I just started buying shrubs and trees from this company and so far everything is going very well. They come quickly via delivery and well packaged and preserved. The plants look very healthy and I'll make another review in six months to a year.

The tree I ordered was delivered in bad shape due to an unfortunately timed heat wave. The tree was immediately replaced and it's now happy, healthy, and thriving in my yard. I've made many purchases from fast growing trees and would absolutely recommend them.

On the few occasions I’ve needed help the customer service has been excellent and all my plants are thriving and healthy in my yard.

Tree arrived extremely wilted with over half of the leaves dropped. Planted immediately in conditions exceeding requirements for healthy growth, the tree is struggling.
It will take some time to determine if conditioning and its new environment will allow the tree to survive.

My wife and I desired a smaller growing tree for a narrow growing area near the front of our house. We settled on a Sargent crab apple. We discovered Fast Growing Trees had some available. I called and was connected with Jessica. She could not have been more helpful. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. She answered multiple questions. We ordered Friday afternoon, and the tree arrived the next Wednesday, early enough for me to plant it that afternoon. I found the tree in very good shape following delivery. Transplanting a tree in the middle of August in southeastern N.C. Is a risky undertaking. The tree has done very well. In between ordering and delivery, I called Fast Growing Trees to clarify a shipping question. I spoke with Angie. She was also very pleasant and helpful. My overall experience was very favorable. My wife and I will absolutely order from Fast Growing Trees again. No hesitation.

The trees I ordered came on time. One, however, had some disease--evidently some form of mold--that affected all the leaves. I called customer care and they immediately started the process to ship a new tree.

I had a few specific questions concerning the plants I had ordered. One about grafted root stock, pruning techniques, transplanting recommendations. Not only were the ladies I spoke to polite and friendly, they were more than willing to go out of their way to help.

For reference - I called sometime early afternoon on a Saturday and was on hold for maybe a minute.

The trees arrived as scheduled and were well packaged. One set of the trees bought was smaller than expected. 3 of the 4 trees started growing while one started to wither. Support was ever so helpful especially since I knew nearly nothing about plants. The dying tree was promptly replaced and looking good however one of the other similar trees looks like it's dying now. Will give is another week and assess.

It was quick, professional, and I couldn't be any happier. I was asked for photos of the dying plant and was given advice on what to do next and even suggested a few things for the other plants in the photos!!

Ordered two tulip poplar trees. The boxes were absolutely mangled by the shipping company but the trees appeared ok. Planted them and they both died immediately. Contacted fast growing trees and they sent me replacements quickly. This box showed up in good condition and the trees are still alive so fingers crossed they stay that way.

As it should be. They took the pertinent information and sent me replacement trees. So far so good

I'm a repeat customer-not a lot but repeat- haven't had an issue - until this last order- true to their word a replacement tree was on its way with no hassle- this is the kind of business we need to support!

I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees several times and this last order was a little bit disappointing. The trees looked dead and branches were broken off. They replaced them with new trees that were also looking dead and branches were broken. I suggest you pack them better for shipping. I am nursing the trees to see if I can get them to look better and put on new growth. Customer support was very helpful and replacements were received in a timely matter.

The Coral drift roses arrived on time and were a beautiful color but they looked like they had been neglected over the summer. They arrived with yellow leaves and leaf spot. The plant itself was healthy and started growing immediately after planting toward the middle of September. The company said to discard leaves after dropping and the rose plant will be fine in the spring. The new leaves and buds growth look good.

They replied in a couple days in answer to my question wether I should spray with fungicide or fertilize.

We were in search of a company where we could buy a tree that would last of all time We were very excited when our beautiful. Orange Rose street came in and already had little buds ready to sprout. It came very well packaged and ready to go into the ground. It instantly started to Bloom and has been strong through the high winds and tough weather recently we are very satisfied. I bought a cherry tree from you that it come a little smaller than expected but in very good condition.
After developing new growth it start to dry. We try treating it for pests and root simulator.
The following weeks it seems to be improving and new growing start coming from the bottom up, only to completely die a short time after.

Fig tree arrived on time in good shape in carefully designed and sturdy box that withstood most of the the efforts by the delivery service to crush the contents and despite the fact they ignored the clearly marked arrows and huge text saying to keep the box upright.

Tree had been carefully pruned and was showing new leaves. Continues to grow and hopefully we will see figs in the next year or two.

Had tree delivered. It was in a container was very wet, all of the leaves were brown, it's been 2 weeks. That is what support said to wait. Leaves have All fallen off. Branches have brown tips. Not happy

2nd call wait up to 3 weeks.

My honeysuckle bush had drowned and died when we received over 5 inches of rain in 1 day this past July. I called the company to give them the bad news and within 10 days another another honeysuckle bush was sent to me free of charge. I love this company and will be purchasing more trees from them in the future. Every tree that I have purchased in the past has arrived healthy and larger than expected.

I'm pleased with the quality of the blue Berry and Raspberry bushes I purchased. The limbs had leaves. Not just sticks like other companies, and were healthy. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered four of these this past spring to honor my mother. They were her favorites. They came immediately and were in very good condition. Three of them made it through the summer (I know, who plants things in the spring?!) Responding to my request for a replacement, customer service sent a new one immediately. All four have put out new growth and are doing very well.

One of the four azaleas I bought in the spring did not make it through the summer. I requested a replacement. Customer service immediately sent me a very healthy new azalea. I had it within a couple of days from my call.

While the customer service overall, and I mean overall is good, I'm unhappy and very disappointed with the quality. I've sent emails and written reviews, I'm furious you've infected my plants and I don't even know if I can save them! 120 (plus) plants infected, do you even understand how much money that is, and how much time! To continually and constantly say you monitor and check your plants before shipping I'm not seeing. You've sent me multiple plants that have been sick. 🤢 I just can't believe anyone and any company who says they love plants and I know your company does, can stand behind their products like this. And honestly say this is okay? Who's replacing my other plants, my other dirt, my other rocks, sands, neem, and the list keeps going. I'm beyond furious. Really beyond furious.

It was fine, I feel bad I was rude to the rep. But I’m sure she understood my frustration.

Jacaranda tree arrived in good condition however due to rains from TS Debby - the tree became overwatered,and subsequently died. Fast growing trees replaced it with no hesitation.
They did this without me even asking- just called for advice. They go above and beyond.

Wonderful experience- trees arrived safely and healthy. This is the second time I have ordered from Fast GrowingTrees and plan to order more. I'll never buy from a local big box store or local nursery again. My personal gardener was even impressed and he will be ordering for his own yard, too!

Ordered 2 apple trees. Both arrived at same time. One looked healthier than the other (could be because one is a Mcintosh and the other a Grannie Smith. Both are planted and so far look good. Neither has lost more leaves nor gained new ones but it has only been about a month. The truth of how good the trees are will be if they survive the winter and grow good in the spring.
