My plant was packaged professionally, the plant/tree looked beautiful right out of the box. It continued to grow once put into the grown, no set back or shock. I am always satisfied when purchasing from this company.
The trees came damaged with several broken branched and were left piled out in the open where they could have been picked up easily by a.local porch pirate. Local shops had similar, bigger, healthier trees available at.much lower prices and a longer than 30 warranty.
The trees were great, except for 1 banana tree. Which was replaced at no charge with a bigger one!
Never received product. No updates on shipping. Upset.

The tree was spindly thin. Leaves were brittle, with some torn and others a leathery brown.
I was informed that the tree was, at the present time, in good condition. If it was to do poorly after 3-4 weeks, they would reassess and 'make it right'.
