My plant was packaged professionally, the plant/tree looked beautiful right out of the box. It continued to grow once put into the grown, no set back or shock. I am always satisfied when purchasing from this company.
The trees came damaged with several broken branched and were left piled out in the open where they could have been picked up easily by a.local porch pirate. Local shops had similar, bigger, healthier trees available at.much lower prices and a longer than 30 warranty.
Bought an orange tree, it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Bought this for a non profit I volunteer at and the price was great! Planted it on August 19th and so far so good Very happy with my experience and will buy again from Fast Growing trees in the future

I started with a Google search, looked at the Website, checked out the tree II wanted, read the reviews, read the company information, then placed my order.
You shipped them in a timely manner however shipping was pushed back 3 times. When they arrived on August 24th I had left for vacation that afternoon. When I returned home the following Saturday 1 was withered down to the soil the other 2 still had half green leaves. Not blaming you. Blaming the carrier.
I ordered about 20 trees and all but 3 were full of bugs and questionable shipping. The company offered to refund or replace the affected trees which was fantastic. I chose a better time to reorder and accepted the refund. The trees that were in good shape are doing great! Definitely recommend

I've been using FGT since 2015. Most recently, I purchased two tri-colored dappled willows and a mulberry tree. The willows arrived in poor condition due to what appeared to be mishandling by UPS but FGT gave me a credit for the entire purchase. Most companies would not do that. I will always be a customer.
They gave me full credit for damaged shipment. I used that credit to purchase another item from FGT so it all worked out for the good.
They have lots to choose from and the products are delivered as they are described. The prices seem comparable to other online retailers so I can't complain about paying $80 for a 24" Mulberry tree that looks like the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. LOL
My tree died after A week of receiving it I tried to get in touch with your customer service for almost a week. Finally, when they did call me back they told me that I had to take a picture of the dead tree which unfortunately had already thrown away. I live in an apartment building and I didn't want a dead tree in my apartment, so now I bought a tree that I didn't even get because it was dead very bad business especially when you say that they're guaranteed

My kids laughed when I told them I was getting a tree in the mail, but it came, packaged carefully, in good shape and ready to plant. I planted it right away. It's been about 6 weeks now and the tree is looking good!

The two trees I ordered arrived with several broken limbs and very dry. I potted them and let them sit in the rain but out of heavy wind for a few days. I did not think they could handle rough wind. I have purchased over a thousand dollars worth of trees and bushes and i had a few issues but fast growing trees rectified my issues with sending out replacements right away and if they didn't have what i needed they gave me a credit,i will definitely be ordering next season. I am a customer for as long as i need plants for my garden

Because of there selection
Ordered 2 Haas Avocado trees for Zone 9b florida. One lived and one died. I called and sent in pics of the 2 trees and they immediately shipped a new Haas to me. It has since died as well but i believe that is because Haas hate my FL location. I also purchased several citrus trees and they are all doing very well and even set a few fruits. Great quality products.
I bought a rose bush for my sister. The bush was delivered and was a little small and appeared sickly. I brought this to the attention of the company and within two days, she received a nice sized replacement. I don't fault the company for what may have happened, but the excellence in which they responded speaks volumes about their customer care.

I ordered 7 gal. Trees that should be 4-5 feet high. The trees I received were 3-4 feet, weak, and needed scaffolding. They compensated me by sending two more trees and reimbursing me $130, which I appreciated. Be careful, the trees are healthy, but much smaller than what you would find in a local nursery.

We order a couple red maples and a couple of dogwood trees and all four trees arrived quick and in good shape. The dogwood trees were bigger than expected, although one of them was looking a bit rough shortly after we planted them. Overall all four seem to be doing well now and look great so we are hoping they will do well through the winter and take off next spring.
We don’t have many nurseries near us and even fewer that carry any assortment of trees. Fast growing trees had a wide assortment and more importantly had the trees we were looking for in stoke.
Order got delayed in shipping. The shipping company was unresponsive. Kept saying for days order was on truck out for delivery to you. Contacted FGT chat customer service and they were professional, courteous, and quickly responded by getting me a new order shipped to me at no additional cost.

For the guarantee.
I had a problem with my order being delivered bent in half and the trees broken. Customer service quickly sent another order and all trees arrived beautiful. Shipping damage is not fast-growing trees fault but rectified the problem immediately.
Customer service fixed the problem right away with simple pictures of the problem. Very helpful customer service representative.

Good selection fair price
Tree came real, real dried. Leaves were dried up. I also expected it to be a little taller for the price. 6 to 7 feet more like 5'8. After I planted the tree it started to come back to life but with wet, wet soil and water everyday. Customer Service was very nice and gave a precent off, at least.

I live in another state, after I purchased the trees, delivery date was next day, too late to cancel order, I discovered that I will have a problem hiring someone to plant them. I phoned customer service explained my dilemma, they said, "no problem, just refuse the delivery, we will refund the order after the order returns to us."
The service from this company is awesome. The trees are shipped quickly and they come healthy and vibrant. When a couple trees did not thrive, they replaced with the same great service.

I ordered 2 climbing rose bushes. Fast Growing Trees shipped it 3 times. The first 2 were with Fedex, for some reason Fedex could not deliver. The 3rd time it was shipped with USPS, it shows delivered (stating that it was left with an individual), but we never received it. I even asked my neighbors, but no one has seen them. I receive a refund though.

The catalogue is huge, you can find any from tropical to winter zone. Plus the most important is the atention and follow up on your case if you have to contact the Customer Service.
The box was flattened, full of mulch, and the plants were desiccated. I have them sitting in partial sun on screened porch, have clipped off most of the dead bits, keeping the plants soil moist, and hoping for the best. However, I feel they are beyond revival.
I have had luck in the past and the roses were on sale. Replacements would be nice 😊.
Was hot here in Texas and delivery was on a Monday, I assume they sat in a FedEx warehouse or truck over the weekend. One was dead, the other in distress. No response yet on my request to replace on their 30-day guarantee.

The hydrangea I bought arrived in a very poor condition, with most leaves wilted and yellow. However, I decided to give it a try and transplanted into a large he with a good soil mixed with compost, added transplantation aid hormone solution and watered thoroughly. As the soil was alkaline, I added also some acidifier.
In less than a week all the rest leaves wilted. The plant looks dying. All other plants around it, including hydrangeas (in the same conditions) are thriving. Very disappointed.
Good previous experience with trees. However, all bushes bought from FFGT (raspberry, hydrangeas etc.) did not make it. Hope for a fair guarantee - refund policy.
