I purchased this picture for a wedding present and I couldn't be happier! Vance Fox has captured the beauty of Lake Tahoe in the winter just perfectly! It hangs in my niece's office where it is admired by her clients. Thank you, Vance, for your great artwork!

Fine Art America puts out a good product, nice matting and frame for the artwork. They were somewhat slow in getting the picture, matting and frame put together, but it may have been because of the CoronaVirus thing going on during that time. That is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, but, again it probably was due to something they had no control of. Shipping was fast and the artwork was very well packaged.

This was my first time ordering from Fine Art America, and I wasn't disappointed! Since I'm on a tight budget, I have to decorate my apartment economically, and these photos do add beauty to my surroundings. I only wish I could afford to get larger sizes, but what I did buy will suffice. I found frames for them elsewhere, which was an added expense of course, and my only wish is that more of the photos would have dimensions that fit standard-sized frames that are readily available in the marketplace.

The FineArtAmerica website ‘boasts' 24/7 customer service. I called for help, and to take advantage of a promo. The girl who answered the phone sounded like she was half asleep; she was not in the least bit helpful and offered zero advice about frames/mattes to coordinate with a print. I sent an email to ask for help since it was too difficult to work with matte colors on the computer (recent cataract surgery). Per phone conversation and email next day my matte colors were wrong (cool not warm). An employee gave correct warm matte colors but the company would not honor the promo from the previous day, for the corrected order - even though their employee failed to provide requested info on the first call the previous day.

Tried a pack of cards and a T shirt to check on quality - very disappointed with the poor quality especially given the price. As if this not bad enough the company then blames me to a customer i had sent to their site, (the only customers I had were people i sent there), for not responding to FAA's emails none of which I had ever received. This company lacks integrity and will damage your reputation if you are associated with it. Avoid it completely.
Tip for consumers:
Don't do it! Artists deserve better than being lied about to their own customers.

I; ve found many unique t-shirts at fineartamerica. I; m happy with the shirts i purchased on this site. I would have bought many more but unfortunately many of these shirts made by artists are just normal t-shirts with an artists name attached bringing the price way higher than they should be.

Placed an order on 10/22/22 and still waiting for tracking number.
Called customer service on 11/01/22 for a status I was told it's in production.
After 8 days called again supervisor n/a operating on Pacific time. Will try again later.
I wish someone will update me on the status of my order.

I saw this photo done by Peter Mangolds on a Facebook page called Wyoming Thru the Lens and found out it could be ordered through FineArtAmerica. I chose the frame, etc., and waited. When it arrived, I was amazed at the beautiful piece I had purchased and so happy to have this for my home.

Whole process was very easy online. I had previously ordered a similar shower curtain from a different company and when I got it weeks later it looked nothing no like the photo so I returned it and ordered this one. This shower curtain looks exactly as it should and is beautiful quality. Also important was that the colors were accurately represented in the photo online. The shower curtain is for a bathroom remodel and colors were really important to me. Totally happy with this shopping experience and the product and will order from Fine Art America again and recommend it t to others as well.

I had no idea a site like this existed until we were browsing for a new shower curtain and found a link to this. We spent hours looking at images and it was nice to narrow the selection down a bit to "Architecture: Spanish Colonial". We agreed to one (finally) and also ordered two coffee cups with the same image. We are very pleased with the quality of the curtain and cups, the image was crisp and clear on the curtain which is what we hoped for. I have told several people of this site, but I don't think they get it. I'll have to do a better job of selling the site.

My order was a little delayed due to the problems with the pandemic, but communication with this company was great about explaining the issues. The quality of the print and the nice job on the framing was excellent. I was extremely impressed with how well it was packed for shipping. I ordered a large print 18 x 24 framed, but it arrived in perfect condition, not one scratch. I will order from this company again.

Purchased 4 frames prints a month ago. Supposed to ship in 3 days. Every week I checked in and got a vague excuse. Called today for a refund. I was told package shipped. I asked for tracking number. They said they didn't have one. Then they got mad at my questions and hung up on me... Horrible service! Spent over 2k and this is how they treat me!

I've tried multiple times with Fine Art America. My most recent order, order # *******, had several damaged/defective prints in it. After talking with customer service and getting a promise to have the defective prints replaced, they dropped all conversation, will not answer calls, emails or texts directly to their main customer service person Judy. If your art matters and you plan to use it professionally NEVER EVER use Fine Art America. Horrible quality and terrible service after the fact.

I will never work with this company again. They delayed my delivery without telling me, and only informed me of the delay after the date it was supposed to arrive. I tried to talk to them about the delay but they were not interested in helping me. Terrible experience.

I ordered three pieces of art, one stretched canvas and two framed prints. Everything arrived in a timely fashion, well packaged and beautiful! There are thousands of artists and prints to choose from as well as different choices of paper and frames. I would highly recommend checking them out!

On a whale watching trip to Baja, Mexico, I met a photographer who takes stunning photos of gray whales, available at Fine Art America. Once back home, I purchased a canvas print of a gray whale looking up out of the water. The canvas print is absolutely gorgeous! The service was fast and affordable. Every time I look at it, I am reminded of my happy experience meeting the friendly whales of Baja.

Terrible customer customer service, they encourage Live Chat so you never speak to an individual. Waited weeks for expensive picture only to be told of delays in manufacturing, etc. I canceled the order. The next day picture arrived, no notice of shipment of anything. Buy elsewhere!
