Site was a little difficult to use at first. Once I understood the nuances of finding the artist's work, it was easy to navigate. As for the products they are excellent.

My new tote bag I ordered of a print by Richard Estrada is beautiful and the tote itself is large, larger than I expected. I will use it almost every day!

I'm very pleased with the metal print from FineArtAmerica. The service was quick, the quality of print is excellent, and it was packaged extremely well. I can definitely recommend this company.

! 00% Customer Satisfaction is a lie. We could not get a return of a defective item processed. It was to be a gift and so that made it esp. Frustrating

They ship their products out fast. The items they sell are very great prices and have a great selection to choose from. I love my coffee cup I got from them.

I've been selling on Fine Art America for over four years and have sold close to 800 prints and products including purchasing my own work as prints, framed art and metal prints for display in gallery shows.
After 800 customer orders and my own orders I have only seen a few returns. And the work comes with a 30 day money back guarantee so my customers are covered.
As an artist, FAA and Pixels provides a great platform to OFFER your work for sale. Actually selling depends on a lot of factors including the quality of the work and the artists ability to market their work.
I'll take off one star for the lack of 24 hour customer service and some of the growing pains due to expanding into products with some of the vendors still working out some kinks.
All in all, I would not sell on FAA or buy from FAA if I didn't thing their products were of the best quality. The vendor they use for prints and framed artwork has been servicing the artists community for over 30 years and does outstanding work.

Everything went flawlessly. I will visit them again. It says I have to type a hundred words. Here is some more. I don't want to fill out surveys that require a minimum amount of words. Stop it.

Good quality mugs and the 15 oz works for the Keurig. I have used mine in the dishwasher with no problem as well. The picture looks awesome on the mug.

Being ardent fans of the fantasy stories of Edgar Allan Poe and the fantasy films of Bela Lugosi, my wife and I came across the Fine Art America website (we live in England). It was here we discovered the work of David Grant who is magnificent. We could not resist buying the coffee mugs featuring his artwork of Bela Lugosi as Count Dracula and in the 1935 film the Raven. We ordered a couple of face masks too featuring, once again, Bela Lugosi in the 1935 film the Raven and David's portrait of Edgar Allan Poe. We were very impressed by the quality of these goods and will be back on soon to order more kitchenware.

FineArtAmerica has not sold one single painting for a California community of well-known and award-winning Artists. When many of our members had log-in problems I received (as webmistress) a snotty non-response from Abbie of "Community and Technical Support Manager" refusing to solve their software problems. STAY WITH SAATCHI, ARTPAL, REDBUBBLE and others. Forget FAA, who has the sheer audacity to send an e-mail saying they will not fix the problem.

FineArtAmerica is a marketplace that connects artists and art buyers. The site sells on behalf of artists: art prints, posters, and ceramics, among other art forms.
