I ordered my print 10 days ago to finally be told that they are running way behind by at least two weeks. They should have been communicated to me right away so that I could have made a decision whether his work would that Mark find somebody else. Then they also send me a free gift of $100 wine card to a person that doesn't drink and when I write to him and tell him that I find this insulting they told me what maybe I could use it as a gift to somebody else which again I find insulting. You're going to send a free gift that should be a neutral free gift that anybody can use not just people that drink. They're obviously In Cahoots with the company that supports this.

I have now made several purchases from FAA. And it has been a real pleasure each and every time. In particular the keyword search is a joy to use, giving one a vast variety from which to choose... excellent. Ordering is simplicity itself, and a relatively quick dispatch only heightens the customer interaction. All in all, from my viewpoint, the FAA are both resourceful and professional.

I love the variety picture selections of the old Corona typewriter. I learned to type on a Smith Corona back in the day and considering our current virus situation I thought it would be fun to have a picture. FineArtAmerica had a large selection of options. Mine was beautifully mounted on wood—a nod to olden times. It came quickly. I would order items from them again.

I enjoy looking at original art on the FAA site, and when I received an email that mentioned shower curtains, I had an aha! Moment. I needed light, pretty curtains for my living room window and two matching shower curtain panels are perfect for this purpose. I found the right image and ordered these and two other curtains. They arrived on time and are just what I wanted. The experience of ordering was easy and efficient.

Quality of the print was much better than I was expecting as was the surrounding frame.
I needed to contact customer services and they could not have been more helpful and resolved my issue immediately with no fuss.

I found a print that brought back very special memories to me. It was by a Falmouth Cape Cod artist of a small local beach. This was special because of memories I spent there with my late Mother.
The process of purchasing this was extremely easy and most professional. I was able to view various sizes of the print and add different types of frames/matting through their virtual formats on their site.
I put my print and custom frame together and order the print, 2 weeks before Christmas. I received the print within a week of my order. The packaging was unbelievable perfectly wrapped to withstand the rough package handlers during a Christmas rush! PERFECT!
FineArtAmerica is a fantastic company to do business with. They respond and reach out in a reasonable amount of time when I asked a question and left the "line" open if any follow up is needed. They are my NEW Art company!

I purchased two t-shirts with the exceptional art "Liberace sighted in a yellow UFO," by John Kilduff. Not only does this image accurately portray the Great Visitation, the shirts are well constructed, have accurate sizing, rich colors, soft cotton material, and the image fits nicely onto the shirt without looking like an iron-on. Ordering was straightforward, shipping was on time. Who could ask for more? Art delivered to the home that benefits the artists? Yes, please.

I ordered two 36" "posters" and one had several small wrinkles in the paper. Not a big enough issue to go through the headache of returning it, but I'm very disappointed that after paying over $75.00 for a poster that it's sent to me in less than perfect condition.

Ordered a few things from this company. Most small things were fine. Our most expensive, large picture was a huge disappointment. Several hundred dollars and custom framing ended up damaged (underneath bubblewrap with no visible fragments) and corners of frame didnt meet- big cracks. Worse yet, no glass. It's clear plastic over the picture, which ends up looking distorted. It's like we bought this in the clearance section of Home Goods or Walmart. Seriously cheap and disappointing. I don't recommend these people for your artwork.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering since I had not heard of this company. I happen to run across them through Pinterest. But it was easy, their website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. When I ordered, again not sure what to expect. But got my order timely and quick. The product was of great quality. I ordered a designer Weekender Tote. I absolutely love it! I just placed an order for another three! The only downfall is that I do not recall receiving a confirmation email so I called their customer service. The rep was knowledgeable and apologized forvthe mishap. I will order again from Fine Art America.

I hadn't heard of FineArtAmerica before but was very, very happy with my first purchase. I got some coffee mugs and the print quality is superb (resolution, color, durability)! We have run them in the washer and microwave several times without any issue. Great stuff!

FineArts America has a large online catalogue of mostly unique, well executed, and affordable prints, framed and unframed, in a variety of genres, offered in an array of sizes,, formats, backings, etc. The curated section--maybe 200 segments of specially chosen prints--is lovely and often quite charming. It was fun to pour over the catalogue several times, but very hard to choose just one print. I'm sure I'll be ordering more.

Look for the link to the marvelous curated section on the upper left of the home page of the site, under Discover. It's easy to miss, which is a shame; should be featured more prominently.

Ordered an item online 11\30. After no pkg arrive@ middle of Dec., called and was emailed a tracking # w\showed it was in transit since 12\7. Emailed customer service who never replied. Finally put in dispute thru PayPal and rec'vd response 1/8 saying they w\offer me a replacement. Stated to refund price back into my act. It proves good customer service is a lost art.

Atrocious customer service. I've made many purchases from this company, most of them successful. On two occasions I've needed to contact customer service about a problem. On both occasions there was zero response apart from an automated robo-reply when I first sent the notice, which claims that they "typically answer all questions within just a few hours." The first time i just gave up and let it go. The second time was a serious defect which needed to be addressed as it was an expensive piece. No matter how often or in what way I try to contact them or follow up with them there is no response whatsoever. I'm starting to wonder if this company is legitimate. Fine Art America does not deserve the business of art collectors or enthusiasts. There are far better options such as Redbubble.
