I was very satisfied with my purchase. It was shipped to me within a week and packaged beautifully to avoid damage in transit. The quality of the enlarged photo is excellent, even though I had it enlarged to 60 x 42, and the framing is top notch, especially for a work that large.

I've been with Fine Art America on and off for about three years now. A year and a half ago I gave them a bad review. I'm rejoining as a member because I think they will treat me fairly now. My main problem before I thought they were stiffing me out of commission on two sales. That has been rectified.

I bought a stretched canvas art piece of a concert ticket from The Beatles concert in 1964 Seattle. Absolutely LOVE it! I hung it above my keyboard in my music room. I've received numerous compliments from friends and family. The ordering process was simple. Great selection of how I wanted the art framed, poster or canvas. And great selection of sizes too. For a number of years, I have been looking for a particular military mug, to no avail. Just in an off chance, I accessed the web again to see if one was available. Imaging my surprise to see FineArtAmerica indeed had the ability to provide one. Woo-hoo! The mug was delivered sooner than expected, and was EXACTLY what I was looking for after all these years. Compared with other sites this site has a great and unusual collection of greeting cards. Wonderful displays of art work.
I do however like any site like this it can be a blow when it comes to delivery costs.

It is pleasant to walk into a room and see coyotes in the snow or horses rearing in a scenic mountain setting. Peter's photography is alive and genuine with all the spirit of wild animals in their natural surroundings.

The description of the product was clear. They send you an email once the product is ready to be mail. I order a metallic frame, the packaging was taken with such care that it took me about 10 mins to unwrapped. Because of this level of care, my frame was in excellent conditions. They even include a nail for the size of your frame. The value is great for the product.

ZERO STARS IS APPROPRIATE! I recieived items I ordered on 12/21/16. Two of the 3 items were incorrect. It is 12/31/16 and I have yet to hear how the situation will be corrected. I've called customer service approx 8 times now. They are very pleasant on the phone, but only yes me to death. They cannot assist in making price adjustments or provide a direct number of the manufacturer of the item. They will not call with information, but invited me to call back at any time. In my opinion, their lack of response and unwillingness to assist makes then an untrustworthy site to do business. Trust me, it's not worth your time and energy, not to mention money.

I purchased two color prints of Wildwood, NJ, one in daylight and one at night time. I picked two different sizes suitable for framing. I was notified of shipping date and arrival date. They arrived in a single tube in perfect condition. I would definitely purchase prints from FineArtAmerica again and highly recommend this business.

I bought two shirts on FineArt America for my ex-husband for Christmas. I was impressed that they had a Frank Nelson shirt, which you never see anywhere. My ex-husband was very happy with the shirt and it seemed to be a good quality shirt. I will buy from FineArtAmerica again.

Easy purchase, the picture, frame and hook/padding on the back made it easy to hang without damaging my wall. The only thing that would have been better would be tracking info as I didn't know when the picture would arrive. Excellent quality.

Very high quality prints. The color reproduction is amazing. Ordering was easy and the prints arrived in a timely manner. The cylindrical container used for transport was very strong and also of excellent quality. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

I ordered 6 acrylic prints. They arrived with no hardware to hang them even though I selected mount with aluminum pegs for each. Also two of the prints I paid for were never sent. 1.5 weeks later and I still don't have the hardware. All of my expensive prints are sitting on the floor of my open business! I am also having to pay the person I hired to hang the prints twice since I did not know there was no hardware until after he arrived and we unpackaged everything.
