defective from day one. They told me that it would take "a few months" (!) to do a "brand assessment" (!?) and that they could give me a 5% discount. Five percent. If there is something wrong with your order, you are out of luck and out of your money.
If you have issues with the order, you're SOL. Customer service advisors tend to overpromise that they would resolve the case but you'll never hear from them. My case is still going on for almost 15 days now, I've dealt with 9 reps and spent 2 hours of phone call repetitively explaining the situation. Don't be fooled by the discounts that you could get at Farfetch. It's way too stressful if they mess up your order. When you do complain about the issue, the most you'll get is a lecture on how the business model is bullet proof and a small token of appreciation -10% off promo code. If you're going to buy luxury goods, you might as well enjoy the experience by visiting the boutique/store and get treated well.

Paid exorbitant price for pair of Jeans for my daughter as a Christmas present but they were what she really wanted and couldn't find them anywhere else. Was feeling quite proud of myself for actually having tracked them down and then waited with anticipation for them to be delivered. Delivery due Friday December 6th, repeatedly checked front door but by 10.30 pm no sign so went to bed. Text arrived Sunday evening to say that parcel had been delivered Friday at 20.40! It definitely had NOT! Farfetched have refused to take up the issue with DHL and I have received no compensation. I will not be using this company again! While I appreciate that delivery is not under their control, I do feel that they owe me their customer the courtesy of pursuing the issue with DHL
Ordered a coat online, they had it in every size. Used promo code because im first time buyer. Ofcourse after 4 days of not receiving any mail. They cancel my order (not in stock anymore) and gave me refund. On the same site but delivery for other countries, the coat is pretty much in stock. So I guess they prioritise the ones who pay full price, but have your money and order pending just in case. Worst experience. Will never order again!

Will never buy again ( by the way spent 1500 us on 1st order with another item and asked 50 us discount as per price going down 2 days later). Farfetch - your company name says it all " its a far fetch" or in other words " we will RIP you off any way we can".
Purchase Marsell shoes in 2020. I wore those rarely and gently during colder seasons. One of the shoes cracked this year in the middle of sole. No mechanical damage. Tried to reach out to customer service. Played games of emails. They couldn't find that shoe under my account where I could easily see them on the list. I had to send the order number and nothing was solved. Out of warranty window. Well 2 years of very gently work shoes for over $500 with huge crack way up to the leather on the sole isn't great quality as claimed. Be aware.

We bought a €300+ bracelet from Farfetch. After less than 8 months, the bracelet broke without any abnormal usage. We contacted Farfetch and after forwarding the pictures to their partner, they stated it was a result of wear and tear. They keep pointing at their partner's decision and they refuse to take any responsibility. We are extremely disappointed with Farfetch's poor customer service.
Order from StockX a fair bit, ssense.com and other online retailers- farfetch is by far the worse. Their customer service is rude, and I've recently had a package show up completely empty. It appears to have been stolen somewhere along the shipping. The delivery driver, who I know on a first name basis, shrugged and said to take it up with the company, his job is to deliver the package, empty or not. The company did an investigation and said they spoke with both the shipper and shipping company, who confirmed the box was not tampered with, even though I sent them photos. I order thousands of dollars worth of stuff a year, it's not about the 150 dollars I'm out, it's principle, they are doing nothing about it and said it would not be refunded. The shipper is liable for the package until delivered AND INSPECTED!
I've order a pair of shoes on Farfetch and I received the wrong pair. Even so, there's no customer service representative to speak to. I'm not sure what's going on. I only received an email asking me to return the pair that I have, and then what's gonna happen? I don't even know will I receive the pair I order, so ridiculous.
Awful online store! Customer focus is below zero! I do not recommend anyone to use this service, it is much better to pay more (and it is not always so) and buy in official stores or in buyers. They cheat with promo codes which in a result doesn't work. The delivery took 2 weeks, which should be delivered in 1 week. My goods lay in for several days since we could not agree with contact centre the delivery time, although I indicated that the prou=ducts could be delivered any day from 9-14.

