Horrible and awful experience! Never buy from Farfetch!
I previously purchased something from Farfetch in Germany and unfortunately the size of the clothes did not fit. I applied for a retoure from Farfetch and requested for a pickup, as this was an option on their website.
On the day of the pickup came the delivery man who picked up the parcel for return. Until now, everything went smoothly, however, 2 weeks later, I found out that Farfetch has never received the retoure product. We tried to ask them to check their recevied packages or check with DHL. They came back saying that they simply don't have the package and neither does DHL. In the end, they simply gave us the reply that without further information, they could not provide futher assistance. Needless to mention the reimbursement.
I then tried to contact their customer centre a few times but ending up with the same result. Now I am still trying to get more information from DHL by myself, but it´s very difficult.
I can't believe how IRRESPONSIBLE they are regarding the fact that they were the ones who sent the delivery man for pickup and now the package is gone after the handover, they don't want to have anything to do with it.
Isn't this supposed to be a luxurious website with proper customer service?
If you do buy from Farfetch, do wish for a smooth delivery without the need of retoure. Otherwise I would suggest you to buy somewhere else.
I was able to purchase a gift for my spouse via farfetch in which I was so excited, even scored a Black Friday deal! However less than ten minutes later (9 to be exact) I recieved an email saying that I would be reimbursed. HUH? I never asked for a reimbursement. I was bamboozled. This site is a total scam. Do not buy from here.
To be honest, I was a little nervous to order from Farfetch because I read some mixed reviews. However, I took a chance and it worked out really well. My order came from the UK to Canada and got here surprisingly quick and the product was just as I imagined it would be. The entire experience was awesome.
Was desperately looking for a Zimmerman dress and thought farfetch/outnet would have some nice deals….turns out they are complete scammers who inflate the normal price of things and when marked on sale, you might end up paying even more than original.
Just few examples…the " Cosmic floral-print tiered dress" is at 1250 on the Zimmerman website vs 2302 on Farfetch! Or the "silk wrap midi dress" is on 595 on Zimm vs 936 on farfetch….like they BS you saying that the pricing it s decided upon xyz criteria but at the end of the day you pay SO MUCH more for the same thing. I would never ever recommend buying from this website
I am really satisfied with my order. I have purchased a couple dresses and they all fit so well. Delivery was 5/5 stars!
I received my item and after one use, the threading of my pants began coming loose. These were Dolce & Gabbana pants so about $400 - not what I would expect for this price tag! I contact customer service immediately. I didn't even want a refund, just a replacement. They told me they can refund 10% or speak with "partner boutique" for resolution. After 3 weeks of waiting to hear back, they told me they cannot do anything as this is a result of normal wear and tear. I have $20 pants that last me years but somehow they can say 1 use is wear and tear and makes it ok for them to start ripping apart. SHAMEFUL! Also - the material is VERY thin, you can see see through them. A part of me wonders if these are FAKE designer pants. I will never purchase from this company again and anyone that's thinking about it. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
I believe the items are genuine and generally come well packaged. But the pricing algorithm annoys me. I had something in my cart, and in the next 10 minutes the price for the one size I had in my cart had gone up $40. All other sizes remained the previous price. Sneaky.
This site is ridiculous. They do not accurately inventory items offered for sale. As a result, items purchased may not actually be available. Purchases will be cancelled because they are unable to fulfill them. FF is fine with wasting your time on these bogus sales. No apology, no compensation, no explanation even. This has happened to me multiple times with them. Won't happen again.
Purchase Marsell shoes in 2020. I wore those rarely and gently during colder seasons. One of the shoes cracked this year in the middle of sole. No mechanical damage. Tried to reach out to customer service. Played games of emails. They couldn't find that shoe under my account where I could easily see them on the list. I had to send the order number and nothing was solved. Out of warranty window. Well 2 years of very gently work shoes for over $500 with huge crack way up to the leather on the sole isn't great quality as claimed. Be aware.
I ordered a bag from my son who's on trail from a big case he's being feeling terrible and suicidal the back was supposed to come in a week it came three days earlier and it was a womens jacket that was supposed to go to Canada I live I. Washington DC in America. He cried all day he's 20 I couldn't do anything and the rude people at Farfetch I hate hate hate them so much
Beware! I never recieved my product and have been denied any ability to get my money back. After a week they said they were confident the courier delivered it to my concierge. Even though there was no signature. A protocol that is always followed. Closed case lost money never again
Farfetch in the name of discounts inflates the cost price by more than 100% and cheats the customers. Technically you are paying more price than the original cost itself. Be carful when you purchase at Farfetch site
I ordered a dolce dress from Farfetch for my son's wedding. The dress was over $2,000. The box arrived. Wow it was sooo light. I opened it and the box was completely empty. No tissue Nothing! The weight on the package was the weight of the empty box. I called Farfetch. They said they would investigate. The answer came back. We have closed your file! We are doing nothing. They kept the charge on my credit card. Unbelievable!
I was out $2,000! Totally not acceptable! I would NEVER deal with this company again!
Everything would be OK, but I have noticed that a lot of their products seem to wear off quite fast.
If you are considering purchasing from Farfetch, please buy from anywhere else except there. They have terrible customer service and don't care if you have issues with products, it will be entirely your fault and they will not care about what you have to say. Terrible quality and the items seem fake, it's abit suspicious that they don't offer any helpful solutions with their products, whereas many places are extremely helpful. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM FARFETCH!
They cancel orders when the price does not suit them, and lie telling the item is out of stock and then restock the item on the website! (hoping the customer will not notice)
I ordered two times the same item, same size, there was two items left in my size and each time my order was canceled telling me the item is out of stock whereas the two items left were restocked few minutes after the cancellation of the order
In reality, they canceled my order two times not because it was out of stock but because I used my 15% off bronze fidelity code on sale, and the price paid seems not sufficient enough for them… That's against their conditions, they have no right to cancel my order because they don't like the price I paid!
They are SCAMMERS! A disgusting practice, which I never experienced (after 15 years of ordering on luxury retailers) until I ordered on Farfetch… And I'm not the only one which report this practice, they do that regularly, you can see plenty of reviews about this matter.
After ordering a bag through the site listed as "last item remaining" and going through the checkout trying to use a discount code for 10% off for signing up to the email list and another for under 25's student discount, neither of which worked I happily overpaid for my purchase as it was listed as being in Australia already so I hoped it would arrive quickly.
3 days later I had to reach out and contact customer services myself as there was no update on my order status, it took over 2 days to hear back from someone saying they have canceled my order as the item was not in stock from their supplier... it will now take up to 14 days to receive a refund. Absolutely disgraceful service. Save your time and money. I found my item from Selfridges myself for $100 cheaper than on farfetch including the cost of shipping from the UK.
They sent me a faulty handbag, I immediately did a return. After a month of the partner boutique keeping the item, they accused ME of the item damage and denied my refund. They told me they'd send the bag back to me! Avoid at all costs!
Ordered a coat online, they had it in every size. Used promo code because im first time buyer. Ofcourse after 4 days of not receiving any mail. They cancel my order (not in stock anymore) and gave me refund. On the same site but delivery for other countries, the coat is pretty much in stock. So I guess they prioritise the ones who pay full price, but have your money and order pending just in case. Worst experience. Will never order again!

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
