I have been with FineArtAmerica since 2010. As a new artist, I have grown immensely because of the help, guidance, leaning new techniques in my art with all the assets they provide. They keep up with what the world is doing artistically, and how to present my/our art in a professional way through this company. My sales have grown and my ability to create on this site as well. Questions are addressed and help received. Love the Forum for finding out, participating in learning and fun topics. I highly recommend FineArtAmerica over other sites to use for your artwork, knowing you will get the best service, guidance and help when needed.

We love our artwork (Tale of a Tiger by Saija Lehtonen). Fine Art America did an excellent job with the framing, matting, etc. The artwork arrived in excellent condition. We would recommend purchasing artwork from Fine Art America as we have had an excellent track record with them (as this was not our first piece of artwork purchased.

For my kitchen, I ordered a large, matted and framed "Crystal Hot Sauce" print by Elaine Hodges. Could not be happier. Shipped in little time and looks sharp and well constructed. Easy to hang, too (hardware provided). Would definitely order from FineArtAmerica again.

All items ordered were listed as 'in stock', with a shipping date of 1 week. Almost three weeks later and order is still 'processing'. FineArtAmerica Service Representative responded 'we're busy' -- but this is second consecutive experience with poor delivery service (Canadian warehouse), disappointing.

Website says pics will ship in 3-4 days. Its been 11 with nothing and no one reaching out to tell me its delayed. I reached out and am told it is now 14 business days which is 3 weeks. Vast difference from 3-4 days. Password does not hold either. Have to reset it EVERY time i log in. This company is a joke. Curious to see what my $1200.00 actually gets me as i ordered a large piece that I am being charged over $300 to ship. I recommend people look elsewhere. Stay tuned for updates.

I bought this shower curtain for my son and it is beautifully made. The picture on the curtain fits in well with his relatively small bathroom, it looks like he could just step onto the trail! Shipping and tracking were both very satisfactory. I would definitely order from these folks again.

I got some mugs expecting to have to return at least some of them for damage during the shipment from America to Europe, but no, they were so well packed and they all arrived intact and spotless. Super beautiful designs and gorgeous colors, strong material, perfect sizes.

I was promised on 12/16 that a gift ordered on 12/9 would definitely arrive by Christmas Eve. It DID NOT, and they have not replied to any order update requests since before 12/23.
This gift is for an elderly man in another state spending Christmas by himself. I was hoping he would be able to work on it to help with the loneliness of Christmas Day. IF they had been honest when I saw that they had missed the ship date, I would have had time to get a different gift.
UPDATE: They finally contacted me late this afternoon and "guaranteed" my order would ship out "no later than the week of Jan. 4th." No thanks. Order cancelled. They don't deserve my business.

I recently ordered a nicely matted and framed photograph. It ran around $325... and regular shipping was an insane $110! Honestly... what a rip off. There's simply no justification that expensive shipping in 2021 unless I requested overnight delivery which I did not.

Ordered a 22.5 " x 36" metal print of one of our favorite artists creations. It took a little longer than expected to ship, but when we received it we were more than satisfied with the print. Perfectly executed display, very reasonably priced shipping and exceptional packaging.

I wanted a special greeting card to congratulate a young couple who'd recently purchased a new home together. Nothing I saw in stores was special enough and when I saw the castle print by Dan Craig I knew this would reflect how they felt about their home (that it was indeed their castle). I loved that I could choose my own message on the inside too!
Beautiful quality and very reasonably priced and best of all it was exactly what I'd hoped for and it arrived quickly!

Ordered a wood print. Web site stated "thick maple wood", when I received it, it was printed on plywood, very disappointing. I offered to put some maple wood laminate around to edges to make it look much better. I asked for some type of discount for doing it, Mark, from Fine Arts America, refused to cooperate with me, all he could say was to destroy it, send him a picture, and he would reimburse me for the picture, not for the shipping cost. I offered several suggestion, I don't believe he even considered the. This was a present for my son for Christmas, he won't get it now. Completely inflexible, and very disappointed. Will never order from them again!

The Ansel Adams print arrived blurry/ out of focus. Returned it. They refunded amount for the Adams. Stated policy they pay for return ($150) if there's "a defect in quality".

The print is way too DARK, OK I know it is a sunset and there are shadows, but it is black in many areas cannot see the shorelines or details, colors in the dark print are no where near what is shown on line in the ad. Where the quality control, or it just isn't? This was over $500 and to say I am disappointed is being polite. The frame job is good, but the print itself is awful can't even see most of it so dark, looks nothing like what is represented. I won't order here again, be careful that you may not get what you expect.

For our just-renovated bathroom this 'designer' made curtain of a 'shower tree' in black, grey and shades of yellow is perfect for our shower. We did not want 'glass'... everyone who we have shown it to raves about the design.

I ordered puzzle when it arrived it was the wrong puzzle. Art work was peeling off the cardboard right out of the box. I have requested a refund multiple times. They have continued to dodge my request and now will not even email me back. $65 for a miniature poor quality puzzle. Thanks! Update! I finally received a refund. I received No email from them. Money was back in my account though. A little more communication from them and I think this could have gone much more smoothly :)

Service is fast and I am especially grateful that they observe the poetic form and for the one occasion they stretched their word limit restriction to accommodate my slightly longer text.

I ordered two framed artworks and, upon receipt, the matting was white, not black, as per my specifications. I emailed the company, they advised me to destroy the artworks and then I would be refunded. After 20 plus emails, I am 600 out of pocket, and Fine Art America still won't help me!

This was my first time ordering and I really spent a long time looking through all the different options to find the perfect picture. There's so much offered here that I definitely have my first choice now when shopping for art. The print I ended up getting is stunning and the paper is thick and very sturdy for the price I paid. I can't believe how quickly it arrived and it was packed with a fine sheet of paper wrapped around the print to protect the graphic. All in all, a fantastic price point for very nice quality artwork. Definitely can't recommend enough.

I had a blip with the first one that was mailed to me b/c the packaging and item arrived damaged but Fine Art customer service immediately helped me and resent another one. I had it matted and framed and hung recently and am so pleased with it. Thank you to the photographer and to Fine Art!"

The painting was good the pricing and website great. The frame, no good. There were gaps in the frame with scratches and dents. I would like to say this was from shipping but it was not. So more focus needs to be put on the frame department.