Farfetch is by far the worst e-boutique I had encountered.
-First they over priced their item, like for ex. They sell Saint Laurent items more expensive the Saintlaurent.com and on the top of that you have to pay shipping costs. Since when a resellers is more expensive than the official seller?
-Second, they offer you discount/free shipping promo codes that are not valid.
-Third, when you enquire them for their bad performance they come up with silly excuses.
In summary they are Mr. Porter/luisaviaroma- wanna be!
Don't bother visiting the site…just buy with professionals (Mr. Porter, luisaviaroma or the official e-boutiques of you brand of choice)
Ordered Chinti and parker sweater... hood tore off as was putting it on for the first time. Cannot get anyone to return calls, emails to rectify the situation. They keep putting me off saying they need to "reach out" to their partner. The absolute worst service ever. It's been over a week now and still nothing. Will NEVER order with this company again
Customer service is non-existing. You have to hold on the phone for over an hour every time you call. And when they answer, they have no clue of what's going on. Further more they LIE that the order is sent out, but when confronted about tracking #, they keep lying that it will be provided within 24 hours via email. Bull$#*!ers, that's what they are. Also, couple times right after (next day) i purchased item, it goes on sale further, and when i called to ask for adjustment, they flatly refused it. Order is not even sent out, but they still refuse to issue adjustment. Items are authentic, but the way they conduct business is horrible. Proceed at your own risk.

I have purchased a couple of times with Farfetch and been happy however there was nothing wrong with these purchases. My last 2 purchases have included a faulty item and a non delivery of order. They have completely unhelpful and washed their hands with both issues offering no real reason behind it. I will never order form this company again. I have lost over £1000 now in puchases that have either not been received or not fit to wear. Disgusting. I feel so upset and let down. Please do not make the same mistake.
I have tried to contact Farfetch several times from Australia and the phone number continually rings out with no answer despite the website saying they are available to answer 9am - 6pm. This smells of a very dodgy website. Do not purchase

I sent back a return with dhl personally in Ontario, California and they claimed they never received it so did not refund my money.
Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this website! They are greedy and shady, they just take your money and claim they didn't receive item when it was shipped with their return label.
Do not purchase from this website, you have been warned. There are so many other legit websites that are better!

Farfetch refuse to refund me the money- asked me to claim via DHL and DHL confirm that farfetch need to place the claim through as they are the client (which makes sense to me)
I am from Australia- is there a fair trade ombudsman that i can contact- i am seeking legal advice based on this.
However lawyers are looking into a ombudsman first.

Took my money cancelled my order on the next day and still have not gotten my refund or item as of yet. Called the customer service and they claimed that my order was sent to another merchant who is sending my order after holding my money for a month. I will be contacting the BBB on them. Call

Don't buy from this company. Refused to pay a legit refund because their courier lost a package. They picked up all 3 from my house and then only refunded two, saying that the courier doesn't remember taking the 3rd. Case closed. Won't take responsibility and refusing to release any details of the ‘investigation' and saying that unless I have surveillance footage that they side with the courier despite it being 100% untrue. Customer service admits that really they know it's their fault but won't return the money nonetheless. Total scammers. Outnet is a way better company all around with better products and amazing customer service.

I got a Versace ring from Farfetch for my birthday. A year later it's broken half and I got no replacement or solution for this problem. Farfetch refused to replace it or to repair it when it's clearly poor product quality.

Before I get refund, I contact the credit card company directly to dispute. From this experience I do realize that Farfetch is the company I cannot wait for them to act. I have been waiting for at least 10 days, consistently checking the order status and calling customer service, in the end they ask me to cancel the order and send me an email saying that product is out of stock. But the product is still available online with its original price. I really don't want to know and don't want to dig into why this was happening. The only thing I could do is to get away from this website. End of the story.
I recently placed two orders in Farfetch, one pair of shoes they give the wrong color. The other bag they haven't shipped for a week, then I called the customer service, they said they were pushing the boutique on a daily basis. Finally I cancelled the order, they sent me an email saying it's out of stock, but I could still see the product online with original price. I bought this one on sale, I believe they just want to sell it to people who're willing to buy that at original price. Who does business like this? What a shame...
So I've been eyeing this Burberry bag for a really long time, and it finally went on sale. But after I checked out and Farfetch sent me a reciept, the next day the item was cancelled. When I contacted support about this, they said their system sometimes can take a while to update that the item is sold out and they've given it to the customer that got it first. I was quite upset after that and since I've used a new user promotional code to make the purchase, I asked if I'm able to use that on something else instead since they cancelled my order. No response from support. Just shows you how much they really value you as a customer. How can u just let me make a "purchase" with the code, then cancel it for me and now I can't use this code ever again. Lol so disappointed, will never be returning.

The eytys jeans which i received today was obviously USED by another customer before they decide to return it to you torn & damaged. It is your responsibility to check returned items are free of any damages. I already sent you an email about this which included pictures and i'm waiting for your reply. My other orders from farfetch were absolutely fine. This rating is only for my last order. I am disappointed. How am I supposed to trust your website again if you are ok with sending used items to your customers?
