First, I ordered 2 XL size Tshirts, then I received 2 Mediums. They Will not take return, will have to sell on E-bay. Then I orders 2 more of the same T-shirtsin XL, and a week later, I am told they no longer have license to sell that T-shirt.
They are also connected with Naked Wines.com. They sell you cheap wine, and after they take my money, they tell me, they will bill me $40/month to help the Winemakers! I complained and received they will Email me in hours, it has been 2 days and have heard nothing! Stay far away from this vendor!

I've ordered pillows, tapestries and face masks from Fine Art America and never been disappointed. M favorite artist is Sandra Sij. Her images have a very high resolution and fine out great on large art like tapestries. The quality from this website is far higher than other sites like this. I have also uploaded my own images and gotten excellent results.

So I received an email offering 20% off all Wall Art. A Banner across the top of Fine Art America's screen counted down the hours for the discount. I had 5 items in my cart totaling over $1,000. When I went to pay, FAA took away my discount (this happened right around 5:00 pm ET), even though the banner still showed I had 13 hours remaining. I contacted customer service, received a Ticket #, but no response. To add salt to the wound, I received 2 emails from FAA over the next 2 days, saving my shopping cart and showing the 20% off. For each email, I again contacted Customer Support, but no response. Of course, when I tried again to purchase the items with the link in the emails, the discount disappeared. Terrible customer service and fraudulent pricing.

I like the uniqueness of having a piece of art as a shower curtain. The colors are soothing yet bold. I have been searching for a dragonfly curtain off and on for a year and this one is the pretty and classy.

Purchased two children and two adults tee shirts with Bob Ross print on them. Loved the prints, they were original and unique. And one tee shirt with a Mike Myers print that my son loves. Great print, unique and original.

I ordered a face mask with a print from an artist featured and it came out beautifully. Ship time was very reasonable considering it was a custom order. The mask was a little expensive but it was for a local artist so I was ok with it.

I was looking for a picture of the skyline and came across FineArtAmerica. They were the only website that had what I was looking for. Had the picture matted and framed and could not be happier. Will definitely use this site again when looking for items.

If this rotten company spent half the time treating their customers right, rather than hire people to give them fake reviews, many people would have avoided despair. A member who had over 8 million views dared to give them a bad review and they wasted no time deleting over 2500 pieces of the most colorful art in the world. After purchasing some of this artist work Fine Art America recommended some of the. Most awful art I've ever seen. Anything you've heard about Nepotism here is 100 % true. Their customer service is very bad as is the quality of what they send you. FAA IS A MUST TO AVOID!

FineArtAmerica has a great selection of photos, and a wide selection of product options. The t-shirt I received looked great and was of high quality. The site was easy to navigate, the order process was clear, and the status notifications during order processing and shipment were great. All in all, an excellent experience.

I purchased the photo by Cameron Anderson titled Bukima, Silverback Gorilla. I selected the 6.5" x 8" size in a metal print. I would definitely go for a bigger print. The print is very well made and the image is super crisp. Gorillas are such impressive creatures! The reason I chose Cameron's particular photo was because it shows a gorilla doing what it does best, which is, of course, eating.

The shopping and ordering with Fine Art America was a pleasant experience. I liked the fact of having options as to canvas or framed art. The package arrived within the proper timeline and was packaged with care. We are extremely disappointed that, after spending $40 per 1000 piece puzzle, plus shipping of $15, that a significant number of puzzle pieces were not properly cut, resulting in ripped pieces. In addition a number of pieces were bent.

I've ordered many originals from this particular artist, but I have to say the quality of the print I purchased was top of the line. The prints were great but terrible customer service. They made a mistake, fixing it took forever, were not willing to accommodate any changes even though it made no difference to them after they made a mistake, took forever to respond.

I am just thrilled with my new iPhone case from FineArtAmerica! It is sturdy AND I love the color. I am also very pleased about the hilarious cat cartoon on the back. A pillow which we purchased had a ripped seam. We called the company as soon as we received the pillow to report the problem. We spoke to 3 different people in customer service and received 3 different responses with no resolution. Don't buy from this company.
