Always on time. Great deals and good prices. Vast, genuine collection with hard-to-find elsewhere pieces. Reasonable shipping rates that include customs. Excellent customer service.
I've made various (expensive) purchases (Dsquared2, Dolce Gabbana, Prada) during 2019, excellent original products with all tags, excellent delivery service, excellent return service, everything has been excellent so far, no complaints whatsoever, in one instance the Italian store sent the wrong coded Dsquared jeans which were returned and promptly refunded, so little nothing to complain about.
Unfortunately, this time, the experience with FARFETCH was not extraordinary. The product came from Japan, not from Europe, I had to apply for an EORI code, and pay the customs tax in the amount of € 20, which from my point of view was not my duty.
Very very poor customer services (and I see a lot of such comments).
I have provided a robust but negative review to my customer services experience (I tried to find out why Farfetch does not allow me to choose payment currency as per boutiques currency. This is most logical and do not cause problems at custom clearance, unlike their current approach to set currency based on location).
After this negative review customer services started to put on me extra requirements during next order. And this is after order was placed, confirmed and money has been withdrawn.
In 5 days I was threaten that they want me to agree with their pricing policy in general otherwise my order will be canceled.
When I said that I do not think that their pricing approach is in customers interest and I will not buy from them as much as from other on-line retailers. And this is a one-off order where I understand pricing policy after previous discussion. They canceled my order with the reason that I am the only dissatisfied Russian customer and I am not a Farfetch adept.
I wonder what if all on-line shops will approve orders only from a certain selection of customers? Sounds like a harassment

We placed an order over two months ago. They quickly charged for the order. But still no package. We have written many emails and they still have not resolved the issue nor given us a refund
I would love to give you a great review as I think the idea is clever but it took 2 weeks to deliver the dress and when it finally arrived it was the wrong size so now I have to send it back :(

I received shoes (late) that were completely damaged, soaked in water, and smelled like sewer water.
After 4 weeks of back and forth, Losili at Farfetch accepted to refund me in full, stating that the courier had refunded Farfetch already, and told me I didn't need to return the shoes. She said the refund would arrive in 14 days.
14 days later, there was no refund so I contacted Farfetch who then said they couldn't refund me until I give the shoes back. I had already thrown them away since Losili didn't tell me I needed to return those and they smelled like trash. I told Farfetch that they were going back on their words. And Monica had the audacity to call me and tell me that no, they simply couldn't refund me and I was given wrong information.
I do not care what goes on in the back office at Farfetch and who gives correct or wrong information. I was told my refund would arrive within 14 days and it hasn't and Monica, who is a total $#*!, literally just called me to say they couldn't refund me, just like that.
The customer support experience is terrible. 7 weeks later, I still don't have a refund.
I filed a police report and claimed the money back from my credit card company, showing them all the written email trace where Farfetch said they would refund me and then went back on their words.
I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. It's complete trash.
Oof. Disappointed to have to write this one, but spent $136 on Farfetch (a site that I own stock in, no less), only for them to send me an empty package and then deny me a refund or the product, which I paid for. I have never had this happen with a brand before, and have shopped with Farfetch before - but mostly when I lived in London. Their customer service was basically non-existent. Over the course of 2 weeks, I called several times (waiting on hold for 15-20mins each time) and emailed to find out where the product was (it was men's swim trunks I had ordered as a gift for my husband). When I finally got someone on the line, I was told the case was closed (by Farfetch, of course), and that I wouldn't be receiving a replacement product or a refund. What's REALLY interesting is that the swim trunks were on sale in early July... and oddly the boutique still has the same pair of shorts listed on sale in my husband's size. Obviously will not be ordering from Farfetch again. I also sent them multiple photos of the empty package (only had a receipt and a brochure in it), and they asked for "more evidence." Like what, I wonder? Nothing arrived.
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
