Just DON't SHOP here. This has all the signs of SCAM/bogus site:( Order confirmation said shipping in 5-7 business days. Still waiting on shipping confirmation. Now they are pointing at FAQ with information not shared during ordering or order confirmation (no refund, no cancel, no exchange, and up to 21 days to ship). The company behind this site is Wanderset, Inc. That's the name used for Paypal, and likely by credit card companies. Try to cancel through them! Good luck.
Order online 12/2, got tracking info that stated it was to be delivered 12/10. Fedex cant find the box, says since its been almost 3 weeks to have sender file lost package claim. I asked for refund since this was to be a Christmas present. Faze Clan wont issue refund until they get money back from Fedex which can take months. What a joke. Should have known not to do business with a company that has ZERO return/cancellation policy
I ordered from the website and didn't receive the item until almost a month later. By that time, my son didn't need the item anymore so I returned it. I called to ask exactly what needed to be done to return an item and the gentleman who answered informed me I needed to call them once the item was delivered to them and ask for a refund. I ask why they couldn't just credit my account once the item was received on their end and his response was I should call them back "to make sure". I've been calling everyday (several times a day) for the last 2 weeks and there has been no answer. I understand they may be extra busy, but really - 2 whole weeks without answering your phone? That's no way to run a business. I planned on buying other things from their website but won't now that I know their customer service is so poor. They do not give you an option to leave a message or send them an email. Again, bad business!
It says 7-14 business days until it moves from production. I ordered my jersey 03/01/2016 and it is now 04/05/2016 and it is still in production. No emails from FaZe since ordering it the first time. Can't email them and no luck on the phone. $79.99 jersey. You can't possible be this busy.
The FaZe boys have really stepped it up! I ordered a while back and it took forever and I could never get a hold of customer service. Now I placed another order for a hoodie that I got with a code they gave me and this time they were on it. I got it in like less than a week and I'm wearing it right now! It is fire! Happy to support the FaZe Clan
Ordered a hoodie on 12/17/13. Cost of item plus shipping was charged to my credit card the same day. Still have not received the hoodie as of 1/22/14. Emails to company have been ignored. Next step will be to contact VISA to request the payment to Fazeclan be stopped. What a ripoff!
Since my previous review, our hoodie order was received in good condition on 1/26/14. Today I received a follow-up email from FazeClan Apparel which included an explanation for the unfortunate delay (new company - first holiday season - more orders than they ever anticipated) AND - more importantly, an apology.
Mega retailers (Target, Walmart, Amazon) could learn a lot from the sincere action on the part of the customer service person at FazeClan who took personal responsibility for the problem and worked to turn around my unhappiness with the company by reaching out to me with a much appreciated apology and explanation.

Customer service is nonexistent with this company, especially if you live outside the US. They do not have email and I would have to call LONG DISTANCE from Canada to the US on my CELLPHONE if I had a hope of getting through, which by the reviews I see would be NO CHANCE. My 13 year old spent some of his birthday money ordering Faze apparel and now it looks like he has gotten RIPPED OFF. I do not recommend these yahoo's. *edited to upgrade review as we did finally receive the product. However, the remainder of my review stands and I would avoid doing business with them again because of it.

I ordered two items during their Black Friday Sale on November 24th, 2018. These items were meant as presents for my Nephews on Christmas. Payment confirmation came within a few moments of finalizing my purchase. I thought all was great, but boy was I wrong. In the confirmation email for my purchase it stated that product would ship in 5-7 business days. That sounded great but it was not true. I contacted the support team and asked about my order. I got a reply back from someone stating that the actual time for product to hit their warehouse is 5-21 business days. That is ridiculous and I decide to look into their cancellation policies. I come to find out that there is a no order cancellation policy and all orders are final. What a joke. It has now been close to 30 business days without any contact or updates from Faze Clan Apparel. I highly recommend that you stay away from doing business with this company. I will be telling all my friends and family as well as this is the worst online retail experience that I have ever had.
I am so angry I can barely even type. I don't want to think about how horribly this company's merchandise is ran. It's amazing they're still in business.
I ordered a Faze Jersey Dec. 16th of 2020. It is now January 26th a month and some change later and my order has STILL not been shipped out. I've sent multiple emails to customer service and they only repeat exactly what is found on the faze website. No help at all. Our last exchange they said they would be escalating my case and order and will get back to me with details. It's not been two weeks since they've said that. This is such a terrible company. I will never order from them again. I hope they get sued and lose all their money. This is God awful, I'm so angry. I don't even like this company, it was a CHRISTMAS GIFT to someone who loves them. I can't even get a refund either! Like what kind of dumb company policy is that?!
This coming needs to reevaluate their whole business model because one day all this $#*! service will bite them in the $#*!.

Received my fan pack and the size is not correct. We measured correctly and received a much smaller fitting for my son, pretty disappointing. Left them a message to re ship proper fitting.
First purchase, I am very satisfied with the quality of the product I received, I had an issue with my order and reached out to customer service, they reached out so quickly and resolved the issue, I am so happy that my son got his birthday gift right in time,I'll definitely be shopping here again.
STAY AWAY FROM FAZECLAN - I ordered a sweatshirt on 11/25 for a Xmas gift. I received a Fedex shipping label within a week saying the order was being shipped. After 3 more weeks, nothing came. Xmas and New Year passed, nothing. I disputed the charge with my CC and they refunded me the money. Then after 2 more months (March now), the CC re-charged me for the sweatshirt. I contacted Fazeclan and said I never received the order, why am I being charged? Fazeclan said they shipped my order in January and they disputed my dispute with the CC company. I wrote them so many emails and asked for a refund but they said nothing they can do? DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY... THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE IS UNETHICAL. They give me a coupon to use on my future order, REALLY? I would order after this ordeal? I'd rather throw my money out the window.
I put an order Dec. 7 as a Christmas present, today is Jan. 4 and I haven't received the hoodie for my son. They haven't answered my email asking for tracking # yet.
They charge you an extra $10 to wait over a month for a order inside the US, crazy its honestly a joke and I'd rather just not even receive my item tbh I cant fw faze anymore
