I have spent about $250 in orders with Fine Art America purchasing shirts. Three of the shirts, women's size M, came in sizes so small that they looked like they were children's sizes. Customer service was very difficult to work with. The end result was that I had to cut the shirts up, send them a picture and they are "supposed to" issue me a refund (still waiting for the refund). I wanted replacements at the same sale prices that I purchased the shirts, but that is not possible. They have gotten the last of my money.

I was looking to buy 4 gallery-wrapped pieces from FineArtAmerica. I found two, by different artists, but could find anything else that might be part of a collection. The site didn't show any other prints that might be part of a collection(s), but I stopped after page 200. Additionally, the search showed me nothing. I used "Contact Us" twice and got no reply. I even tried Facebook--got a timely reply and was told to use "Contact Us."
What a joke. They lost the sale, and a customer. I am a designer. Epic fail.

Products from Art.com because I couldn't find similar prints in a collection. This should be easier. So Art.com got my business for 4 prints. Plus I'm a designer, they will get my future business.
Is this electronic day and age, you'd think it wouldn't be that difficult to add something across the bottom that showed other prints by the same artist in that same collection. Lighting companies do it, pots & pans companies do, and on. I tried your customer service twice and Facebook once. Ha! Joke's on me.

Extremely poor workmanship on pillows. Loose threads, the labels are not put on correctly, the corners are not 90 degrees. I would be extremely embarrassed to give these to my clients. Have sent emails asking for help in this matter have heard nothing.

I ordered a print by Doug Krueger of the Chicago skyline. First, the colors online are super vivid; the colors in real life are quite muted. That would have been okay. The print I received has a brown splotch in the sky which I'm guessing is supposed to be seen as a bird. However, that "bird" is not in the online images, nor does it actually look like a bird. Further, there seems to be a water stain around it. It's definitely a mistake that the artist tried to cover up. I'm waiting for customer service to reply. I went to UPS to send it back, but price was too high. FAA should cover it. We'll see.

This website is an addiction of mine. Each work of art is available in multiple medium and many sizes. My ordering experiences have been good. Once an item arrived in less than perfect condition, but the company made it right and sent me another. Really great website and business!

I was disappointed with the print Digital Deity which depicted Adam and Eve. The nude images are distorted with blurred bars that makes the print unacceptable for display within my collectibles. Other items purchased were much better.

Packages were always securely packed and delivery was fast. I ordered a few times with them, one time for some reason the art was installed with the hanging wire on the back upside down. I guess because the art looked a little light colored so it was easily confused in wrong direction. I contacted the company, a replacement was sent just a couple days later. Very good service. I would definitely recommend this company.

I recently purchased the painting entitled "The World Weeps for a Spiritual Awakening" from Fine Art America. I love that you can customize the size of the print and the type of canvas it's printed on, and most of the options are extremely affordable. As a broke college student I was able to make my new apartment feel a lot more like home. The service was wonderful, the painting came earlier than they estimated and in perfect condition, rolled in a tube so there were no creases or folds or wrinkles when it arrived. I'm very glad I found this site and I hope to buy more art from them in the future.

Feeling homesick for the beauty of Mono County, I searched out a known artist whose work I have always admired. I was thrilled to find I could purchase prints of Lynn's artwork that beautifully captures the area around the foothills of the Eastern Sierra's, a place I love and deeply miss. Being able to gaze upon these two pieces has done my heart a lot of good and I'm so happy to have them. Their support is non existent. Their password reset feature does not. They do not reply to emails. I have not been able to access my artist login area for months and they are still charging me for a service I cannot access. Basic email support is terrible. I just wish they would respond to my emails to try and help.

I have now ordered two framed prints from Fine Art America and have been very pleased both times. You can get your prints with or without mats and the selection of frame styles and colors is amazing. They came with hanging wire already attached and hook is included. The prints arrived sturdily packed against damage and both arrived within four business days of ordering. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering from them again!

We got a great print of Walter's Wiggles, which is on the trail up to Angel's Landing in Zion NP. It is a unique perspective that really shows why this is the most exhausting part of the journey. Framing was well done so we are thrilled with our purchase.

I recently purchased a gift mug for myself from FineArtAmerica featuring artwork from one of my favorite artists and was impressed with the site itself. It was appealing in its design, easy to use, and offered a wide variety of gifts. I just love the unique piece of art I purchased for our new remodeled basement/bar area. The website was very easy to navigate and had lots of different pieces to choose from. The process was simple and the delivery was very quick. The artwork was packaged so good. You can tell they wanted to make sure it got to me in one piece. I had not known this website before. I found it when searching online for interesting cards, and I am impressed by the range and quality of the material offered. As I live in England, many of the items are unique over here, also I was surprised with the prompt delivery and the relatively low cost of despatch.
