Had an issue with my recently bought blueberry bush. Sent an inquiry and pictures in seeking help- never received any response.
The ironic part is- fast growing trees keeps sending me customer satisfaction surveys and they never post them, nor have they even bothered to contact me.

Never received response

First the company's response time and efficiency is extremely poor.
Second the plants shipped were in very poor conditions. They came in a box that was beat up.
Third two of them had bugs. That part cost me a lot. I had bugs from these plant infiltrate my garden and destroy other plants. I have never seen some of these bugs before. I ended up pulling my garden for the rest of the year. Pretty upset about that. I reached out to the company and got a email saying they would let me know shipping confirmation. That's all. No details nothing. At this point I just want my money back.
Last thing. How are they able to send plants across state lines with bugs. They could cause a massive issue to locals farmers.

They are extremely slow to reply. There reply was very bland. It did not say anything other than sorry we will send shipping info.
That was over a week ago.

I hesitated, but in the end pulled the trigger, got our six small bushes and planted them. Just what I ordered and wanted. About a month later I noticed that 3 of the six were not going to make it, 2 had already gone, one was hanging on. I called, and got the answers I needed. Three more/ new bushes were delivered. This time I did take more time to prepare the area they were going into. Last night after a good tilling and placing, they were re-planted. Now I will keep up with the water and we are looking forward to a great border and hiding wall. Thanks!

Three of our bushes had decided they did not like where or how I had placed them, so they took their own lives. When I called your number, sent a picture and soon I had three more that I was better prepared to plant. Now, the six bushes, three original and the new three that were replaced seem to be doing well, I won't jinx myself by telling you that I planted them yesterday! I am confident I will still have great bushes when the snow leaves this late spring.

The tree arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Can't say that there is new growth as of yet, three weeks post planting but everything is still green. Could not have been easier to purchase and plant!

We did a complete makeover of our front yard landscaping this summer and got many plants from your site. It's was a great experience. I am quite happy with my experience from Fast Growing Trees. Their site is easy to navigate and very helpful with information. My trees were delivered quickly, well packaged and in excellent condition. We planted them within a week after delivery and both trees immediately showed new growth. I am hopeful that come spring they'll be thriving.

Item arrived burned and wilted. They said 4 to 5 ft. It was I stick with a few leaves. I expected a tree.the container was a small pot with very little dirt. This was shipped to nevada that took longer then expected. I pd 149.00 Omg. Purchased a actual lime tree from Costco for 39.00 that will bloom in the spring. This will take years if it lives. So disappointing and feel ripped off. Buyer beware.

I received my Moringa tree, still living and healthy as promised, put it in the ground and it quickly started to root. Then Helene hit and snapped it off at the one-foot mark, unfortunately. My only real criticism is that the price was much too high at $98. Had it been 30 o 40 dollars it would have felt like much less of a loss.

Narrow and refine your search options down to what you're specifically looking for: you'll be amazed how many plants are available for purchase. Shipping and delivery were 3/5: once the plants are shipped they're not expertly cared for - unfortunately some of ours were damaged and it's taken a labor of love to get them growing well. We placed a big order, only two trees didn't survive the shipping process, Fast Growing Trees replaced them with zero issues. The replacement trees are doing awesomely well.

During the first few months two plants did not survive. Once I’d submitted photographs and answered a few questions from the Plant Experts, our trees were replaced. The process was fast and efficient.

When the trees arrived packed into boxes, I was worried that they would be broken, dried out, and unhealthy. But these trees were in perfect condition and healthy. I planted them two weeks ago and they are already showing signs of new growth.

My wisteria arrived in good shape. I planted per instructions and it has done well for several weeks, even surviving last week's Hurricane Helene. Today I noticed a tendril shooting up ready to be trained along the fence we want it to cover. So far so good!

I ask them for a nice shaped tree as I was planning on planting it 20 feet away from large picture window and use it from a few years to decorate yearly for XMAS. For $400.00 less discount I was expecting a very straight tree. I emailed in regards of my complaint have not been contacted by this company.
So I guess as long as they get their $$$$$$ no need for any return correspondence

The trees were packed so that no one besides a magician capable of levitating the could have delivered them without damaging them. They were in a long box, on their sides, crown to crown, with poorly sealed bags. I spent $380+ for this. I am deeply disappointed.

Great customer service. I've ordered seven trees this year and very happy with all my deliveries. I thought one of them was not going to survive and it was immediately replaced by Fast Growing Trees. But then during the summer it came back to life. I love this company and plan to make more purchases next Spring

First let me say these 10 trees are top notch quality and flawless when they arrived. Even though fedex roughed the box is up pretty bad during delivery, the trees were so hardy that they were unaffected.
The ordering process and the quickness of delivery we're outstanding. I haven't even needed customer service for anything but I'm confident that if I do it will be outstanding also because their communication is very on point.

I purchased 2 yellow delicious apple trees and learned from my salesperson they would come with a 1 year warranty. How good is that! Salesman was knowledgeable, informational and very helpful. Both trees appear to be off to a great start. I would definitely do business with this company again.

For right now, really good experience with delivery quality of trees that have been shipped to me. The reason I've been so reluctant to do a review is because I have to wait to see if they make it through the winter hopefully getting them adequate amount of water being it's been kind of a drought here in Nebraska. Box came in crushed. Replanted in 10 gallon pot 2 days later dead. Not sure if they just sent me a sick tree or it didn't like being shipped. All I know is I'm out 130 bucks and have a dead avocado tree

I have purchased trees for three years from this company. As a long time gardener I found all of the products have been very healthy. My car stays clean - no need to transport trees from nurseries anymore! Customer service has been outstanding!
