For my first order, I found two "carnival-like" cards to send for Mardi Gras. It was great fun personalizing the sayings to use inside each card. The cards arrived shortly thereafter on study card stock with an appropriately-sized envelope, and picture quality was excellent! Communication from FineArtAmerica was excellent, timely, and shipping information was right on target. This may have been my first order, but it won't be my last!

This matted & framed 30" x 22.5" print turned out fantastic! It was packed perfectly for safe shipping. The print colors are vivid & the quality of the framing exceeded my expectations! Turnaround was fast, less than a week from placing the order to receiving the art! I'm very happy with my purchase & enjoying my art :)

On their website Fine Art America say "Fine Art America has the largest print-on-demand fulfillment network in the world. We have 16 manufacturing centers located in 5 countries. Each manufacturing center can ship products to any destination in the world. When you place an order, we'll automatically route your order to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times." I ordered a framed print which has been dispatched by the manufacturing site in Brisbane Australia, it is on a slow truck from Brisbane to Perth and I have been charged $147 for shipping. I have asked why but they have stopped replying to my emails

I have placed several orders with FineArtAmerica and every experience has been great! I like artists that for some reason are not easy to find and I have had success with them. Everything from the site to selection to ordering and receiving my items is seamless. Excellent company and I will be a repeat customer in the future!

Bought a great art print- wildlife photographer's portrait of a mountain lion. Picture is beautiful, and print quality very satisfactory. Perfect packaging and shipping. Overall I'm very happy with my shopping on Fine Arts America.

Customer service is atrocious. I wanted to create a new seller account, was prepared to pay for premium service, but could not complete registration because of an error on THEIR end. I spent a week going back and forth with support, and they simply kept telling me to try again. They acted like I was bothering them. Almost no apologies for the delay, zero proactive response, no offer to create the account for me-- I asked them to create the account for me manually while they were investigating the error because their website says this is possible for users who don't have a phone number, but they seemingly refused to do this and basically just ignored me until I got fed up and went elsewhere. This is no way to treat an artist who would be generating revenue for their website. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered 2 x 25 packs of Christmas cards with own words inside. I have ordered before and the cards continue to be very professional and of great quality. One set of cards were produced from a digital download of a Christmas scene I bought online and could not be more pleased with the
Cards produced. Overall the quality of the cards exceeded my expectations and will continue to buy my Christmas cards each year. Thank you Fine Art America.

I tried to order print. I selected the wrong size. Yes that was my mistake. I contacted customer service right away to see if I could cancel that order and re-order the correct size. She responded quickly saying that she would look into it and make sure it t wasn't too late to cancel (this is all within minutes of me placing the order). After 2 weeks of not hearing back I emailed to say forget it, I will just take the smaller size. The following day she replies telling me she will cancel the order and refund my money. So I now order the right size. On day 11 after my new order, i email customer service looking for shipping info (passed the 2-8 day mark as stated onsite). I get a generic reply about how busy they are and that they are behind. It's day 18, no shipping info BUT the print did arrive today. I will never order from here again.

Too long to bother but they automatically put an item on you didn't even look at! The order changes at check out AFTER you complete it! Try cancelling it...
Send them a msg and get back a flat msg... no customer service! Now I have to dispute payment on cc and I'm NOT paying to return it that's IF I even recieve it!

I didn't read thoroughly how long it would take to get an order from these $#*!s. When I figured that out after days and days of receiving NOTHING I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They then suggested to me I could cancel my order. When I did that for the second time they told me it was too late to cancel my order. Ordering from these people... throwing your money on the street. Same thing.

Ask any one of my friends or family... I hunt down the perfect cards for each of them, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. The card has to be perfect and suited to the recipient. When I discovered FineArt American I was in heaven. I had such fun scrolling through the choices. Sometimes those choices were difficult when I found two that were perfect. Then which one to choose?
And thank you for the ability to write my own message inside. How cool is that!

Needed a work of art to coordinate with other paintings in a bedroom. Was drawn to this one due to the soft, pastel palette, subject portrayed and lovely depiction of light. As a previous customer, felt I could rely on the reproduction quality I've come to expect from Fine Art. Was not disappointed. Have since placed another order as well as an original work from one of the artist featured on this trustworthy site.

Not only are the products reasonably priced and beautifully printed, but I was very impressed with the way they handled my missing order. The shipping tube was delivered empty—it had clearly been tampered with in transit, the cap had been pried off and the print stolen. Their response time was incredible and I couldn't believe how fast I received a replacement. Their customer service team is amazing and they have earned a lifetime customer.

I wanted some automobile art for a newly renovated garage. I did a web search and ordered a vintage Porsche 911 aluminum poster from FineArtAmerica. It showed up about 10 days later. It has been hung and looks great!

Do yourself a favor, Go to the artist directly. This is another company that profits off artists and artists struggle to make it affordable to earn something versus the company making all the profits. AND they allow fake Profiles to scam art off the internet from other artists and sell the work! See below:
I joined and was pretty excited, until I saw other profiles using art that did not belong to them. Several user profiles as a matter of fact. It was clear the work was not there's to sell and they were selling images from other artists online. One was even in their email promos. Of course I turned it in, but never heard anything back. I immediately took my work off their site and closed the account.
Quality of service matters. Can't let everyone in just for your profits. Don't be another Amazon that let's knock off sellers in.
Tip for consumers:
Look around for other options. This is an ocean compared to smaller lakes to find buyers in.

The shirt I ordered was defective. Fine Art America did not pay for the shipping back to them and they didn't refund the shipping part of my payment. I'm out over $8 because they had a faulty product. Attempts to contact them met with silence on their part. I will never deal with them again.

It was easy to order the items. There was an unfulfilled expectation that I would be getting emails telling me when my items were shipped. That never happened so I had to continually sign in to my artist's website to check on my order's status. That is why I'm am giving such a low rating.

The selection of prints was huge, the quality is excellent (great color content and good quality lustre paper), and the price was just right! Not only have I placed several other orders already, but this will be my "go to" for prints from my favorite photographers!
