5-22-23, FineArt America was very quick about getting my orders out. They have an enormous selection of art prints and do a great job with packaging them for shipping.

5-stars! High quality image on sturdy looking fabric, with a nice firm pillow inside. It arrived promptly, packaged well without wasteful unnecessary packing materials. I'd buy from this site again.

It's so infrequent these days for an online purchase to completely meet expectations, but that is exactly what Fine Art America did. You won't be disappointed!

I've ordered from this art website approx 3 times - they have almost everything and offer really good customer service to stand behind their art/artist.

The depth of choices from WWII, Civil War and sports is amazing. I had to get face masks and I wanted thought provoking, I got that and more. High quality, excellent array of choice, worth the money.

I have been with FAA since 2021. I have been painting in acrylics for decades, have been represented by galleries, have been juried into shows including a prestigious one in my state. I am not what you'd call a "beginning" artist. However, I'm not famous.
To be on FAA my recommendation is that you be famous or at least well-known. If you are not, your chances of being seen or featured are practically nill. You have a better chance of selling your art standing on a street corner.
FAA says sell your art and you might get featured, but imo they don't provide any meaningful tools to help you sell. I looked at their upgrade plan and I don't see any meaningful advantages over the free plan. FAA suggests you go to their forum to get "help". The forum consists of other artists you are competing with for attention, so I do not trust fellow competitors to help me succeed.
The entire time I've been with FAA I see the same names, the same artists who are already famous at the top of every category, no matter what "keywords" I enter. To get to my work you'd have to spend several hours going through pages and pages of artwork. Most customers are not going to do that imo. Would you? The fact is, FAA is too big. You are competing WORLDWIDE with other artists, including dead artists such as Van Gogh. Do you really think you stand a chance?
Add to this fact that you make very little per print that you sell. It has been a complete waste of my time. I am going to a smaller online venue where at least I may stand a chance of being seen. If people can't even see your work, what's the point?
Tip for consumers:
This review is from my standpoint as an artist trying to sell on Fine Art America, not as someone trying to buy art. Artists can purchase a plan as a seller on FAA, but my review includes criticism of this plan which I saw no value in purchasing.

I am very please with the t-shirts and masks. I can hardly wait to wear them at the concert in July. I hate to wish my life away, but I am REALLY looking forward to seeing the Doobie Brothers again, AND especially excited to see and hear Michael McDonald join them and sing again!

Well, my naive young daughter went to get Birthday pictures taken for me as a surprise. And the person had her sign a sheet that she was of age, but she did not get a copy of it. The lady's name is Norng Ti. She ended up publishing and selling my daughter's photos and we found this out by coincidence. Now we are having a back and forth with the attorney and FineArtAmerica.com. This lady is a ripoff and she takes young girls for photos trying to make a buck( or let's say up to almost $600). I had written them, to take those photos down from the internet, but no luck( because we don't have any copies of the contract). Well, to me, it is inappropriate, how my daughter looks like, she does not even dress this way. Her father is also upset. The entire family is not happy, but FineArtAmerica.com does not care to have these pictures posted for sale. This is horrible! I can't believe at once, I would have considered them to sell my Artwork, but I am not going to do it, just because of the way they are handling my daughter's photos. These photos were meant for personal use, not for sale- and my daughter Serenay did not even like them.( She is a High School Student and these people just are having her pictures posted up for sale. I am a freelance photographer, painter, Graphic Designer etc. and this is not the way I operate, when I do business with people. I had models before, but never sold a single photo to make money off from them. If I ever do, they will receive a proper contract, a copy and their share. This is a true nightmare for all of us!

I found Fine Art America while searching online for a shower curtain. The site has a wonderful selection of absolutely beautiful shower curtains; more beautiful than any I had seen previously. I found and purchased a stunning shower curtain. The buying process was smooth and delivery was fairly quick, given current shipping delays. I loved the shower curtain but unfortunately it didn't work in my bathroom. The image was too big for the small space and overpowered the room. So I called the company and requested a return authorization. I received an RMA number and return shipping label and sent the shower curtain back. Biff bam boom. However, the next day or so I received an email asking me why I wanted to return the product, despite my having already explained that in my phone call. There were subsequent emails asking for details; order number, date of purchase, etc. Then I was asked to destroy the shower curtain and provide a photo of the destroyed product rather than return the shower curtain. I explained that I had already returned the shower curtain as authorized. I was asked further questions, however. It was clear to me that within the company folks were not communicating. Why provide an RMA and shipping label and then later instruct the buyer to destroy the product? The return process was frustrating. The returns portion of the FAQs could be consolidated to more clearly direct the buyer to the right place to begin the return process. Having said that, I found an alternate shower curtain on the site and am looking forward to receiving it. I would definitely buy from this company again.
