It was the first time I got something with farfetch and my entire experience was great! I am very pleasantly surprised! My bag is perfect and I had a wonderful experience with customer service!
Well for starters I live in India, We have Diesel outlets here but I saw the jeans going for a huge discount on the website. I immediately ordered them, The jeans were being sent from Portugal. I placed the order on 13th August, The jeans went to Netherlands and then came to India on 15th August itself and well due to Customs clearance it took additional two days but I got my Jeans on 17th August. I verified the jeans with Certilogo for authenticity, scanned the QR code that Diesel jeans come with. The jeans were authentic, I also went to the Diesel Jeans boutique here, they verified it's authenticity too. I'm really happy with my shopping experience. I was nervous about the size and fit but I referred to their size chart and the Jeans fit me beautifully. Thank You Farfetch for a wonderful experience
I use this site to get the stuff even the best local boutiques or department stores don't carry. The sales are often better than prices at discount fashion sites. The homewares are often great too.
May 31/2020 I order and paid $520.00 CAD for Fendi Bag Bugs Bifold Wallet. Order #BK4YN3. Jun 7 they send me a card holder in error. I returned it Jun 8. They received it and said my refund would be in 7 days. Five weeks, NO REFUND. No answers to my emails. Deceitful treatment to a loyal customer. BUYERS BEWARE - FARFETCH HAS A VERY BAD REPUTATION!

Expensive but very good product, lot of choice even among the artciles that are sold out everywhere after yes the prices are much more expensive than elsewhere.
The order time-line was much longer than any previous orders. One item in the order apparently was no longer available, which caused the delay. Otherwise, all went well.

Total scam!
I added product to my shopping bag, price was ~266EUR, webshop offered extra 30% off and cost came to ~195EUR (nice, right?!).
I was able to fill in all the information, my contact data, etc.
I chose IDEAL as payment, and the second i pressed GO AHEAD, it gave me an error that something went wrong and i have to restart...
I did and price INCREASED with +100EUR... this is ridiculous, i understand completely that offers change and shop is allowed to change prices both in plus or minus direction, but not when your client in the process of buying something...
If i am pressing to check out, you cannot do it in the middle of my purchase!
This is just outrageous, same as if i would stand in the line of the shop and at the cash box, they tell that shop changed mind and now i have to pay more...
I was doing the whole procedure for literally 3 minutes...

Do not waste your time nor your money with Farfetch. I had a very bad experience and wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. In my case, I placed an order for a Fendi handbag on 12/6 and when the package didn't arrive within the 4 - 6 day timeframe I called Farfetch to get a status. I spoke with one rep who claimed he would email the boutique and get back to me within 24hrs, well he never called me back. I then started calling daily for a status and was told the same thing each time, that someone would follow-up with the boutique. Finally on 12/17 I received a call from Robert telling me that there was a problem with the delivery (I have no idea what the problem was since tracking never showed the package even being in transit) and that I would receive a full refund by 12/21. Knowing what my experience has been like up until now I called today to make sure I would receive my refund by tomorrow and was just told the refund was not even in the system yet. I don't know what is going on with Farfetch but they really need to get it together. I was just told that the refund will be submitted today, obviously the thing about having it by 12/21 was a lie. Farfetch if you read this my order number is REFB and I want my money back asap!
I ordered a clutch. The item is perfect and arrived fast. I'm also happy that it was on sale, since i wanted first to place the order on another site where it was more expensive. I recomand farfetch.

I'm a new customer on Farfetch I recently downloaded the app as I needed diesel sneakers and they had them on sale - I ordered yesterday and money was debited immediately a few moments later I receive an email stating that my order is canceled they were unable to varify payment How? Cause the debited the money already and I've been reading all these reviews and I'm afraid I'll loose my money too- this is a very bad first experience I'll never shop with them ever again- they say on the email the will return my money within 14days and I pray and hope they will I'm never trusting anything with this site!
Overall very satisfied. Would appreciate better packaging. Eg the bag I bought usually comes with a bag (when you buy it from the store) where you put it when you travel and it did it not have one
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
